AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PARTIES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, GADZIE PENDATUN and OMAR S. MONGKAL, both of legal age, married,
Filipino-muslim and bona-fide resident of Barangay Poblacion, Pagalungan, Maguindanao de;
Sur and Barangay Layog, Pagalungan, Maguindanao del Sur respectively, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;
That we know personally the one ABUBAKAR HEDO, a bona-fide resident of Layog,
Pagalungan, Maguindanao del Sur and the one FAIZZAH SANTIAGO, a bona-fide resident of
Poblacion, Pagalungan, Maguindanao del Sur;
That the above-named person, of their own free will and accord, were lawfully joined
together in a marriage which was solemnized by BADRODIN S. ABDULKADIR on
December 9, 2017 at Barangay Poblacion, Pikit, North Cotabato at 10:00 o’clock in the
morning.
That the said couple has blessed with one son despite of the fact that, in most of the time,
they were not living together in the same roof. And in most of the time the wife, FAIZZAH
SANTIAGO was left alone with their son, while the husband, ABUBAKAR HEDO was with
his second wife;
That the wife, FAIZZAH SANTIAGO has in long time deprived of her right to equal
companionship and just treatment of her husband, ABUBAKAR HEDO because he has more
than one wife at a time;
That sometimes on January 22, 2023, the wife, FAIZZAH SANTIAGO divorced his
husband, ABUBAKAR HEDO in accordance of Muslim Law. Effective this day, the said wife
shall observe an idda (waiting period) of three monthly courses, unless otherwise, the said wife
is found to be pregnant, the prescribed idda (waiting period) shall extend up to delivery;
That we are executing this Affidavit under oath to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing
statement for all legal intents and purposes.
