1 large egg
½ cup flour
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix malunggay leaves, egg, onion, garlic, and ¼ tsp pepper
2. Next shape the patties by scooping about ¼ cup of mixtures, and mold
these into ball shape. Then proceed to flatter this down. After doing this

1. In making cassava leaves patty, the first thing you have to do is chop
the cassava leaves into thin pieces and dry it through direct sunlight.
After that, prepare all ingredients and combine in a large bowl until well
blended.
2. Next shape the patties by scooping ¼ cup of the mixture, mold it into
ball shape. Then proceed to flatter them this down. After doing this to
