Things you need to know:
1. We do not accept:
-pure batteries
-food products
-fake goods
-liquids
-flammable materials
-weapons
-drugs

2. How to prepare you shipment?

-First of all please prepare a packing list (a list of
the items you want to send) we will declare those
items to customs in China and in Europe so you it
needs to be accurate with the actual content.
-Pack you goods in boxes and mark each box with
your name and contact information (ex Maciej
008619926677470 1/15, 2/15…
-Our minimum chargeable weight per shipment is
45kg (keep that in mind since if your cargo will
weight less than 45 kg we will charge you as if it
did)
-Dim weight might apply. The way to calculate
dimensional weight is LxHxW/5000 (ex: box
50x50x50cm has a dim weight of 25kg) if the Dim
weight is greater than actual weight Dim weight
will be charged if the actual weight is greater
actual weight will be charged.
-It is advised however not necessary that you wrap
your boxes with tape as per below picture, this will
guarantee the boxes will stay in
tact during the transportation
process. It will protect them from
braking in case they are dropped or
in case of leak in a container or
other unpredicted accident.

-Our MRPP (minimum revenue per package) is 14

kg, this means that if your box weights less than 14
kg we will charge you as if we did, so please keep
that in mind.

Surcharges:

-Additional handling: 120 RMB / Package

• Any item packed in an container made of plastic, metal or
wood
• Any cylindrical items that are not completely packed into a
corrugated cardboard shipping container, such as barrels,
drums, barrels or tires
• Any package with the longest side exceeding 100 cm or
the second longest side exceeding 30 inches (76 cm)
• Any package with an actual weight greater than 61 pounds
(30 kg)
-Large package: 400 RMB / package
• Any package with L +2x (W+H) exceeds 300 cm, but does
not exceed the maximum size of 400 cm, a large package
surcharge will be charged. .
• For any package with weight over 40 kg a large package
surcharge will be applied
Over max: 1600 RMB / package
• Packages with actual weight exceeding 150 lbs (70 kg) or
length exceeding 108 inches (274 cm) or total length and
girth of 157 inches (400 cm) are not accepted to determine
their billable weight, and transportation is not accepted. If
found in the small package system, these packages will
be subject to an ultra-high limit surcharge in addition to all
other applicable fees. The combination of packaging and
shroud with a length of more than 157 inches (400 cm) is
also subject to a large packaging surcharge.
