RURAL AREA KIM JUNKIE'S HOUSE HIGHER FAMILY VILLAGE HAN YIUNGIE'S GARDEN

The setting of the story will take place in the late 19th century rural area in South Korea.
Most of the scene will revolve around the houses of the two main characters which will depict the
differences of their social economic status in life. The settings of the story will also help the readers to
understand and feel more the situation of the characters.
 PLOT
What would your plot be? tensions, conflicts, and problems the characters will encounter?
The story's conflict will play along with three categories 'Man vs Himself', 'Man vs Society' and 'Man vs Man'.

Flower Mask, one of the main character's conflicts arises when his family did not accept his gender identity as
he chose to be homosexual - a gay man. As society dictates that the standard of beauty is by having perfect
physical features like a beautiful flower which he believes he doesn't have. Yiungie ran far away, leaving in his
own garden house made of beautiful flowers he plant.

While the South Korean culture dictates that lower rank family clan are destined to be servant, Kim Junkie
believe that he needs to continue his fashion in gardening to plant the most rare and beautiful flower, the
flower 'Truth' to succeed and have a better life.

The story is told in the first-person point of view of both

main characters. From Han Yiungie's point of view and
from Kim Junkie's point of view. To give the readers more
of the feeling of fulfilment and satisfaction by
understanding both of the main characters points of view
and make the story and characters more relatable in both
angles of the story.
