Mechanics for Practical Test
a. Each student will be tasked to demonstrate the proper way of one-hand and two-hand dribbling.
b. Three stations will be formed in the practical test.
1st Station – Right Hand Dribbling while Walking/Stationary
2nd Station – Left Hand Dribbling while Walking/Stationary
3rd Station – Alternate Hand Dribbling while Walking/Stationary
c. 1-3 minutes demonstration
d. Wear your proper P.E. uniform (if available) or any sports/workout attire.
