ALPRESCO WORKERS MEMORANDUM

1. Must be inside the jobsite before 7:00 AM every day.

2. Raincoat must be worn during rainy days.
3. Workers who made possible mistake must be deducted from their salary or suspension of duties
without pay.
4. Employees accepting jobs outside the jobsite during working days will be automatically
terminated from his category or duty.
5. Employees conducting their duties with drunkenness or under influence of liquor will be
suspended in one (1) day.
6. Employees must avoid conducting any gambling activities inside this compound at anytime
during working days. Those who violated will be suspended for two (2) days without pay.
7. Three (3) consecutive absences without notice or valid reason will be suspended for one (1) day.
Six (6) consecutive absences without notice or valid reason will be suspended for two (2) days.
And nine (9) consecutive absences without notice or valid reason will be suspended for one (1)
week without pay. And if repeated without any notice the said employee will be terminated from
his post or duty.
8. Employee must ask permission to the person in-charge of the site or the foreman on or before
taking a leave or absent from their post or job.
9. Avoid making troubles inside the compound or speaking any bad words that can cause riot or
commotion. If the worker is proven guilty of starting a fight, he will be suspended from his post
or duty for one (1) week.
10. Workers must stay inside the compound. If a worker goes out of the compound he must be back
before 10:00 PM to prevent and avoid loses of important materials inside the compound.
11. Workers are exempted for asking leave of absence if only he is sick or not feeling well. Or if any
of his immediate family is deceased. Or for any emergency situation the worker has/have.
