APPENDIX D

Standard Recipe of Malunggay Patty

Materials:

Frying pan, measuring cup/spoon, mixing bowl, and ladle.

Ingredients:

 Bunch of Leaves

 1 large egg

 ½ cup flour

 1tsp onion powder

 ½ tsp garlic powder

 ¼ tsp ground pepper

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, mix malunggay leaves, egg, onion, garlic, and ¼ tsp pepper

until well blended.

2. Next shape the patties by scooping about ¼ cup of mixtures, and mold

these into ball shape. Then proceed to flatter this down. After doing this

to your patties start preparing to cook them.

Experimental Recipe of Cassava Leaves Patty

Ingredients:

 1Cup Cassava Leaves

 1 Large egg

 ½ Cup flour

 Oil

 1 tsp Onion powder

 ½ Garlic powder

 ¼ tsp. Ground pepper

Procedure for Acceptability of Cassava Leaves Patty

1. In making cassava leaves patty, the first thing you have to do is chop

the cassava leaves into thin pieces and dry it through direct sunlight.

After that, prepare all ingredients and combine in a large bowl until well

blended.

2. Next shape the patties by scooping ¼ cup of the mixture, mold it into

ball shape. Then proceed to flatter them this down. After doing this to

your patties, preparing them to cooked your patties.
