limited F2F.
b. If you are an SDO representative, plan a roadmap for your school division that you will implement when schools
would consider a progressive face-to-face classes. Similar principles apply.

2. You may consult other stakeholders in your school. Assess your school context and determine the following:
a. Office/Person Responsible – identify a specific person or office accountable
b. Regulatory Requirements – existing requirements needed by regulatory bodies
c. School Needs to Prepare – policies, guidelines, and physical facilities needed to accomplish based on the regulatory
requirements.

3. Once completed, this roadmap can be a supporting document for the Self-Assessment Checklist.

4. Save your roadmap as a PDF file.

5. Submit a copy of your roadmap individually through the LMS.
