Based on the Statement Work Accomplished (SWA, dated December 22, 2021), the Expansion of
Aborlan Level III Water System in Brgy. Apoc-apoc, Mabini and Magsaysay, located at Brgy. Apoc-
apoc, Mabini and Magsaysay is 100% complete and is subject to Defects-Liability Period of 1 year.
Though subject to Liability Defects Period, PARTIAL TURN-OVER for portions of Brgy. Mabini and
Magsaysay is hereby authorized and can now be utilize for the purposes of delivering reliable water
to the public pending the remaining portions of the project and the full proper turn-over thereof.
