II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project DIY Bag is aiming to make a bag at home with recyclable materials such as plastic, sack, and
a cardboard, and cloth. Since bags now a days are expensive and some are pricey but its quality is low
not why make one inside the home. With these materials are always present at home and the process is
easy, one can make a bag that is strong, and with creativity. The owner can design it however she wants
it, the style is unique to the creator. The project aims to boost creativity, practice the habit or recycling
used materials and making a greener/safer environment.

III. PROJECT RATIONALE

Bag are a necessity for all, one can store a lot of things, materials, and be a storage for personal things.
Bags are meant to be convenient for the owner to hold a lot of materials and things. This project aims to
teach children, youth, students to create their own bags with quality, self-design, and self-style bags to
use. This will also teach them to recycle materials inside their own so that these materials wont go to
waste and helps the environment to be greener and safer to live in.

IV. PROJECT BENEFICIARIES

The project will benefit the children, youth, and students in a way that they can practice recycling and the
essence of why we need to recycle the materials that are not used in our homes. These bags are meant
to carry a lot of things easier from one place to another. The benefits to the youth of these project is to
create a bag that can be a substitute from the branded ones, and practice the art of recycling and helping
the environment.

V. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

• To create a bag from the unused materials inside a household

• To practice the habit of recycling
• To develop the essence and importance of recycling
• To inform people about the good influence of recycling to our environment
