SECTION I: PRIMARY PURPOSE


 Assist with the execution of the company’s talent development programs
 Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to talent and organizational development. 
 Maintain and update ……’s records and inventory of its activities kingdom-wide
SECTION II: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Oversee the assigned work area; deals with inquiries within established guidelines or refers trainees /
customers to the appropriate staff.
 Organizes training / activities by coordinating with relevant staff, reviewing trainee lists, distributing training
materials, monitoring trainees / students
 Assist in arranging training rooms as required and ensures that the equipment / tools needed are
operational; liaise with cleaning staff to ensure the facility remains spotless.
 Ensure the trainee materials (training packs) / required tool sets are sufficient and ready for distribution
Accountabilities:
 Capture and collate the training evaluation process, provide accurate inventory and relevant administrative
reports
 Facilitate travel and accommodation requirements, collect boarding passes, and facilitates the pick-up
and/or drop-off of ……. staff; ensures meals and refreshments for ……. events are well organized
 Assist the T&D Controller with administrative requirements; work with T&D specialists in planning,
scheduling, organizing, and implementing administrative / clerical training interventions
 Assist in related projects and complete tasks according to the guidelines and requirements of management.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & APTITUDE
Educational  High School Diploma at minimum.
Qualifications &
 Relevant certificates and/or technical or Business Administration diploma is preferred
Certifications:
 Computer Proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Knowledge:
 English language Proficiency
 Database Management
Technical Skills:
 Administrative Reports

Language Skills:  Intermediate proficiency in both English and Arabic languages – verbal, written and spoken

 2-3 years’ experience in a training environment.


Experience:  Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees
 Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills

 Basic technical / non-technical training background
