1. Plan your school’s roadmap by accomplishing this template.
a. If you have already implemented limited F2F, you may fill out the template on how you will work on the expanded
limited F2F.
b. If you are an SDO representative, plan a roadmap for your school division that you will implement when schools
would consider a progressive face-to-face classes. Similar principles apply.
2. You may consult other stakeholders in your school. Assess your school context and determine the following:
a. Office/Person Responsible – identify a specific person or office accountable
b. Regulatory Requirements – existing requirements needed by regulatory bodies
c. School Needs to Prepare – policies, guidelines, and physical facilities needed to accomplish based on the regulatory
requirements.
