Introduction

Work Immersion is a stage where the students can shows their

skills and talents when it comes to their chosen courses. It provides

Senior High School learners with opportunities to become familiar with

the workplace, simulate employment and to apply their competencies in

areas of specialization.

Work Immersion will help the students to know what course what

they want in college and enable students to acquire and develop the

skills of teamwork, communication, productivity, decision making,

dependability, attitude and professionalism.

 Logo and meaning

This is in honor of their grandfather by the name of Marcial Reyes.

It has a boat design considering that the location of the restaurants is
near the sea and their grandfather was a fisherman.
MARCIAL’S GRILLE HISTORY

The name Marcial came from Mrs. Gina Leonor Lantao’s

Grandfather who was a fisherman. Her Grandpa was dead long years

ago. Ma’am Gina keeps on focusing on achieving his grandpa’s dream

to build a restaurant.

After many years of hard work. This dream was a success. In 2010

ma’am Gina built a restaurant which is called “Marcial’s Grille” located

at Brgy. Matobato Calbayog City.

MISSION

A provider of a great dining experience that satisfies the guest by

being consistent with food and service.

VISION

To be one of Calbayog City’s premier local food establishment that

offers great foods and great service.

 Introduction
Work immersion is a key feature in Senior High School
curriculum. Work immersion is one of the course requirements
for graduation. A Senior High School students has undergo work
immersion. Through this work immersion, the students are
exposed to and become familiarized with work related to their
field of specialization.

Work immersion will help develop among learners’ life and

career skills, and will prepare them to make decision on
postsecondary education or employment. Specially, the students
are able to enhance their knowledge and skills, enrich their skills
in communication and human relations, develop good work
habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect for work.
