ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
(April 1 - 30, 2019)

 Edited the Affidavit of Allan Logrono and other legal documents in

preparation for the filing of case against Eleuterio Centino of
Taytay, Getafe, Bohol for illegal cutting.

 Edited the Execution Report re Roman Catholic Church as

represented by the Bishop of Talibon v. Heirs of Escobal

 Assisted the Hearing Officer on the Administrative Seizure

Proceeding re cutting of teak trees at Calanggaman, Ubay, Bohol.

 Drafted letter reply to Atty. Auza re request for certified true copies
of documents attached to the Free Patent application of Honorato
Olayan over a parcel of land located at Panas, Candijay, Bohol

 Drafted and edited the Joint Affidavit of Hazel Mumar, Allan

Logrono and Alberto Mier and other supporting documents for the
filing of case against four individuals from Campamanog, Pres.
Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol who were accused of pruning several pieces
of mangroves in the said barangay.

 Drafted Notice of Technical Conference for Pres. Carlos P. Garcia,

Bohol Mayor on the construction of structures within salvage zone
on his area of jurisdiction.

 Drafted the Affidavit of Venancio Ayop re his complaint against

CCM Construction of Union, Ubay, Bohol allegedly because of the
cutting and girdling made by the latter’s workers over several
mangroves located in the said barangay.

 Drafted letter reply to the Office of the Ombudsman re follow up on

the complaint of the Heirs of Maximo Leopando.

 Drafted letter reply to the ex-Punong Barangay of Sweetland,

Buenavista, Bohol re his request for the withdrawal of the
Certification which he signed during his previous term as Punong
Barangay concerning Lot 3284 located at Sweetland Buenavista,
Bohol.

 Assisted the Presiding Officer during the Technical Conference re

land dispute in Malingin Island, Bien Unido, Bohol.

 Drafted the Resolution on the Motion to Cancel and Set Aside
Resolution dated April 4, 2018 of former CENR Officer Roldan R.
Cotejo filed by Bernardo Avenido and Crisanta Rojas re fishpond
area located in Tambu Island, Talibon, Bohol.

 Drafted the Joint Affidavit of Allan Logrono, Gilbert Torreon and

Antonio Bandoy, Joint Affidavit of the responding Police Officers, as
well other documents re filing of case against Julius Labuca from
Poblacion, Getafe, Bohol for illegal transport of lumbers.

 Gave legal advice to DENR personnel relative to their functions and

problems encountered in the course of their work.

 Drafted and edited other documents assigned by the CENR Officer.

 Gave legal advice to clients
