CHAPTER 1: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

BRIGHT Chin-chin is a budding food snacks factory involved in making


different flavoured chin-chin made from handpicked ingredients that
enhances its good taste and nourishment. It will be available for sales for
consumption in cinemas, sports centres, shopping malls, motor parks and
relaxation centres around and downtown Ilorin, ENUGU State Nigeria.

Our chin-chin is well nourished and has different flavours ranging from
milky, coconut milk and other natural flavours. Our technique makes
BRIGHT chin-chin stand out amongst its contemporaries. We also take note
to maintain a standard that will ensure the longevity of our chin-chin
factory. Our customer service is impeccable, making sure we satisfy their
cravings and also listen to their complaints and implement possible
changes as soon as possible.

Our products undergo strict processing and packaging so as to preserve


the qualities and hygiene of our product and also the brand as stated by
the Standard Organization of Nigeria

CHAPTER 4 PRODUCT OR SERVICE

Chin-Chin

Chin Chin Recipe

Ingredients

 3 cups flour (375 grams)


 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 Pinch of nutmeg
 1/2 cup sugar (100 grams)
 1/2 cup baking margarine  (115 grams)
 1/2 to 2/3 cup liquid milk or water
 1 egg (optional. use if you want soft chinchin)
 Oil for frying

 Direction

 Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Slice in


margarine  and mix until well incorporated (it should look like
breadcrumbs)

 Crack in egg. mix
 gently add water into flour mix until  you have a slightly stretchy but
not sticky dough (do not add too much water at once)

 Roll out the dough on a flat surface, cut into desired shapes

 Set the oil on medium heat, wait until the oil is hot.  Fry the shaped
dough a batch at a time until golden brown

The ChinChin Industry located in Enugu. Has recently experienced rapid


growth. Customers have become accustomed to the supply of unusual
speciality Chin-Chin of high standard and BRIGHT chin chin will position
itself to cater for this fastidious market. The local customers are looking for
high quality product in a relaxing atmosphere, where they can meet friends
and refer family too.

BRIGHT Chin-Chin wants to establish a large regular customer base and


will therefore concentrate its business and marketing on local residents
which is the dominant target market. This will establish a healthy,
consistent revenue base to ensure stability of the business. In addition
customer traffic is expected to comprise approximately 35% of the
revenues. High visibility and competitive products and service are critical to
capture this segment of the market.

 A Benefits Pitch

On the other hand, the benefits pitch will concentrate on the benefits the
client will get, rather than the skills. For example, “I provide web design
services that will help increase your website traffic, and increase the
conversion rate.”

When you concentrate on the benefits, it means that you are tackling the
client’s problems or pains. This shows the client that you can solve their
problems, which gives them more confidence in your work.
