INTERN NARRATIVE REPORT

Position: Business Development Associate

For this ninth week of internship, several tasks are given to the interns in which we
are able to comply. The following tasks and experiences are as follows:

For Monday, as we wait for the new tasks, I am able to submit my report
accomplished from the past week and I am able to record the updated receipts of Sir Dwight,
who is one of our clients. As soon as a task was given, I eagerly accomplished it because our
head needed it as soon as possible as well especially right now in a tax season.

For today’s task, Tuesday, I am able to record the additional receipts for Sir Joll, one
of our clients for the months of March and April 2022. The sample receipts and postings are
documented below. There are different clients for the company and as interns, we are assigned in
different clients so we can work in every tasks immediately.

On Wednesday, I am able to organize, record and post the particulars and accounts of
ma’am Karen Cabral for the previous month. The statement of accounts is given by our head
personnel and we are able to submit it at the end of the day. The accounts related includes the
miscellaneous accounts, gas fee accounts, rent accounts and food expenses.

Today, Thursday, I am able to organize and post the accounts for Sir Dennis, one of
our clients as mandated by our head personnel. As soon as receipts are given, we needed to
record it and post it immediately. Coordination and teamwork are needed and important in this
internship.

This Friday, as I wait for the new tasks, I am able to message our head personnel in
charge for the signature and release of our memorandum of Agreement and Notice of
Acceptance. The additional receipts to be posted for today are shared with my co-interns and we
divided the labor for the task equally.
