产品简介:Product profile

“奇威牌”TD75 型带式输送机,是通用型系列化产品。是以棉帆

布,尼龙帆布, 聚酯帆布芯输送带作为拽引构件的连续输送设备。它

可广泛用于建材,煤炭,冶金,矿山,港口,化工,轻工,石油,及

机械等行业,输送各种散状物料及成件物品。带式输送机(以下简称

输送机),具有运量大,爬坡能力高,运营费用低,使用维护方便,安

全性好等特点,便于实现运输系统自动化控制。 输送机是由传动滚

筒,各类托辊组,各类拉紧装置,各类清扫器,各类卸料装置,各类

机架导料槽,头部护罩,头部漏斗及各类驱动装置和电气控制部件等

组成。TD75 型带式输送机产品设计的机械安全标准和机械电气系统

的 安 全 需 求 , 符 合 欧 洲 EN620; EN294; EN1050; EN12100-1;

EN12100-2; EN60204-1 标准的范畴。

“Qiwei” TD75 model belt conveyor is conveying equipment of

general use and series. Cotton canvas, nylon canvas and polyester canvas

cord belt serve as the dragging member to continuously convey materials.

The equipment is widely used in construction material, coal, metallurgy,

mining, port, chemical, light industry, petroleum and mechanical

industries. Belt conveyor has relative big capacity, good climbing ability,

lower operation cost, easy maintenance, safety and easy control by

automatic system. The belt conveyor is composed of driving pulley,

various idlers, take-up devices, cleaners, discharge devices, frameworks,

head hood, head hopper, drive units and electrical control parts, etc. TD75

安 全 注 意 事 项

Safety items

为了安全,正确的使用输送机,使用前务必认真阅读本事项,在

熟记设备原理,安全信息,及注意事项后使用。使用本产品的用户必

须具备本手册,阅读后请务必妥善保管,以便查询。本手册和设备的

警告标志是指如果不遵守有关要求,不采取相应的措施,就有可能导

致人员的伤害和设备的损害。对操作本输送机人员的要求:

In order to use the equipment in a safe and correct way, one must read

carefully and memorize the work fundamental, safety information and

warnings first. The operator must keep the manual for easy consultation.

The warning signals on the manual and the equipment mean that if related

rules not observed or measures not taken, personnel and equipment may

be damaged. Requirement for operator:

在本设备上进行工作的人员要熟悉设备的安装,调试,投入运行

的步骤和要求,以及对可能出现的各种紧急情况能采取相应的措施并

要求必须具备下列条件:经过培训合格,能够按常规和本手册规定的

安全操作步骤工作,对设备上的电路进行上电,断电,清扫,接地,

连接等各种操作,并能进行对设备的维修,使用和防护,同时还必须

做到:

Operator should be familiar with procedures of equipment installation,

testing and putting into operation and be able to take corresponding

measures at various possible emergencies. Additional requirement are as

follows: After qualifying in the training, one should be able to work

according to common rules and safe operation process of regulated on the

manual. One should also be able to connect or break the power,

grounding connect, clean and perform routine repair and maintenance.

Besides, one need to do the following:

Daily check on safety devices

2.确保开机前所有操作者都保持警戒;

Ensure all operators of proper alertness before start.

3.保持各零部件的清洁;

Keep all parts clean

4.未做好保养,准备及妥善调整前,不得开机。

No starting the equipment before proper maintenance, preparation

and adjustment

1.本设备带有危险电压;设备上电后在运行和操作时,不得打开

电柜门和电器控制箱,以免触电带来危险。

The equipment has voltage of danger; No opening the electrical

cabinet and control cabinet after power on and during operation.

2.本设备需要有良好的接地装置,输入的电源只允许连接永久性

紧固电源线。

The equipment should have correct grounding device and the supply

input can only from permanent fixed electrical wire.

3.本设备的驱动装置在机器出厂前,其传动机构的高速端部分已

调整到工作状态,任何非专业人员不得任意改变。如确定需要调整,

应由专业人员进行。至于传动机构的低速端与输送机主机部分的连接

与调整,必须在安装现场由专业人员进行。

The drive unit has its high speed end of transmission mechanism

adjusted ready to work. No change from any non professionals. If any

adjustment is necessary, please ask help to professionals. As to

connecting and adjustment between low speed end and conveyor body

should be performed at site by professionals.

4.防止儿童和非本设备操作人员接触和接近本设备。

Prevent children and non-operators from reaching the equipment.

5.在安装和调试设备之前,请仔细阅读这些安全规则和警告,以

及设备上粘贴的所有警告标志,确保警告标志置于醒目的位置。并及

时更换损坏和脱落的标志.

Before installation and testing run, please read the safety rules and

warnings. Ensure the warning notes on place of attention and timely

change when damaged.

6.只有熟悉本手册所有安全说明和有关安装,调试,操作,维修

的规定,正确地进行搬动,装卸,维护,是实现本设备安全和成功的

投入运行的可靠保证。

1.1 TD75 型固定式带式输送机是通用型系列产品,是以棉帆布;

尼龙帆布;及聚酯帆布芯输送带作曳引构件的连续输送设备,可广泛

用于建材,煤炭,冶金,矿山,港口,化工,轻工,石油及机械等行

业,输送各种散状物料及物品。带式输送机(以下简称输送机),具有

运量大,爬坡能力高,运营费用低,使用维护方便等特点,便于实现

运输系统自动化控制。

TD75 model belt conveyor is conveying equipment of general use and

series. Cotton canvas, nylon canvas and polyester canvas cord belt serve

as the dragging member to continuously convey materials. The equipment

is widely used in construction material, coal, metallurgy, mining, port,

chemical, light industry, petroleum and mechanical industries. Belt

conveyor has relative big capacity, good climbing ability, lower operation

cost, easy maintenance, safety and easy control by automatic system.

1.2 输送物料的松散密度 500~2500kg/m3,输送物料的块度见表 1。

Loose density of materials handled is 500~2500kg/m3, with granular

size as following form1: belt width + largest granular size

1.3 工作环境温度:一般为-15°C~+40°C 范围内,对于有特

殊要求的工作场所,如高温,寒冷,防爆,防腐蚀,耐酸碱,防水等

条件,用户在订货时应在合同中注明,制造厂将另行采取相应的防护

措施。

Work environment temperature: ordinarily -15°C~+40°C. For

special requirement such as high temperature, cold, anti-explosion,

anti-corrosion, anti-acid & alkali, anti-water, etc, the client need to notify

in purchase order and the manufacturer will take corresponding

protection measures.

1.4 适用标准:输送机执行 GB10595 《带式输送机技术条件》

国家标准以及相关行业及国家标准。

Applied standard: apply to national standard GB10595 “Technical

condition of belt conveyor” and other related industrial and national

standards.

1.5 输送机均按部件系列进行设计,选用时根据工艺路线,按不

同地形及工况进行选型设计,计算,并组装成整机。制造厂按总图或

部件清单生产,供货。设计者对整机性能负责,制造厂对部件的性能

和质量负责。

The conveyor is designed based on series of various parts, consider

work process route, calculate and select according to different terrain and

work environment, assemble into the complete equipment. Fabrication is

based on overall drawings and component list. Designer is in charge of

the complete equipment performance and fabricator in charge of the

component performance and quality.

1.6 输送机应尽量安装在通廊内。在露天场合下,驱动站应加防

护罩。

The conveyor is mostly installed in a corridor. If installed outdoors,

the drive unit should be protected by a guard cover.

1.7 本系列输送机能满足水平,提升等条件,也可采用带凸弧段,

凹弧段与直线段组合的多种输送形式。

The series of conveyor can satisfy horizontal conveying and lifting,

and also combined form with convex arc, concave arc, and straight line.

注 2: 表中的输送量 Q 值是在物料容重γ=1.0 t/m3,输送机倾角β=

0~7°,物料动堆积角ρ=30°时的计算值,若γ值;β值;ρ值改

变,Q 值应按比例增减,动堆积角的改变,Q 值应乘以表 3 所列的系

数。

Note2: In above form the value of capacity Q is calculated based on the

material densityγ=1.0 t/m3, inclinationβ=0~7°and dynamic piling

angleρ=30°. Q varies according to changes of γ, β or ρ. If

dynamic piling angle changes, Q value will be calculated with

multiplying the following coefficient.

3. 整机的典型布置:

3.1 TD75 型带式输送机的典型布置有下面几种基本形式:见图

1~图 5。

3.2 输送机的整机由以下主要部件组成:输送带;驱动装置;滚

筒;托辊;拉紧装置;清扫器;各种机架;头部护罩;头部漏斗;导

料槽;卸料装置等。见图 6

4.部件概述:General description about parts

4.1 输送带:Belt

是牵引和承载物料的主要构件,TD75 型系列采用普通型橡

胶或其它材质的输送带,选用时可根据输送机张力的大小确定采用棉

帆布芯,尼龙帆布芯以及聚酯帆布芯输送带。输送机其它部件的设计

满足各种材料芯层的输送带。

Main dragging and carrying member of the equipment. TD75 adopts

rubber and other materials for its belt which is selected according to

tension calculation. Other parts of the equipment should be designed to

satisfy the belt of different materials.

4.1.1 输送带的连接:Connection of belt

一般采用硫化连接,其接头方式及接头长度见输送机安装

说明的有关条款。

Ordinarily vulcanization connection. Please refer to installation

specification for connection method and length.

4.2 驱动装置:Drive unit

由电动机,减速机,高速轴联轴器或液力偶合器,制动器,

低速轴联轴器及逆止器组成驱动单元,固定在驱动架上;驱动架固定

在地基上。

It is composed of motor, reducer, high speed coupling or hydraulic

coupling, low speed coupling and backstop, etc. It is fixed on the drive

frame standing firm on the ground.

4.2.1 驱动型式与功率范围见表 5: Drive type and power rate scope

4.2.2 电动机:Motor

本系列输送机采用了Y系列鼠笼型电机,功率为 1.5~

160(KW);30(KW)以下高速轴联轴器采用柱销联轴器直接起动。见图

7; 一般条件下,电机防护等级为 IP44,户外为 IP54,海拔高度不超过

1000(m),环境温度为-15°~+40°C,如用于露天寒冷,盐雾及防爆场

所,应采取相应措施提高防护等级及采用隔爆电机。

This series of conveyor adopts Y squirrel casing electrical motor with

power rate 1.5 ~ 160(KW); Under 30kw it starts directly with pin

coupling (drawing7) as high speed coupling. In ordinary environment,

protection class should be IP44; IP55 for outdoor operation; under 1000m

above sea level; Environment temperature between -15°~+40°C. If

operation outside in cold, salty fog or anti-explosion environment,

protection class should be increased or anti-explosion motor should be

adopted.

4.2.3 液力偶合器:hydraulic coupling

当电机功率在 37~160(KW)范围内的高速轴联接采用 YOX 型或

YOXz 型(带制动轮)输送机专用液力偶合器,(起动系数为 1.3~1.7),

改善起动性能,降低起动电流。见图 8,其工作原理是电动机的机械能

传递给泵轮和涡轮组成的工作腔中的油,从而转为液体的动能,该动

能传递给涡轮,变为涡轮的机械能,使其转动作功。

When motor rate between 37~160(KW), high speed shaft connection

adopts YOX or YOXz (with brake wheel) type special purpose hydraulic

coupling for belt conveyor (start coefficient between 1.3 ~ 1.7) to

improve start performance and decrease start current. (see drawing 8)

4.2.4 减速机:

本系列输送机一般使用 ZQ 型渐开线两级圆柱齿轮减速机,也可

选用 ZL 型硬齿面渐开线两级齿轮减速机,以及在特殊工况下也可选

用 DCY 型硬齿面垂直轴减速机。在手选带式输送机里,为了获得

0.3(m/s)的低带速,采用 NEW 型行星齿轮减速机与 Y 系列电机相配。

The series of conveyor adopts ZQ type involute double reduction

cylindrical gear reducer or ZL type hardening surface involute double

reduction gear reducer. In special work environment, DCY type

hardening surface vertical shaft reducer can be adopted. In order to

achieve low speed at 0.3(m/s), NEW type planet gear reducer can be

matched with Y series motor.

4.2.5 制动器:brake

对于倾斜输送或水平输送且对停车时间有严格要求的场合,本

系列选用 YWZ5 型系列液压推杆制动器,具有工作频率快,制动平

稳,制动力矩可调,摩擦垫易更换,寿命长等优点。其防护等级为 IP65,

工作频率为 100%采用液压推杆制动器时,高速轴联轴器相应改变为

带制动轮的柱销联轴器,或在减速机的高速轴端配用 JB/ZQ4389-86

For inclined or horizontal conveying with strict requirement on

stop time, this series of belt conveyor adopts YWZ5 hydraulic pressing

rod brake, which has many advantages such as high work frequency,

stable brake, adjustable braking torque, easy change of friction gasket,

long operation life, etc. When protection class is IP65 with 100% work

frequency hydraulic pressing rod brake, high speed shaft coupling should

be changed to pin coupling with brake wheel.

4.2.6 低速轴联轴器:Low speed shaft coupling

输送机采用十字滑块联轴器,根据工况的不同,其材质分为

QT600-2 球墨铸铁件和 ZG310-570 铸钢件两种供选用。

Cross slip coupling adopted. According to different work

environment, it can be chosen as spheroid graphite cast iron QT600-2 or

cast steel ZG310-570.

4.2.7 逆止器:Back stop device

对于倾斜向上输送机,为了防止负载停车时输送带逆行,应设

逆止器。输送机有带式逆止器和滚柱逆止器两种形式。带式逆止器用

于逆转力矩较小的情况,其结构见图 9。其工作原理为,在输送机正

常运转时,输送带下分支给予逆止带的摩擦力使其卷曲在限制器里

(图中假想线位置),止退器此时挡住逆止带端部的扁钢,使其不能翻

转,随时处于逆止准备状态。一旦输送机有载停车,输送带在物料作

用下开始逆行时,输送带的摩擦力将带动逆止带运动,直至逆止带夹

在传动滚筒与输送带之间被拉直,起到逆止作用为止。(图中实线位

置),逆止器按上述要求现场配焊在头架上。滚柱逆止器,其结构见图

10。它实际上是一种超越离合器,一般安装在减速机低速轴(双出轴)

的另一端出轴上或传动滚筒的另一端出轴上。通常与 ZQ65~ZQ100

型或 ZL 型减速机的低速轴相配。

For inclined conveying belt conveyor, back stop device should be

installed to avoid loaded belt return at stop. The device falls into two

types as belt back stop and roller back stop. The former is applied in

relative small torque. Please refer to drawing9 for its structure. The work

fundamental is that in normal operation friction makes the back stop belt

coiled in the limit device ( hypothesis line in the drawing ) with the return

stop blocking the flat steel from tuning at the end of the belt. This is

standing by condition for back stop. Once conveyor stops and conveying

belt will return under the force form the material carried, belt friction will

move the back stop belt till it tensions straight between driving pulley and

carrying belt. (substantial line in the drawing) Back stop device should be

welding connected at the head frame as required. Roller back stop (see

drawing 10 for its structure) is actually a type of exceeding clutch. It is

usually installed at the other end of the low speed shaft of the

reducer(double output shaft) or the other end of the output shaft of the

driving pulley. It usually matches with low speed shaft of ZQ65~ZQ100

or ZL model reducer.

4.2.8 内装式电动滚筒:Inner mounting electrical pulley

根据电动滚筒的润滑方式不同分为油冷式和油浸式两种,适用

于小功率,短距离的单机驱动的输送机,功率范围 1.5~55(KW);滚筒

直径一般为 500~800(mm),用于环境温度不超过+40°C 的场合。油

浸 式 电 动 滚 筒 的 直 径 一 般 为 315 ~ 800(mm), 功 率 范 围 为 1.1 ~

55(KW)。内装式电动滚筒的使用,安装,维护详见电动滚筒使用说

明书。

According to different lubrication, electrical pulley can be divided

into oil cooling and oil immerse type. The former is usually applied for

small power rate and short conveyor with single driving unit. Rate

between 1.5 ~ 55(KW); Pulley diameter between 500 ~ 800(mm);

Environment temperature not higher than +40°C. The later is usually

with the pulley diameter between 315~800(mm) and power rate between

1.1~55(KW). Please refer to electrical pulley manual for details about

installation, operation and maintenance of the inner mounting electrical

pulley.

4.2.9 外装式电动滚筒:Exterior mounting electrical pulley

外装式电动滚筒是内装式电动滚筒的拓展,它克服了内装式电

动滚筒电机散热条件差,使用功率受到限制的弱点。其滚筒直径为

500~1000 (mm);功率范围为 1.5~160(kw);并分为卧式直列,立式电

机直联,以及卧式垂直等多种形式供选用。其使用,安装,维护详见

外装式电动滚筒使用说明书。

The type overcomes disadvantages of the inner mounting type

such as poor cooling and limited power rate. Its pulley diameter is usually

between 500~1000 (mm) and power rate between 1.5~160 (kw). The

mounting way divides into horizontal, vertical and horizontal vertical

connection. Please refer to electrical pulley manual for details about

installation, operation and maintenance of the exterior mounting electrical

pulley.

4.2.10 驱动装置的装配形式:Assembly form of drive unit

不论电机,减速机及有关部件组合的开式驱动装置,或内装式

和外装式电动滚筒的闭式驱动装置,均以输送机胶带运行方向为基

准,其驱动装置安装在输送机中心线的右侧,定义为右装形式,反之,

则定义为左装形式。另外根据电机的安装位置的不同分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ

型。见图 11

NO matter for open type drive unit or close type drive unit, left

and right mounting form can be divided based on the center line as the

movement direction of the belt. According to different installation

position, the assembly can also be divided into type I and type II. See

drawing11 as following:

4.3 滚筒:Pulley

输送机的滚筒分成传动滚筒及改向滚筒两大类。传动滚筒是传

递动力的主要部件,利用输送带与滚筒之间的摩擦力运行,提供摩擦

力将能增加输送机的负载量。而摩擦力又与输送带的张力大小,围包

角的大小及滚筒与输送带之间的摩擦系数有关。输送机设有光面和胶

面滚筒,其传递扭矩是按输送带的最大许用张力在围包角 180°时考

虑两种表面摩擦系数而设计的。改向滚筒用来改变输送带的运行方向

和增加传动滚筒的围包角,输送机的改向滚筒不能用来作为头部卸料

改向滚筒。根据传动滚筒直径及改向滚筒的使用位置,按表 7 选择改

向滚筒直径。所有滚筒采用整体滚动轴承座固定在机架上。

Form7

Pulley is categorized as driving pulley and bending pulley. The

former is the major movement transmission member of the conveyor,

which make use of the friction between the belt and the pulley to provide

load capacity of the belt conveyor. The friction is related to bet tension,

wrap angle, friction coefficient between belt and pulley. Lagging and non

lagging pulley as designed is based on consideration of transmission

torque from the friction coefficient at the highest belt tension and wrap

angle 180°. Bend pulley is used to change belt direction and increase

drive pulley wrap angle. It cannot be designed as head discharge pulley.

Bending pulley diameter is calculated based on driving pulley diameter

and bend pulley position as the following form7. All pulleys are fixed on

the framework with integrated roller bearing seat.

4.4 托辊:Idler

托辊用于支撑输送带及其上承载物料,并保证输送带稳定运行

的装置。TD75 型输送机的托辊种类见表 8 (form8)

Idler is used to carry belt and material on the belt and keep smooth

movement of the belt. TD75 model conveyor has the various idler type as

the shown in above form8.

4.4.1 在承载分支,槽角为 30°的槽形托辊用于输送散状物料,

平形托辊用于输送成件物品和承托回程分支的输送带。承载分支托辊

间的间距一般取 1.2(m),回程分支的托辊间距一般取 3(m)。在凸弧段

和凹弧段的托辊间距应通过计算确定。为了防止输送带跑偏而影响运

转,在承载分支,一般每隔 10 组槽形托辊(或平形上托辊)设置一组

槽形调心托辊(或平形上调心托辊)。在回程分支,一般每隔 6~10 组

设置一组平形下调心托辊。在承载分支的受料处导料槽的下方,设有

弹簧板式及橡胶圈式缓冲托辊,
供用户选用一种;
当落料高度在 800~

1200(mm)之间或输送物料单块重量超过 50(kg)时,应选用直接安装在

地基上的弹簧板或橡胶圈式重型缓冲托辊。缓冲托辊的作用是吸收输

送物料下落时对胶带的冲击动能,延长输送带的使用寿命。缓冲托辊

的间距一般为 400~600(mm),可根据输送物料的不同工况而定。

In carrying layer, through idler with angle of 30°is used to convey

bulk material. Flat idler is used to carry piece goods or support return belt.

Carrying idler pitch is usually 1.2m and return idler pitch usually 3m. At

concave and convex section, the pitch need to be designed based on

calculation. In order to avoid belt misalignment, In carrying layer one

through centering idler (or flat upper centering idler) will be set every 10

through idlers (or flat upper idler). In return layer, every 6-10 idlers one

below flat centering idler should be set. Below the guiding chute at

feeding point, either spring plate type or rubber ring type absorbed idler

will be set in the carrying layer. When material feeding from 800~

1200mm, ground seated spring plate or heavy duty rubber ring absorbed

idler is applied to absorb impact to the belt from falling material so as to

prolong belt operation life. Usually impact idler pitch is 400~600mm,

which is also related to different work conditions.

4.4.2 输送机的托辊辊子采用径向迷宫塑料密封圈密封,它能较

好地防尘;防水,管子选用托辊焊管和增强尼龙管两种。轴承座为钢

板冲压座,托辊轴有车制阶梯轴及冷拔圆钢轴两种。以上几种材料的

零件安装

The roller of the idler adopts radial labyrinth plastic ring seal, witch is

good at dust and water resistance. The tube is divided into idler welding

tube and enhanced nylon tube. Bearing seat is made by stamping steel

plate. Idler shaft falls into lathe machining stepped shaft and cold drawing

round steel shaft. Please refer to the following drawing 12 for assembly

of the above parts.

4.5 拉紧装置:Take-up device

4.5.1 保证输送带与传动滚筒间不打滑,并限制输送带在托辊间

的下垂度,使输送机正常运行。

To ensure of no slip between belt and driving pulley, limit the

downward degree of the belt between idlers.

4.5.2 本系列输送机设有螺旋式,车式,垂直重锤式三种拉紧形

式。用户可根据拉紧力,拉紧行程,和拉紧位置的不同而选择。

Three take-up type for the series of conveyor: screw, cart and

vertical weighing. The user can select considering tension, take-up

spacing and take-up position.

4.5.3 拉紧装置使用范围:The application scope of the take up

device

1.螺旋拉紧装置:适用于短距离,功率较小的输送机上。按机

长的 1%选取拉紧行程,其拉紧行程有 500mm 和 800mm 两种供用户

选择。

Screw take-up device: applicable to short distance, low power rate

conveyor. Take-up spacing is selected according to 1% of the conveyor

length. Customer could select take-up spacing of 500mm or 800mm.

2.车式拉紧装置:适用于较长距离,功率较大的输送机上,其

拉紧行程一般为 1500mm~2000mm。优点为结构简单可靠,拉紧力

恒定。

Cart take-up device: applicable to long distance, large power rate.

Take-up spacing is usually between 1500mm ~ 2000mm. Easy and

reliable structure and constant tension make the advantages of this type.

3.垂直重锤拉紧装置:适用于长距离,功率较大,倾斜向上的

输送机上,其拉紧行程范围可大一些。优点是可以利用输送机走廊的

空间位置,且采用车式拉紧有困难的场合。

Vertical weighting take-up device: applicable to long distance

with large power rate and inclination route. Its take up spacing can be a

little larger. The strong point is that it can make use of conveyor walkway

space and is applicable to environment where cart tensioning is not

applicable.

4.6 清扫器:Cleaner

4.6.1 用于清除输送带上粘附的物料,本系列输送机有弹簧清扫

器和空段清扫器两种。

To clean adherent material on the belt. Divide into spring loaded

cleaner and non loaded cleaner.

4.6.2 弹簧清扫器:spring loaded cleaner

用来清扫粘附在输送带承载面上的粘附物,防止输送带的粘附物

污染环境和引起输送带跑偏。在现场安装时将其焊接在卸料滚筒下方

的机架上。见图 13. drawing 13

To clean and prevent the belt from misalignment. It is installed at site

with welding connection on the framework under discharging pulley.

4.6.3 空段清扫器:Non loaded cleaner

用来清扫粘附在输送带非承载面上的粘附物,防止物料卡在尾部

滚筒或垂直拉紧装置的拉紧滚筒里,因此一般在现场将其焊接在这两

个滚筒前方的中间架上,使它的橡胶刮板与输送带的回程分支的上表

面接触。见图 14.

To clean non carrying surface of the belt to prevent material from

blocking in the tail and take-up pulley, with the rubber scraper touch the

upper surface of the return belt.

4.7 卸料装置:Discharging unit

当需要在输送机中部卸料时,对于小粒度物料,小运输量定点卸

料时,本系列输送机配有单侧(分为左右),双侧,手动或气动犁式卸

料器,不定点卸料时可选用卸料车,对于大容重的矿石类物料,可选

用重型卸料车。卸料车分为二通漏斗和三通漏斗两种。三通漏斗可两

侧同时卸料或中间卸料;二通漏斗仅能两侧同时卸料,可由用户根据

需要选用。当需要物料分别卸至与输送机垂直布置的各个料仓时,可

选用可逆配仓输送机,它可将主输送机(或给料机)输入的物料向左或

向右输送至端部卸入各个料仓,但它不适于输送大容重矿石和落差较

大的场合。

If discharging in the middle of the conveyor, for small granular

material at fixed discharging point, the series of conveyor has single side,

both side, hand moving and pneumatic plow type discharging device. For

non fixed point discharging, discharging cart is selected. For big density

minerals, heavy duty discharging cart can be selected. The cart is divided

into 2 output and 3 output type. The former can discharge material only at

both sides and the latter can discharge at both sides or in the middle. If it

is necessary to conveying material to silos laid out vertically against

conveyor, reversible mobile belt conveyor should be selected. It can

convey material on the main conveyor (or feeder) to the left or to the right

end, but it is not applicable to big density minerals and high falling

distance condition.

4.8 各类机架:various framework

输送机的机架分为头架;尾架;中间架;中间架支腿;垂直拉紧

支架;驱动装置架等几大部件,可用于输送容重为 2500(kg/m3)以下

的物料。为了适应输送机的不同布置倾角,有 0~20°各种倾角的机

架,其中,头架和驱动装置架又依滚筒中心高的不同分为低式;中式;

高式三大类,供用户选配。输送机对于直径大于 1000(mm)的传动滚

筒没有配置头架,对于直径大于 800(m)的改向滚筒没有配置尾架,

对于 ZL 型减速机暂时没有配置驱动架,制造厂可根据用户的需要临

时设计。中间架为两根钻好孔的型钢,在安装现场与中间架支腿配焊,

中间架与中间架之间用标准件连接。标准中间架每副长 6(m);非标中

间架每副长 3~6(m)之间;除此,还有几种曲率半径的凸弧或凹弧中

间架,以及含行走钢轨的卸料车用中间架,供用户选用。中间架支腿

分为(Ⅰ)型(无斜撑);(Ⅱ)型(有斜撑)以及非标准的高式支腿,供用户选

用。

Framework is categorized as head frame, tail frame, middle frame,

support leg of middle frame, vertical take-up support frame and drive unit

frame, etc. Material with density below 2500 kg/m3 can be supported. In

order to satisfy different layout of inclination, framework is also designed

with 0~20°inclination. Based on different height of pulley center line,

head and drive unit frame are divided into low, middle and high type. For

drive pulley with diameter more than 1000mm, head frame is not

equipped. For bend pulley with diameter more than 800mm, rear frame is

not equipped. For ZL reducer, drive unit frame is not equipped for the

time, an if necessary to the user, manufacturer can design according to the

practical requirement. Middle frame is made by two profile with drilled

holes. It will be welded with middle frame support legs at site and

standard connection part between middle frame is applied. In addition,

frame with concave and convex arc of various curve radii can be provided.

Middle frame with rails and discharge cart purpose middle frame can also

be provided for user’s choice. Middle frame support legs are divided into

I type(no slanting support), II type( with slanting support) and non

standard high support leg.

4.9 导料槽:Guiding chute

4.9.1 从漏斗中落下物料通过导料槽集中到导料槽的中心部位,

导料槽的底边宽度为 1/2~2/3 带宽,断面形状为矩形。

Material falls from hopper into guiding chute, whose bottom width

is 1/2~2/3 of belt width. Its section is rectangle.

4.9.2 导料槽由前段,中段,后段三种,每段长 1.5(m),通常由一

个后段,一个前段和若干个中段组成。其总长度由设计者的需要确定。

Guiding chute is divided into front section, middle section and rear

section. Each section is usually 1.5m. The total length is designed

according to practical requirement, which usually comprises one front

section, one rear section and several middle sections.

4.10 头部护罩,头部漏斗:Head hood and head hopper

本系列的头部护罩与头部漏斗配套使用,装在头架上。按卸料滚

筒的直径来选取。输送机的头部护罩和头部漏斗只适用于容重小于

1.6 (t/m3)的物料。

Head hood and head hopper are matched to installed on the head

frame, whose specifications are selected according to discharge pulley

diameter. Head hood and head hopper is applied to material with density

less than 1.6 t/m3.

4.11 手选带式输送机:Hand selection adapted belt conveyor

为了满足煤炭及有色冶金等部门手选工艺的需要而特殊设计的

输送机。它的带速为 0.3(m/s);带宽有 800;1000;1200(mm)三种;机长

从 6(m)至 50(m),由设计者选定。在结构上分为输送带下分支排矸和不

排矸的两种。该机两侧的木栏板,由使用单位安装时自行配制,制造

厂不供货。

It is specially designed in order to satisfy hand selection process in

coal and metallurgy industry, with belt speed 0.3m/s, belt width 800,1000

and 1200mm, length from 6m to 50m. Its structure can also divided into

waste rock discharge and non waste rock discharge on belt. For the wood

trails on either of the conveyor should be provided and installed by the

user.

4.12 电气及安全保护装置:Electrical and safety protection devices

4.12.1 电气及安全保护装置的设计,制造,安装,使用都应符合

国家有关标准或专业标准要求,如 IBC439《低压开关设备和控制装

置》;GB4720《装有低压电器的电控设备》;GB3797《装有电子器件

的电控设备》
;以及 GB3836.1 中的有关规定。

The design, fabrication, installation and operation of electrical and

protection devices should comply with related national and industrial

standard, such as IBC439 “Low voltage switch and control device”;

GB4720 “Electrical control device with low voltage appliances”; GB3797

“Electrical control equipment with electronic components”; GB3836.1,

etc.

4.12.2 TD75 型带式输送机的功率范围为 1.5~160(kw)。

TD75 power rate scope is 1.5~160kw.

4.12.3 拖动方式: 37(kw)以下采用 Y 系列鼠笼电机直接起动。

45(kw)~160(kw)采用鼠笼电机加液力偶合器起动,要求起动系数在

1.3~1.7 之间。

Dragging type: For below 37kw, Y series squirrel casing motor starts

directly; for 45kw~160kw, Y series motor combined with hydraulic

coupling starts with start coefficient between 1.3~1.7.

4.12.4 电气设备的安全保护:主回路应有电压;电流仪表指示器,

并有断路;短路;过载;缺相;接地等项保护及声光报警指示,指示

器应灵敏,可靠。箱柜内要求有足够的亮度,便于维修。

Electrical equipment safety protection: The main return circuit

should have voltage, current indicator, brake circuit, short circuit,

overload, phase shortage, grounding protection and related warning signal

indicators which should be sensitive and reliable. Cabinet should have

enough lighting for easy maintenance.

4.12.5 安全保护及监测装置:Safety protection and monitoring

devices

输送机可根据单机或系统的工艺和工况选择下列监测装置。

Based on work process and conditions of the system or single

equipment, the following monitoring devices can be selected for the

conveyor:

1).输送机跑偏监测:Misalignment monitoring

可选用两级跑偏开关,见图 15。安装在输送机两侧输送带的绕

入点或需要监测的位置,一般每隔 25~35(m)安装一对。轻度跑偏量

达 5%带宽时,发出讯号,并报警。重度跑偏量为 10%带宽时延时动

作,报警,停机。

Bipolar misalignment switch can be selected (refer to drawing 15),

which is usually installed at both side of belt roll-in point and other

monitoring necessary positions with usually every 25-35m a pair. When

slight misalignment occurs with 5% degree, signals and warnings will be

made; If serious misalignment with10% degree occurs, slow-down,

warning and stop will be performed.

2).输送带打滑监测:Slippery monitoring

可选用打滑监测器,见图 16。安装时选择胶带运行平稳处,将

打滑检测器的传感器的触轮顺着胶带运行方向放置在回程胶带的上

面。支架按图示方向配焊在输送机架的横梁上。用于监测传动滚筒和

输送带之间的线速度之差。超过许可值即报警或停机。

Please refer to drawing 16. The device should be installed at the

point of smooth belt movement. The touch wheel of its sensor should be

placed on the return belt directed to the same way of belt movement. The

support is welded on the girder of conveyor framework as shown in the

drawing. It is used to detect linear speed difference between drive pulley

and belt. It will give warning or stop when the difference exceeds the

acceptable scope.

3).沿线紧急停车保护:Alongside emergency stop protection

可选用双向拉绳开关,见图 17。安装机架的两侧,沿输送机全

长,每隔 25~35(m)安装一台,动作后自锁,报警并停机。

Two way pull rope switch can be selected ( drawing 17) along either

side of the conveyor with one set for every 25-35m. When action

performed, it will lock itself and give warning and stop conveyor

operation.

4).其它还有溜槽堵塞检测装置,胶带纵向撕裂保护装置等,用户

可根据需要选择,按输送机设计总图和配套生产厂提供的使用说明书

进行安装调试。

Other monitoring devices include chute blocking detector, belt

tear-up protection device, etc., which can be selected according to user’s

requirement and installed according to design drawings and manual of the

provider.

1. 安装,调试,与试运转:Installation, Adjustment , Test Running

1.1 安装前的准备工作和安装顺序:

Prepare work and installation order

1.1.1 安装前,应根据验收规则进行验收,并熟悉安装技术要求

和输送机图纸要求。安装技术要求详见《机械设备安装工程施工及验

收规范》TJ231 (四)-78,并按《土建任务书》和基础图,检查基础尺

寸,平面精度等是否符合要求。

A careful check should be made according to the rules of acceptance

inspection before installation.The erector should be familiar with the

technical requirements for installation and the requirements given in the

blueprint. For the detailed technical requirements, please read Rules and

Regulations for Construction, Lirection and Acceptance inspection of

Mechanical Equipment: TJ231 (four)-78.

1.1.2 对照装配图和装箱单清点零部件数量,检查其质量,如有

损伤或质量问题,应进行修整或更换。

See installation drawing and packing list. Examine the quantity and

quality of parts. If the quality don’t standard, please repair or change

them.

1.1.3 熟悉整机及各部件(配套件,外购件)的产品说明书,了解

安装,调试方法,技术要求,注意事项及专用工具。

1.1.4 安装顺序:Installation Procedure

一般顺序为:划中心线-安装机架,(头架-中间架-尾架)-安

装下托辊及改向滚筒-将输送带铺设在下托辊上-安装上托辊-安

装拉紧装置-传动滚筒和驱动装置-输送带绕过头,尾滚筒-输送带

接头-张紧输送带-安装清扫器,带式逆止器,导料槽,头部护罩,

头部漏斗等装置。

A well accepted order is: draw a center line------install the

framework (head stock----middle stork----rear stock) -------install lower

bearing rollers and the bend cylinder-------place the conveying belt on the

lower bearing rollers------install tightening device, driving cylinder and

driving device------pull the conveying belt round the head and rear

cylinders------joint the conveying belts------tighten the conveying

belt------install the cleaner, belt-type backslide stopper, gathering groove

and head sheild.

1.2 安装注意事项:Matters needing attention

1.2.1 各部件的安装调试,注意事项和技术要求应符合 GB10595-89

中 3.14 和 3.15 的各项要求。

On installation and adjustment of parts, matters needing attention and

technical request should accord to the request of 3.14 and 3.15 in

GB10595-89.

1.2.2 钢结构件的安装质量对整机的性能有很大影响,安装时要检

测下列各项精度指标:

Installation quality for steel structure is very important. When

installation, please inspect the precision as following:

1).机架中心线直线度:见表 9。

Line degree of center line for frame: see Fig.9.

另外,在任意 25(m)长度范围内,机架中心线的直线度不得大

于 5(mm),对于可逆运行的输送机,因其输送带跑偏可能性较大,应

提高安装精度,其中心线直线度控制在上述数值的 2/3 内。

In addition, in the range of 25m, line degree of center line for

frame is not over 5mm. If it is the reversible conveyor, its deviation is big.

So installation precision should be increased. And line degree of center

line is in the range of 2/3 for 5mm.

2).头,尾架安装精度:见表 10。

Installation precision of head and tail frame: see Fig. 10

1.2.3 驱动装置:Driving device

1).驱动装置应在制造厂组装完毕,现场可按整体部件与传动滚筒

相联。

Driving device are assemblied in workshop. Then as a integer it

connects with driving pulley at site.

2).按总图或土建任务书核对基础位置尺寸,平面精度及其它要

求,如需二次浇灌者,应符合 JB/226-86《地基设计规范》的规定。

According to general drawing or other data, please check location

dimension of foundation, plan precision and other request. If it need the

second build, it should accord to the regulation of JB/226-86.

3).在安装十字滑块联轴器时,应注意联轴器两半体的径向位移不

大于 1.0(mm)两轴线夹角不大于 30′。

On installation of two halves of the pin coupling of the driving

device, the radial disperision of the two halvas of the cross slide coupling

should be no more than 1.0mm, and the included angle of the two axial

lines no more than 30’.

1.2.4 托辊:Idler

1).TD75 系列输送机托辊种类较多,应按输送机总图的要求,将

各种托辊正确无误地安装在各自指定的位置。

There are some categories idlers in TD75 series. Idlers should be

installed to the prescribed position by the general drawing.

2).在安装各种调心托辊时,应使其上的立辊位于胶带运行方向上

辊子的后方。

On installation of the aligning idlers, the catch-on-wheel should be

placed at the back of the roller on which the conveying belt moves

upward.

3).安装时要求托辊辊子(调心托辊除外)的上表面位于同一平面

上(水平或倾斜),或者在一个公共半径的圆弧面上(输送机凹凸弧段托

辊),其相邻三组托辊辊子上表面的高低差不得超过 2(mm),每 100(m)

长度范围内,不得超过 5(mm),托辊中心的对称度为 3(mm)。

On installation of rollers, their upper surface is in the same plan or in the

same arc plan. The level deflection of three neighboring groups is not

more than 2 (mm). In range of each 100 (m) length, the level deflection of

three neighboring groups is not over 5(mm) and the symmetry of three

neighboring groups do not exceed 3 (mm).

1.2.5 安装垂直拉紧装置时,可在上部两个改向滚筒间用钢板遮

盖,以防止物料散落在拉紧滚筒里,损坏输送带。

On installation of the vertical tightening device, a steel plate can be

used to cover between the two upper bend pulley, so as to prevent the

objects from being scattered into the tightening pulley and danaging the

conveying belt.

1.2.6 输送带:Conveying belt

1).在吊运和缠绕输送带过程中不得造成损伤。

Conveying belt should not be damaged.

2).输送带冷硫化接头法:Belt connection by cold vulcanization

将输送带割剥成阶梯形(每层帆布一阶梯),阶梯宽度 b 一般等于

150(mm),如图 20。割剥表面要平整,不得损坏帆布层,用角向钢丝

轮磨去帆布层上的残余胶,并打毛帆布层,涂上氯丁类高强度粘接剂,

将两个阶梯面对中贴合后,用夹板或堕重方法夹紧或压紧接头即可。

夹紧时间一般控制在 16~24 小时左右。(与环境温度有关)

The conveying belt will be cut to exploit (a ladder for each camp). The

width of a step (b) is general equivalent of 150 (mm). See Figure 20. The

cutting surface is flat and don’t damage each canvas. Angular to the wire

round refining the residual layer of plastic canvas and dehairing canvas

layer of neoprene type of high-strength adhesive paint.Two layers are

affixed with face to face, or to use plywood or compress into

joints.Clamping time is normally in control at 16-24 hours. (With the

ambient temperature)

3).输送带热硫化接头法:Belt conveyor by hot vulcanization

输送带的接头割剥等准备工作同上,然后涂生胶浆进行搭接。在

上,下复盖胶的对缝处贴生胶片,加温加压进行硫化,压力为 5~

10(kg/cm2); 温 度 为 140 °C 左 右 。 ( 若 用 蒸 汽 加 热 , 气 压 为 4 ~

4.5(kg/cm2);升温应缓慢,并保持硫化平板各点温度均匀。保温时间

从达到 140°C 时算起,按下式计算:t=16+(i-3)*2(分);式 下式计

算:t=16+(i-3)*2(分);式中:i 为帆布层数。达到保温时间后,停止

加热让其自然冷却到常温,卸压取出。

Cut and strip the rubber belt in a way that it becomes step shaped ( one

step for one layer of canvas. As shown in Fig.20, the width of a step (b)

usually equals to 150mm.The cut surface should be flat and with no

damage to the canvas. Then lap joint the belt after rasping the surface and

snearing raw rubber paste on it. Stick sheet rubber on the belt joint of the

upper and lower surfaces. Then vulcanize by heating at temperature of

about 1400 with pressure of 5---10kg/cm3. In case of steam heating, the

requied atmospheric pressure is 4 to 4.5kg/cm3. The temperature should

be gradually increased and the vulcanized area should kept at equal and

well-distributed temperature. The heat preservation time begains to be

counted when the temperature reaches 1400 . The calculation is based on

the following formula:

t=16+(i-3)*2(minute) (“i” here represents the layers of canvas.)

When the required time is reached, stop heating and remove the pressure

and take the belt out after it has been naturally cooled to the nomal

temperature.

1.2.7 各类清扫器及带式逆止器:Cleaner and belt backstop

1).安装弹簧清扫器时,按照总图规定的位置,在弹簧清扫器与机

架焊接时,要保证其压簧的工作行程有 20(mm)以上,并使清扫下来

的物料能落入漏斗内,再将其支架与机架配焊好。

The spring cleaner should be welded to the prescribed position by

the general drawing. On welding the spring cleaner to the frame, make

sure that the setting bolt spring has a functioning range of more than

20mm and that te swept-off objects are able to drop into the funnel.

2).弹簧清扫器和空段清扫器安装后,其橡胶刮板与输送带在滚筒

轴线方向上的接触长度不得小于 85%。

The contecting length of rubber and belt in axial direction of pulley

should be more than 85% after the spring cleaner and unload cleaner are

installed.

3).安装带式逆止器时,按照总图规定的位置,在保证滚筒顺转时,

逆止带不反卷为原则的前提下,将止退器现场配焊在机架上。

Belt backstop should be installed to the prescrible position by the

general drawing. If the operation direction of belt backstop is the same as

the pulley, the belt backstop is welded to the framework.

1.2.8 导料槽:Guiding chute

安装导料槽时,应注意导料槽的橡胶板与输送带之间压力要适

当。

On installation of guiding chute, the pressure between rubber plate

and conveying belt should be adjusted.

1.3 空载试运转:Test running by unload

新安装的输送机在正式投入使用前,首先进行空载试运转。运转

时间不得少于 2 小时,并对各部件进行观察,检验及调整,为负载运

转作好准备。

The newly installed conveyor should be given 2 hours of no-load

trial running first before it is put into regular use. In addition to a

conventional inspection to make sure that that it prepare for load trial

running.

1.3.1 空载试运转前的准备工作:Prepare work before no-load trial

running

1).检查基础及各部件中的联接螺栓是否已紧固,工地焊接的焊缝

有无漏焊等。

Make sure that all buttons on foundation and parts are reliable and

weld at site is finished.

2).检查电动机;减速机或电动滚筒及轴承座等润滑部位是否按规

定加足够量的润滑油。

Make sure that the motor, reducer, electric pulley, bearing house,

etc. , has been filled with enough lubricating oil as required.

3).检查电气信号;电气控制保护;绝缘等是否符合电气说明书的

要求。

Make sure that electric signal, electric control, insulation, etc.,

accord to the requst in mannul.

4).点动电机,确认电机的转动方向。点动电机前对装有偶合器的

驱动单元,可让偶合器暂不充油,不带偶合器的驱动单元可先拆开高

速轴联轴器。

If it is inching motor, please confirm its rotational direction. Driving

unit with coupling is installed in the front of inching motor. At the same

examine. Make sure that the installation direction of the star wheel of

1.3.2 空载试运转中观察内容及设备调整:

Contents of inspection and adjustment in no-load trial running

试运转过程中,要仔细观察设备各部分运转情况,发现问题及时

调整。

In trial running, please watch all parts carefully. The question is

found. Please adjust in time.

1).观察输送机各运动部件有无干涉现象,特别是与输送带相碰的

要及时处理,防止损伤输送带。

If other parts collide with conveying belt, please dispose in time to

prevent conveying belt from damage.

2).输送带有无跑偏,如果跑偏量超过带宽的 5%,应进行调整。

If deviation of conveying belt is over 5% of belt width, please

adjust.

3).检查设备各部分有无异常声音和异常振动。

Make sure that no working parts produces obvious noise and no

obvious shock occurs.

4).减速机,液力偶合器以及其它润滑部位有无漏油现象。

Make sure that motor, coupling and other lubrication place don’t

leak.

5).检查润滑油,轴承等处温升情况是否正常。

Make sure that no abnormal temperature increase is found in any

bearings and lubricant.

6).制动器,各种限位开关,保护装置等的动作是否灵敏可靠。

Make sure that brake, other switch and protection device are

sensitive and reliable.

7).清扫器刮板与输送带的接触情况。

Examine the contact type between scraper and conveying belt.

8).卸料车正,反向运行情况,及过轨道接头时有无明显冲击。

Make sure that no obrious shock is found in rail joint when dump

carriage passes.

9).拉紧装置运行是否良好,有无卡死现象。

Make sure that the tension device works reliably.

10).基础及各部件联接螺栓有无松动。Make sure that all buttons

on the presidel and parts are reliable.

11).测定带速及空载功率。Measure belt speed and no-load power.

1.3.3 空载试运转后调整:经过空载试运转后,对于输送带跑偏

可采取以下方法进行调整:

After no-load trial running, following methods should adjust

deviation of conveying belt.

1).在头部输送带跑偏:调整头部传动滚筒,其调整方向见图 21,

调整好后将轴承座的定位块焊死,此时驱动装置不再跟随移动。

When the deviation occurs at the head segment of the conveying belt,

adjust the head driving pulley. For adjusting direction, see Fig. 21. After

the adjustment, the locating piece at the bearing house is welded, and

after that, the driving device will not shift any more.

2).在尾部输送带跑偏:调整尾部改向滚筒或螺旋拉紧装置,其方

向见图 21。调整好后将轴承座处的定位块焊死(垂直拉紧尾架)。

When the deviation occurs at the rear segment of the conveying belt,

adjust the rear bend pulley or screw tightening device. For the adjusting

direction, see Fig. 22. After the adjustment, the locating piece at the

bearing house is welded (vertically tightening the rear stock)

3).在中部输送带跑偏:调整上托辊(对承载分支),及下托辊(对回

程分支)。其调整方向见图 23。当调整一组仍不足纠正时,可连续调

整几组,但每组的偏斜角不要过大。

When the deviation occurs at the middle segment of the conveying

belt, adjust the upper roller (against the upper branch of the conveying

belt) and the lower rollers (against the lower branch). For the adjusting

direction, see Fig. 23. If adjusting one set of rollers is not enough to

correct the off-tracking, nore sets of rollers can be adjusted. In this case,

however, the deviation angle should not be too great.

若上述方法仍不能消除跑偏,则应检查,输送带接头是否平直,

必要时要重接。机架是否倾斜;给料方向是否合适,导料槽两侧的橡

胶板压力是否均匀。调整输送带的预拉力;使输送机在负载启动时及

运行时,输送带与传动滚筒间不产生打滑,并且使输送带在托辊间的

垂度小于托辊间距的 2.5%。

In case the above-mentioned adjusting methods do not work, do the

following trouble turning job:

a. Examine the joint section of the conveying belt to see whether it is

flat and straight. Rejoin the belt if necessory.

b. Check if the framework or stock is inclined.

c. Check if the feeding direction is appropriate.

d. Check if the rubber plate pressure on the sides of the guiding

chute is equal.

e. Adjusting the pre pulling force of the conveying belt. This

adjustment is to prevent slippage from occurring between the conveying

belt and the driving pulley when the conveyor is running or stop with a

full load. It can also help keep the verticality between the bearing rollers

less than 2.5% of the spacing between the bearing rollers.

5.4 负载试运转:Load trial running

设备通过空载试运转并进行必要的调整后再负载试运转,目的在

于检测有关技术参数是否达到设计要求,对设备存在的问题进行调

整。

With the purpose of inspect technical parameter, after no-load trial

running and adjustment, load trial running should be given.

5.4.1 加载方式:Load method

加载量应从小到大逐渐增加,先按 20%额定载荷加载,通过后再

按 50%;80%;100%额定载荷进行试运转。在各种载荷下连续运转时间

不得少于 2 小时。另外,根据系统工艺流程要求决定是否进行 110~

125%额定负荷下的满载起动和运转试验。

Load is increased from little to big. First, it increases by 20%. If it is

safe, and it increases by 50%, 80%, 100%. More than 2 hours of any load

trial running should be given. In addition, see system process to decide

whether it take adopt the full load start and operation trial running by

110---125%.

5.4.2 试运转中间可能出现的故障及排除方法:problem and

solvent in trial running

1).检查驱动单元有无异常声音,电动机;减速机轴承及润滑油,

液力偶合合器油等处的温升是否符合要求。

Make sure that no obvious noise is found in driving device; that no

abnormal temperature increase is found in motor, bearings for reducer,

lubricating oil, coupling, etc.

2).检查滚筒;托辊等旋转部件有无异常声音,滚筒轴承温升是否

正确,如有不转动的托辊应及时调整或更换。

Make sure that no abnormal noise is found in rotation parts of pulley,

idler, etc.; that no abnormal temperature is found in bearings for pulley. If

idlers do not rotate, please adjust or change in time.

3).观察物料是否位于输送带中心,如有落料不正和偏向一侧现

象;加以调整。

Make sure that material is on the center of conveying belt. If

material drops obliquely, please adjust it.

4).起动时,输送带与传动滚筒间是否打滑,如有打滑现象,可逐

渐增大拉紧装置的拉紧力,直到不打滑为准。

Make sure that no slippage between conveying belt and driving

pulley when starting. If the slippage exits, please increase pulling force of

tightening device.

5).在负载试运转过程中,经常出现跑偏现象,如跑偏量超过带宽

的 5%,则进行调整,调整方法同前所述。

In course of load trial running, if the deviation is over 5% of belt

width, please adjust it.

6).检查各类清扫器的清扫效果,振动是否过大等,并按说明书进

行调整。

Examine the functioning of all cleaners. If the libration is too big,

please adjust them.

7).仔细观察输送带有无划痕,并找出原因,防止昂贵的输送带造

成意外损伤。

Examine conveying belt carefully and find the reason for nick to

prevent conveying belt from damage accidentally.

8).按说明书对各种保护装置进行试验,保证其动作灵敏可靠。

All protection device should be tried to ensure it is sensitive and

reliable.

9).测量带速,输送量,起动;制动时间等技术参数是否符合设计

要求。

Measure technical parameter of belt speed, conveying capacity, start,

brake time, etc. to see whether it accords to design requst.

10).测量电机在额定载荷下的起动电流及稳定运行时的工作电

流,判断输送机是否正常工作。

Measure the start current under rated load and operating current

under steady operation to judge whether it is normal.

11).对各联接部件进行检查,如有螺栓松动应及时紧固。

Examine all joint parts. If bolt is loose, please fasten it.

三. 输送机的安全操作和维护保养:Safety operatin and maintenance

为了确保输送机的正常运行,日常的正常使用,精心维护保养,

对设备的使用寿命影响很大,为此必须制订安全操作规程和维护保养

制度。进行定期修理和更换零部件,防止不正确的使用操作造成设备

和人身事故。必须尽量降低落料高度,以减少物料的冲击,当落料高

度超过 1.2(m)时,在设计导料槽和给料漏斗时应不直接冲击到输送带

上面。输送混有大块物料的物品时,应在物料达到输送带之前经过特

别的栅格。让粉状,小块状物料经过栅格先落到输送带上,而大块物

料则沿着栅格滚到已铺有小块物料的输送带上,从而防止大块物料直

接冲击输送带面,必须及时排除引起跑偏的因素。见图 24

Normal functioning of the conveyor in a long run depends directly

on correct safety operation and regular maintenances. Incorrect handing

or operation will case not only damages to the equipment but also injuries

to persons. So parts should be timely changed. It is therefore necessary to

shorten the dropping range so as to reduce the dropping impact of the

object. If the drop is greater than 1.2m, the desigher, upon designing the

gathering groove and feed funnel, should take the conveyed objects are

mixed with large articles, they should be buffered by specially conveyor

belt carlier than the large articles that will drop later onto the belt that has

already been convered with powered and small articles, therefore

preventing large articles from directing hitting the belt. (See Fig.24)

安全操作规程和合理的维修保养制度均应由用户根据现场实际

情况进行认真制定,制定时应重点考虑下列注意事项。

When constitute safety operation and maintenance, following notes

should be considered.

6.1 设备的正常使用:Use

6.1.1 不得将输送机用来完成设计规定以外的任务。

Don’t use conveyor to accomplish the task of outside design

regulations.

6.1.2 不允许超载运行。

Overload forbidden!

6.1.3 应使各安全报警装置处于完好状态。

All warning device operate normally.

6.1.4 通往紧急停机开关的通道应无障碍物,定期检查这些开关

是否处于完好状态。

The hallway leading to urgent switch of stop equipment is expedite.

Please inspect switch termly.

6.1.6 在人易接近的车式或重锤拉紧装置的下方应设立防护栅,

防止人员走入时发生危险。

Guard fences are installed under tightening device to prevent

persons from injury.

6.2 操作方面注意事项:Matters needing attention for operation

6.2.1 严格按操作规程进行操作。

As operation, please abide by rules and regulations.

6.2.2 驱动装置的调整及各种安全保护装置的调整应由专职人员

进行操作。

When driving device and protection device need adjust, it is done by

special staff.

6.2.3 输送机运转过程中,不得对输送带,托辊,滚筒进行清扫,

拆换零部件或进行润滑保养。

When conveyor is operating, man can not change parts, lubricate

parts , clean conveying belt, idlers and pulleys.

6.2.4 不得随意触动各种安全保护装置。

Don’t touch all protection devices.

6.2.5 运行操作人员应巡回检查,密切注意设备的运行情况。特

别注意:主电机温升,噪声,输送带是否跑偏,及损伤情况,各轴承

处的温升和噪声,转载点的转载状态,漏斗有无阻塞,滚筒,托辊,

清扫器,拉紧装置的工作状态,电控设备的工作状态。

When the equipment is operating, workman should note the

operation. Temperature increase, noise, etc.

6.2.6 操作人员发现设备运行有异常时,应做好记录,紧急情况

时应立即停机。

If workman find the equipment operate abnormally and write it

down. If it is the urgent thing ,the equipment should be stopped

immediately.

6.3 设备的定期检查:Periodic overhaul

6.3.1 检修周期:除日常检修外,小修应每三个月一次,大修为

每年一次。(也可根据现场条件及实际情况缩短或延长周期)。

Overhaul Cyc: except conatant overhaul, minor overhaul is usually

once three months. Major overhaul is usually once a year.

6.3.2 检修内容:Overhaul contents

小修主要检修:Minor overhaul

1.输送带磨损量检查,损伤修补;

Examine conveying belt. Please mend worn-out rubber.

2.清洗减速机或电动滚筒,更换或补充润滑油;(参考减速机说明

书)

Clean the motor or electrical pulley and change the lubricating oil.

3.制动器闸瓦,制动轮磨损量检查,磨损严重的应更换;

Examine worn-out brake wheel and brake house. If necessary, please

change.

4.滚筒胶面磨损量检查,对损伤处进行修补;

Mend seriously worn-out rubber surfaces of the rubber-faced pulley.

5.检查滚筒焊接部位有无裂纹,如有,则采取措施进行修补。

Examine welding section of pulley. If it has crackle, please take

adopt to repair.

6.滚筒轴承润滑油的更换;

Change the lubricating oil of bearings for pulley.

7.对磨损严重的清扫器刮板,托辊橡胶圈进行更换。

Change seriously worn-out scraper of cleaner and rubber rings of

idlers.

8.检查拉紧装置和安全包护装置,对失灵者必须更换。

Examine tightening device and protection device. If someone is not

agile, please change.

大修主要检修:Major overhaul

1.减速机按使用说明书规定进行逐项检查,拆洗和更换严重磨损

的零件;

Clean and change seriously worn-out parts after taking them apart.

2.滚筒胶面磨损量检查,严重磨损者应重新铸胶;

Change seriously worn-out ruber surfaces of rubber-faced pulley or

lag again.

3.滚筒筒体发现较大裂纹,难以修补时,则应更换;

If the big crackle is found in the pulley and couldn’t repair, please

change.

4.各类轴承座,轴承进行清洗和检查,有损伤的则修理或更换;

Clean and examine all bearing houses and bearings. If necessory,

please repair or change.

5.检查各类机架的变形情况,焊缝有无裂纹,根据情况进行整形

修复;

Examine the deflection of all frameworks and welding section. If

necessory, please repair.

6.根据情况修补或更换输送带;

Repair or replance conveying belt.

7.更换磨损严重的清扫器刮板,以及导料槽的橡胶板;

Change seriously worn-out scraper of cleaner and rubber plate of

guiding chute.

8.对电器控制,安全保护装置全面检测,更换元器件及失灵的保

护装置。

Change electric component and dull protection device.

四. 输送机的润滑: Lubrication

对机械设备各转动部位进行定期润滑是日常保养中的重要内容。
