JESUS ANGEL GOMEZ GONZALEZ 2017588 CARLOS RENOVATO MONTEMAYOR 1998496 CARLOS ESAIAS TELLEZ GONZALEZ 2007946 GRUPO: 6 O 1 TURNO: MATUTINO PROFESOR(A): MARIA LUISA CABELLO SALAS PMBOK PART1: A GUIDE TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE PROJECT Introduction: In the first place we had the idea of being able to make vegan hamburgers among other things since we saw that it was a market for which there was not so much competition and many companies and people were not attracted to the idea, being something that now in the 21st century has been changing drastically Environment in which the project operates: We would operate as a food truck in some area where a lot of people pass Role of the project manager: Orient the project so that it does not deviate from the original idea Project integration management: The first thing we would do to be able to make ourselves known through social networks by announcing our opening and where we would be offering what we would give, obviously being hamburgers. Project scope management: We would see how good our publicity is and more than anything, see how many people like it so that we know what kind of reach we would reach. Project schedule management: Although we do not have a 100% well planned schedule, we can say that one is going to be in charge of accompanying the cook as well as the cook himself and someone who is in charge of advertising in such a way that we continue to be recognized. Project cost management: The cost will be an approx. of 1 million pesos Project quality management: We are going to have a person that is going to be a partner with the chef and is the one that is going to verify all the quality process Management of project resources: In first place with the management of the resources we will take a rule of 1/2 of the money obtained 50% for the personal, 50% for the local Project communication management: In this point the people that is going to be up in the organization would make meetings where everyone would come to it to discuss about the local Project risk management: To be able to manage risks correctly, we must know that they will always be present in everything we do, being a somewhat silly plan since it is not like the situation is the same as the one planted in the risk plan that we have for that reason I think it is only necessary to have someone who knows what to do in the face of adversity Project procurement management: For this, you have to have trained people and the senior leadership of the organization to know what to do when moving forward like everything in life and judge as a mind if what is going to be done is correct or not. Project stakeholder management: During this part you have to consider what the interesting parts are and to carry out improvements through some process which not only seeks to improve it but also innovate it. Part 2: The standard for project management Start: On this basis, what we will seek will be to consider everything about the business, taking it seriously, seeing things such as permits, prices, costs, etc. Planning: In the planning we plan to design appropriate strategies to be able to succeed in the market, as well as to be able to establish the objectives Execution: In the execution is where we will direct and manage the business as agreed in the previous step as well as other actions within which are managing communications, obtaining acquisitions, and directing the team to move forward. Monitoring and control: In this phase what we will do is control the costs of everything as well as control resources, quality, acquisitions, goals and also monitor risks. Closure: In this phase is where we close the project once is success
