GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THE PERPARATION OF VIDEOS FOR THE PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

1. For the remaining weeks/sessions before the final examination, please take note of the
following topics:

1.4.2.1 Crawl and Creep Series

1.4.2.3 Jumping Series
1.4.2.4 Linear Movements
1.4.2.5 Lateral Movements
1.1.3 Joint Mobility
1.4.3.1 Ankle Joint Mobility
1.4.3.2 Thoracic Spine Mobility (T-Spine Mobility)
1.4.3.3 Hip Mobility
1.1.4 Resistance
1.4.5.1 Knee Dominant Exercise
1.4.5.2 Hip-Dominant Exercise
1.4.5.3 Push and Pulling Exercise
1.4.5.4 Throwing and Catching

2. For the remaining sessions, we will go asynchronous. You will be preparing ONE VIDEO for
each category of skills. There are FOUR CATEGORIES (e.g. stability skills, locomotor skills,
joint mobility, resistance), hence there shall be FOUR (4) VIDEOS to be prepared.

3. This will be done BY GROUP. You may either equally distribute each exercise specified under
each category to the members or all of you will execute all.

4. Each video should last at a minimum of five (5) minutes to a maximum of seven (7) minutes.

5. At the start of the video, the NAME of the COURSE, YEAR, SECTION and GROUP
NUMBER shall appear. In the individual appearance of the members, the COMPLETE NAME
shall also be indicated. Appearance of members should be in ALPHABETICAL ORDER.

6. Please make sure that all letters, labels and the likes shall be readable.

7. You may use appropriate background music to enhance the video.

8. Use appropriate PE/athletic/sports attire. To enhance the presentation, each group may wear
similar attire/uniform but it is not required.

9. Please CONSIDER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. Those with Cardiovascular Ailments (e.g.


asthma, enlargement of the heart) and those with physical ailments/deformities (e.g. fracture,
sprains, scoliosis and the likes) are NOT REQUIRED to participate or present. They may
however volunteer to take charge of the editing and to other related activities that would satisfy
their participation.

NOTE: THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED but NOT EXCUSED EITHER. NO


PERFORMANCE/PARTICIPATION NO GRADE so try to help the group in other SIGNIFICANT ways.

10. The practicum will be the main focus of evaluation, not the video. This implies that each
member must execute the figures correctly. For reference and basis, you may check on
YOUTUBE.

11. Deadline of submission of all the videos will be December 29, 2021, 5:00 PM through a
google drive link to be given through the messenger. Simply label the video indicating only
the category and group name (e.g. STABILITY SKILLS-Group IV, LOCOMOTOR SKILLS-
Group II)

12. Delay or extension of submission will not be allowed this time as we also have deadline in the
submission of your grades so please STRICTLY FOLLOW THE DATE OF SUBMISSION.
