Evidence: Calling 911

Complete the following dialogue. Then, retell the story to a friend. Imagine you
have a medical emergency at home with one of your relatives and you are
making a phone call to 911. Do not forget to keep in mind the correct way to
report instructions and requests to write your composition. The first line is done
as an example.

Operator: 911, What’s your emergency?

You: my friend had an accident, he fell down the stairs
and hit his head
Operator: Is the person unconscious?
You: yes
Operator: What’s his/her name and age?
You: his name is Erick and he is 25 years old
Operator: What’s your address?
You:12th Street 12-09 el limonar
Operator: Got it. An ambulance is on its way.
You: Thank you very much what can I do to help erick
while the ambulance arrives?
Operator: You must keep calm
You: I am trying
Operator: Don’t hang up until the ambulance is there.
You: I'll be on the line
Operator: Ok. That’s all I can do for you.
You: thank you so much

Erick and I were decorating the house for my sister's birthday

party, he slipped off the stairs and fell, hitting his head,
becoming unconscious, I was very scared and called the
emergency line immediately, the operator who answered me
was very patient I wonder what was happening and the data
from erick then told me that i should to be calm and that he did
not hang up the call until the ambulance arrived, then the
ambulance arrived and we all went to the clinic thanks to God
he reacted half an hour after arrive at the clinic and they
discharged him the next day.
