Madam/Sir,

With reference to the subject above, I am directed to inform you that, a Video Conference
under the chairmanship of Commissioner-cum-Secretary will be held on 23.08.2022 from 10.30
AM to 5.00 PM in the Department of SSEPD conference hall.

You are, therefore, requested to attend the said Video Conference alongwith supporting staff
in OS WAN Room of your district as per the fixed date, time and venue. The agenda for discussion
in the aforesaid V.C is enclosed at Annexure-1.

The CDPO of your projects/ blocks are requested to attend the Video Conference in
OS WAN of their corresponding block maintaining the social distance. In case, VC room is not
functioning in her respective block, the CDPO will attend the nearest block of their district as per
fixed date and time.
