3rd Quarter Reading Exam Overview

IV. PROCEDURES General Directions:
Examination Proper This is a 50- item test, read and follow every direction in every type of test.
1. Erasures or any alteration are not allowed.
2. Answers must be complete and correct spelling.
3. Unanswered questions will be marked wrong.
4. Write the number of the questionnaire in your answer sheet.
5. Refrain from talking and looking at your classmate’s paper.
6. Using of cellphone or any gadget are not allowed

Evaluating learning Checking and evaluating of the test results, determining which are the least mastered competencies.
Additional Activities for application or Intervention /reinforcement will be administered after the examination week based on the least mastered competencies on
remediation the test result.
