The objectives of keeping the log book:

1. To record all the work/activities done weekly and this will help in
writing the complete report later.
2. To help the host supervisor to monitor and evaluate the
student’s training. This log book must been sent to the host
supervisor weekly.
3. To help the training supervisor (lecturer) to evaluate the
student’s work during the industrial training.
