1 4150-E1-F1 Remove and Reintallation brick and Refractory (Scope of Contractor)

1 To supply labour, equipment, consumables to install Brick and refractory lining
Brick,Refractory Material supply by UBE
2 To supply labour, equipment, consumables to removal work exiting Brick and refractory
3 Demolishing existing Brick and refractory lining (refer to drawing)
4 Remove existing anchor and steel support
5 Surface preparation before lining work (Witness and Approve by UBE)
6 Marking and Welding new anchor (Refer Drawing)
7 Installation of new Brick and refractory lining ( Issue Procedure, ITP ), Dry out procedure included
equipment for dry out
8 Scheduling of activities (Considered schedule is 15 days/ working 24 hrs)
9 List of necessary equipments (Show in Break down cost)
10 Mobilization of tool, equipment and manpower (Min. 25 worker/day)
11 Skill technicians to carry out the scope of work under experienced supervision.
12 Food, Accommodation and transportation of our personnel.
13 Dismantling of the existing and collecting/transporting debris to the platform.
14 All welding work related to mechanical work (If any)
15 Safety accessories for our personnel on carry out the job.
16 Supply of refractory product include metallic anchors, welding electrodes.
17 Supply air compressor ? CFM, ? bar for pneumatic breaker of demolition work.
18 Supply container office on site
19 Supply the safety person in day time
20 Welding of metallic anchors.
21 Plywood, wooden support required for form work
22 Provide Electricity and potable quality water required for the job near the furnace.
23 Supply light.24V
24 Lifting crane or lifting device when transporting
25 Supply clean water for Refractory work
26 Lifting crane or lifting device, transporting
27 Internal and external scaffolding if required to carry out the job.
28 Storage of supplies materials at site till completion of the job
2 Scope of Client (UBE)
1 Providing safety & free access to the work front.
2 Work permit preparation (provide continuous work front), temporary card.
3 Dry out service of refractory lining.
4 Disposal of debris outside the plant premises.
5 Provide scrap area for waste materials.
