Chemical Sciences for the New Decade

How the conference will take place?


1) A website for the virtual conference will be active with all required
information
2) There will be a call for abstracts.
3) All topics pertaining to Chemical Sciences will be considered.
4) Participant will have to register and submit abstracts online.
5) Deadline for submission of abstract is 1st June 2021.
6) Abstracts will be peer-reviewed.
7) Decision of abstract submission will be conveyed before 15th June 2021.
8) Accepted abstracts will be collected in the book of abstracts and circulated
in PDF format.
9) Participants will require to complete registration procedure and submit
their presentations.
10) A token registration fee of 50 USD will be charged for a participation
with presentation to cover for expenses associated with the organization of
the virtual conference.
11) A registration fee of 30 USD will be charged for participation without
abstract but requires certificate of participation.
12) One can participate without abstract for free if certificate of participation
is not required
13) Presentations may be in PDF (15-20 pages), PowerPoint (25-30 Slides) or
Video (15-20 minutes).
14) Video presentation will be encouraged and one may host the video on
Youtube.
15) Virtual conference will start on 9th Aug 2021.
16) A programme for the conference will be set up.
17) There is no need to always be online for the conference.
18) A forum (WebWiz) will be used for discussion and interactions of the
participants.
19) A participant can post a question which will be received by email by all
the participants.

20) It is responsibility of the corresponding author or co-authors of a
presentation to respond to any question.
21) Each response will be received by email by all participants
22) There will be moderators to monitor the posting of questions and
responses.
23) Schrödinger day and International Youth Day will be marked on 12th Aug
2021.
24) A virtual cultural session and closing of the conference will be held on
13th Aug 2021.
25) Certificate of participation will be provided to all registered participants.
26) Participants will be invited (optional) to submit full papers (Deadline 1st
Nov 2021).
27) Each paper will be peer reviewed.
28) All accepted papers will be collected in the book of proceedings to be
published by De Gruyter.
29) Book of proceedings is expected to be published by end of March 2022.
30) All corresponding authors will receive a hard copy of the book of
proceedings without additional payment. Co-authors may purchase copy
of the book from De Gruyter at reduced cost.
