AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, executed and entered into by and among:

ANA LIZA G. PEROCHO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Alegria, Catigbian. Bohol,
hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY,

- and -

FRANCISCO P. OBGUIA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of San Jose, Talibon, Bohol,
hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have entered into a Sales Contract for the roofing of
the former’s house situated in Triple Union, Catigbian, Bohol;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the above-mentioned Sales Contract, FIRST PARTY paid to the SECOND PARTY a
down payment in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php50,000.00), Philippine currency, which the latter hereby
acknowledged on January 9, 2009;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY failed to deliver the roofing materials within the agreed date until the present;

NOW, THEREFORE, the herein parties have mutually agreed to proceed with the Sales Contract to
supply roofing materials under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the total amount of the contract is modified from Php150,000.00 to Php140,000.00;

2. That the FIRST PARTY will pay an additional amount of Php40,000.00 to the SECOND PARTY
leaving a balance of Php50,000.00 payable after the completion of the roofing of her residential house;

3. That the SECOND PARTY will deliver the roofing materials FIFTEEN (15) working days from the
signing of the Agreement;

4. That should the SECOND PARTY fail to deliver the roofing material within the period agreed in the
preceding paragraph, the FIRST PARTY can resort to legal actions to enforce her claim against the SECOND
PARTY;

5. That the parties hereby obligate themselves to faithfully abide by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 25 th day, of March, 2009, at
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
