:Introduction

ISO certification is a stamp of approval from a third party that shows a company follows one
of the standards set by the Worldwide Organization for Standardization (ISO) (ISO). Experts
from all over the world worked together to make the ISO standards. Think of them as a
formula for describing the best way to reach any goal. The standards cover product
development, process management, service delivery, and the use of resources. ISO standards
give national and international laws a solid base on which to be built. This makes trading
easier and saves time. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a non-
government group that sets rules for the quality, safety, and effectiveness of products. ISO
Standards are important to our society because they make sure that goods and services all
over the world are safe and of good quality. Businesses may benefit from ISO standards if
.they help them find ways to do things that cost less money

:Based on ISO certification

Quality assurance and standardisation requirements are met when an ISO certification is
obtained for a management system, industrial process, service or documentation plan.
Products, services, and systems that adhere to ISO standards are free of defects and are
.guaranteed to meet or exceed customer expectations
Medical devices, social responsibility, and energy management are just a few of the many
fields in which ISO certificates are available. Consistency is ensured through ISO standards.
For each certificate, there is a list of requirements, as well as a numerical rating system.
.According to Mead Metal, they have an ISO 9001:2015 certification
.ISO 9001 is defined by the following concepts
The ISO 9001:2008 certification procedure involves three steps: ISO, 9001, and 2015. The
following are the meanings of each part: ISO stands for International Organization for
Standardization. This organization establishes certification criteria for corporations and other
organizations. The procedure is overseen by a third-party certifier, and it is audited every
year. The ISO category of the standard is followed by a number. The ISO 9000 standards are
concerned with quality management. ISO 9001 is a well-known ISO standard that explains
how to implement a variety of quality management concepts. It improves the efficiency of
enterprises and organizations while also making consumers happy. The last number on an
ISO certificate indicates which version of the standard was satisfied and corresponds to the
year the standard was originally published. ISO 9001 has been updated to its fifth edition. It
was released in September 2015, and Mead Metals updated their procedures to accommodate
.the new version's requirements
Where can I get the most recent ISO standards
The quickest approach to learn about new, revised, or updated ISO standards is to contact the
.organization directly. They are the most trustworthy source since they created the regulations
Other websites provide explanations and summaries of ISO changes for consumers and
companies to utilize. For example, the website 9001 SIMPLIFIED describes what occurred
between 2008 and 2015 when ISO 9001 was modified. The following are some of the
:changes that occurred in 2015

TCS (NASDAQ: TSYS), a global pioneer in highly reliable and secure mobile
communication technology, said today that it has acquired ISO 27001 certification, the
highest globally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
.There are over 300 North American companies that have received this recognition
Compliance with ISO 27001 requires a company to demonstrate that they have an ongoing
strategy for protecting sensitive corporate and customer information.. Working in a safe and
secure environment, TCS has established ISO standards in order to protect intellectual
property and assets as well as contractual security requirements as well as a comprehensive
.risk assessment/treatment framework
Customers' private information will be protected from cyberattacks and security issues that
could result in a data breach by TCS, according to this certification. When an organization's
ISMS is found to be in compliance with an industry standard, it means the digital assets of
customers are safe. ISO 27001 certification means that TCS conforms to the most strict
information security standards in the industry, making customers, investors, and business
partners even more confident.According to Drew Morin, senior vice president and chief
technology officer of TCS, the company's ISO 27001 accreditation reflects its dedication to
developing a robust information security management system. "The fact that TCS passed the
rigorous certification process proves its dedication to protecting our company's and our
.clients' information assets and intellectual property
ISO is a multinational organization that creates and disseminates industrial standards. The
latest ISMS standards are available in the ISO 27001 publication. These recommendations
aid businesses in detecting, monitoring, and minimizing the risks to which their data is
.exposed
A process approach framework was used by TCS to allocate resources, review processes, and
build management systems that benefited the company as a whole. National Quality
.Assurance provided TCS accreditation
In the words of Timothy Woodcome, conformity assessment director of NQA, USA, one of
the largest and most prominent ISO registrars in the world, "TCS' certification was one of the
largest and most complete we've ever seen in the United States." It is common for companies
to begin by obtaining ISO 27001 accreditation for a portion of their operations. They hardly
never make an effort to achieve it for the benefit of the entire organisation. Independent
auditors conduct yearly surveillance audits at all of TCS's important facilities to ensure that
.the company retains its three-year accreditation
A study on ISO certification; with reference to the companies which are certified and
:not certified by ISO
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a standard-setting body. More
than 100 national standards organisations from around the world form this global federation.
Geneva is home to ISO. A critical self-assessment of the organization's current situation is a
good place to start. Quality assurance systems can be built on the foundation of the ISO 9000
family of international standards. QS 9000, TE 9000, AS 9000, and ISO 14000 are the other
.quality systems
Many of the Baldrige criteria are incorporated into QS 9000, which is needed by major US
.automakers, in addition to the ISO 9000 requirements
.In addition to QS 9000, TE 9000 is a tooling and equipment supplement
AS 9000 is an extension of ISO 9000 that takes into account the specific requirements of the
.aerospace sector
More and more countries are beginning to recognise the environmental criteria set out by the
.ISO 14000 family of standards
:Various companies which are certified by ISO are
.IBM APPLE, Reliance, TCS, HAL, Cognizant, Logistics
Multinational Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a non-governmental, international
organisation that develops standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. For this reason, when
it comes to selecting a company to provide a specific product or service, ISO-certified
businesses and organisations can be an asset, especially when the choice is between several
contenders. An attractive product or service, competitive pricing, and good customer ratings
can all be offered by each potential client. However, before doing business with them, make
.sure they are an ISO-certified organisation to ensure their reliability
An organization's dedication to producing products and services that are safe, dependable,
and of exceptional quality is represented by ISO-certified organisations. Having one of the
numerous types of ISO certificates (such as ISO 9001/14001/26001, for example, indicates
.that the business went through rigorous audits (and certification bodies) in order to obtain it
.Being ISO certified has many advantages
.ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION BENEFITS THE CUSTOMER
Any size or style of organisation can obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification. To put it simply, the
requirements of ISO 9001:2008 push enterprises to better identify and improve their Quality
Management Systems. Certification is to equip firms to consistently and efficiently fulfil their
customers' needs and expectations. In order to maintain certification, candidates should
expect the certification procedure to take three to six months to complete. What's the point?
:Customers gain much from ISO-certified companies, including
Customer-focused experience of the highest calibre
The ISO 9001 standard places a high priority on meeting the needs of its customers.
Organizations who have achieved ISO certification and continue to do so have a thorough
understanding of their processes, which allows them to identify areas for improvement more
quickly. Because ISO 9001 certification must be renewed every year, firms who hold the
.certification are always striving to improve their customer service
CHEAPER SERVICE RATES
Companies who have achieved ISO 9001 certification have been pushed to improve
operational efficiency. The bottom line of a business and the prices that are charged to
.customers are both impacted when operational costs are reduced due to increased efficiency
TIMELY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE
Customers have confidence in a company's ability to handle customer complaints effectively
and efficiently if it has ISO 9001 accreditation. It is a requirement of the certification process
that all firms have a system in place that can identify the cause of an issue, the steps
necessary to fix it, and any operational changes necessary to prevent a recurrence. Root cause
.corrective action is a cornerstone of consistent quality service that meets your requirements
TRUSTWORTHINESS
The procedure of obtaining ISO 9001 certification unites all of a company's divisions and
personnel. Everybody is held accountable for their part in the process and works according to
the same set of standards. This helps to ensure that everyone understands and adheres to the
same set of guidelines. This level of cooperation results in high-quality service that
.consumers can rely on to deliver what is promised
iCONN Systems is an ISO 9001-certified company. It is a great honour to be part of the ISO
9000 family. Since 2014, we've been an ISO 9001:2008-certified business. Despite 26 hours
of auditing, the company passed the ISO 9001 recertification without a single corrective
action or finding. To reduce the possibility of contamination of an entire product batch,
iCONN was found to be particularly adept in consistently segregating parts using CNC dump
bins. Internal document and record management and training videos were also found to be
.highly successful during the audit
