TIME OF INCIDENT: 5:30 PM
SITUATION OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

The rain started at 4:30 PM with strong winds. Flooding was observed at 5:30 PM at the rivers of
Sitio Quary, Purok Padao, Purok Pasayan of Barangay Benuatan and Barangay East Migpulao.
The LDRRM personnel headed by LDRRM Officer SHEILA B. DOMINGO went down the area for continue
monitoring. A senior citizen named MANGOLING C. ANDI, 83 years old, from Purok Padao, Benuatan was
rescued and evacuated to his relative who lives at the safe zone area. He was also provided with foods by
the LDRRMO.
