Relation to the Payment for Relocation of Poles

Dear Mr. Alvarez:

Greetings!

This is to reiterate our request for additional requirements we requested with your office on
the following projects we sent on July 06, 2020, May 26, 2020, February 24, 2020, and
February 05, 2020 in reference to the affected utilities of Albay Power and Energy
Corporation by the infrastructure project implemented under this office, to wit:

As per our letter preceding this, we informed you that we shall be returning the fund
allotted for the said relocation in case there is a failure to submit the requested
requirements. In view hereof, in order to finalize the procedure, we would like to request an
audience with you in relation to the above-mentioned on August 25, 2020, at your office at
1:00 pm.
