Safety instruction

●不要采用未经认可的方式进入设备内进行操作。
Do not enter into the machine without permission.

●不要让无行为能力和未经认可的人员接近本设备。
Do not let people get close to the machine without permission.
●在安全装置未全部安装好或未能全部正常工作时,不得让设备作全自动运行。
Do not run the machine automatically without install and inspect all the safety devices.

●必须确保设备接地良好,而且需要经过专业人员运用恰当的仪表进行检测。
Ensure well grounding to equipment and inspected by professional stuffs with right
meters.

●在手动、点动、运转设备前要检查,确认机器内无人、无异物。
Ensure there is no person and object in the equipment before run it.

●绝对禁止锁定设备上的安全保护装置,让其不能处于正常工作状态。
It is forbidden to lock the safety devices.
●在进行调试运行的时候,必须指定一人负责操作设备;而且禁止一切未经允许的人员
接近设备。
One person should be appointed to operate the machine during commissioning. Other
people are forbidden to get close to the machine without permission.
●因调试原因不能使用的安全保护装置,当调试结束后必须立即全部恢复正常。
Unused safety device during commissioning must start work immediately after
commissioning.
●因私自改制设备或随意增、减装置而造成的一切后果,不在设备制造厂家责任范围内。
Seller will not be responsible for all the troubles due to reform the equipment without
getting permission from Seller.

●低电压电路(即使它们是低电压)必须和保护地连接,这样危险电压才能被检测出来。
Low-voltage circuit (even if they are low-voltage) should be connected to protective
earth, so that hazardous voltage can be detected.
●在给设备供电之前,要检查它的工作电压以确保它被调整和电源一致,或在设备的技
术性能规定的允许范围之内。
Supply voltage must meet the requirements of equipment or in allowed scope.
●在设备工作时紧急停止装置是有效的。即使是在非常状态下(例如接线断开的)。使
这些装置复位不得引起不可控制的或非正常的重新启动。
Ensure the emergency stop device work well.
●企业或拥有者有责任提供从业人员操作上的训练课程并确实加强安全规范教育及准备
适当的劳动保护用品。
Buyer must make training for operators and provide the operators with the necessary
articles to guarantee safety in production.

▲安全事项
Safety precautions
●机器必须有良好的接地装置。
Ensure well grounding to equipment.
●每次开机前应检查触摸屏急停开关,电控柜急停开关,故障报警系统是否正常。
Check whether the emergency stop buttons and alarming system work well before
start the machine every time.

●每次开机前应检查气源压力是否在额定值范围内,冷却水是否正常。
Check whether the pressure of supply air source is in requested scope and the cooling
water is normal before start the machine every time.

●定时检查吹瓶机低压压缩空气三联体自动排水装置是否正常并清洁。
Check and clean the triplet automatic water discharging device of low compressed air
regularly.

●定时检查气路接头是否松动、气管是否泄露。
Check whether the air pipe is leaking and the connections of air pipe are loosening.

●更换红外线加热管时,应先关闭加温机电源,并待加温机冷却到 45℃以下才能进行。
Please turn off the heater and wait the heater cooling down until below 45℃ before
replace the infrared ray lamps.

●严禁机器运转时,打开安全门窗,进入工作区内。
It is forbidden to open the safety door and enter into the working area when the
machine is running.

●刹车装置工作压力 6bar。
The working pressure of brake is 6 bar.

●离合器打滑时,说明已超负荷必须停机检修找原因。
In case clutch slips, please stop the machine and find the reason.

▲跑合注意事项:
Notice during running-in period

●跑合期
Running-in period

本机跑合期限由用户按照国家有关标准和机器运行情况自行设定(推荐跑合期为
400-600 小时),按照机电设备通用规则在跑合期内机器的运行速度和运行载荷应控制
在最大设计值 70%以内,并做好设备维护保养工作。
The running-in-period time is decided by customer according to national standard and
the running condition of the machine (recommended running-in-period time is 400-600
hours). The speed and performance load should be less than 70% of maximum value
during running-in period time according to general rules of electrical components.
Please also make corresponding maintenance.

跑合期结束后,需对整机进行重新调整,具体如下:
Please readjust the machine after running-in period as below:

对整机所有紧固连接进行重新拧紧。
Retighten all connecting points of the machine.

对整机所有接合面(包括圆柱面、圆锥面、圆弧面、曲面、平面)间隙重新进行调整。
Readjust all adjointing plane gap(cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, crown
face, curved surface and plane).

对加温机链条张紧度、直线度进行调整。
Adjust the tensity, straightness accuracy of the heater.

对加温机、理坯机、与吹瓶机相对高度、位置进行调整。
Adjust the relative height and position of heater, preform unscrambler, blow molding
machine.

对开合模、底模导轨进行调整。

Adjust the opening die and counter die lead rail.

对进坯盘、加温机、转坯盘、转坯机械手、旋转模架、接送瓶机械手、主传动链、同步
带传动、齿轮传动进行调整。
Adjust blastoderm, heating machine, mechanical turning arm, turning frame, and bottle
holding technical arm, main drive chain, synchronous drive belt and gear drive.

对各电器元件进行保养,检查拧紧各接线端子,更换损坏的红外线灯管。
Do the maintenance work to the electrical components. Check and tighten connecting
port and change the broken infrared heating lamp.

对各气动,检查气路、拧紧各连接接头。
Check and tighten the air lines and connecter port.

在机器上进行任何操作,一定要断开电源(拔下电源插头或拉开电源隔离开关);并同
时在机械上锁定任何运动部件。
The user should stop (unsheathe the attaching plug or isolating switch) the machine
whenever the user need to do other operate on the machine, while lock all act part of
the machine.

电池的更换和循环使用:
Battery change and recycle:

若更换 PLC 电池,请使用相同类型的电池,并按有毒废物处理失效电池。不要将锂电池


或水银电池扔在火里,不要打开或对它们充电或企图将它们连接起来使用。
Please adopt the same type batter when replace the one in PLC and treat the
supersession battery following the related standard. Do not throw the battery into fire
and don’t try to open it.

一、 机器介绍
Machine introduction

1.1 概述
Summarize

RBM8E 全自动旋转式吹瓶机是 NEWAMSTAR 采用当今最先进的制瓶技术开发研制的、


用高压压缩气体将 PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂 Polyethylene Terepthalate)瓶坯吹制
成型的高速旋转式吹瓶机械。本机需使用具有与吹制的瓶型相适宜的瓶坯。RBM8E 全
自动旋转式吹瓶机可用于独立完成瓶的吹制或用在填充线的前面完成瓶的吹制。
Newamstar adopts the most advanced bottle blowing technology to the fully automatic
rotary blow molding machine RBM8E, which is a high speed rotary blow molding

1.3.4.1 加温机
Heater

瓶坯依次经进坯星轮 、过渡星轮、出坯导板,在加温顶导轨的作用下,瓶坯被装载在加
温头上。瓶坯沿轨道通过多个灯箱,并由加温头在自转链条的作用下带着自转,使瓶坯
被均匀加温。(图 1.3.4.1)
The preform goes from feed-in star wheel , the transition star wheel, feed-out guide
plate. Under the action of heating top rail, preform is loaded on the heating head.
Preform goes along the rail through multiple boxes before rotating under the action of
the chain by heating head, so that the preform is evenly heated. (Picure 1.3.4.1)

1.3.4.1.2 加温组件

Heating oven

稳定的红外线加温系统,加温系统分为多个加温区,加温区分成多层灯管,每层灯管单
独控制。由 PLC 和人机界面控制调功器完成对红外线加热管电压的无级调节,达到控制
瓶坯各部位温度的目的;引风装置克服空气对流,有利于稳定加温环境、提高加温工效;
风冷、水冷却装置避免瓶颈再受热。
Stable infrared heating system, heating system is divided into a plurality of heating
zones; heating area is divided into multi-lamps, each lamp is individually controlled.
The PLC and HMI power regulator complete stepless adjustment of infrared heating
tube voltage to control the temperature of each part of the preform; air leading device
overcomes the air convection which is conducive to stability of heating environment
and improves the heating efficiency; Air and water cooling devices can prevent
bottlenecks from being heated again.

1.3.4.1.3 加温传动组件

Heating driven

1. 卸坯:加温夹上的带轴深沟球轴承(2)沿顶导轨曲面 B 滚动,加温夹 2 沿导轨提升


芯轴 1,退料环通过挤压瓶坯口卸坯,加温后的瓶坯经出坯盘,机械手进入模具。
Preform unloading device: Deep groove ball bearing (2) will be guided during sliding
on the preform unloading cam (B). The sping in the heating head is compressed and
preform unlading ring push the preform out of the expansion device. And then, the
heated preform is discharged through preform discharging starwheel and transferred
into the mold by transfer arm.

2. 插坯:加温夹上带轴深沟球轴承(2)沿插坯顶导轨 B 曲面运动,依靠加温头内的弹
簧,将胀套 A 压入瓶坯口, 瓶坯随加温头进入加温机。
Preform loading device: Deep groove ball bearing (2) will be guided during sliding on
the preform loading cam (B) and push the expansion device (A) into the preform. And
then, the preform on the heating head goes into heating oven.

3. 瓶坯自旋转机构:固定在加温机架上的链条(4)与加温头顶端的链轮(7)啮合,
加温头与小链条作相对运动,加温头在自转链条的作用下带着自转,使瓶坯被均匀加
温。

chain (4) and sprocket (7).

1.3.4.1.4 除尘装置 Deduster device

在理坯之后进入加温炉前可以选装离子气瓶坯吹扫除尘装置进行清洁。
原理:瓶坯灰尘吹扫除尘装置通过专用的正负离子发生器产生大量正负离子,这些正负
离子在混合室内与洁净压缩空气混合成离子气后经喷嘴喷入瓶坯内。因静电附着在瓶坯
内壁的灰尘,经高速的离子气冲刷,正负离子迅速中和瓶坯所带的静电,使附着的灰尘

迅速被高速离子气流吹出瓶坯。吹出的灰尘在瓶坯口二侧被抽风口的强大负压吸引经管
道进入集尘袋。
After preform sorting before heater, plasma gas deduster can be selected for cleaning.
Principle: Preform deduster device produces a lot of positive and negative ion via
specific positive and negative ion generator; these positive and negative ions mix with
clean compressed air in the mixing chamber before being injected into the preform by
nozzle. Due to electrostatic dust adhering to the inner wall of the preform, positive and
negative ions rapidly neutralize static electricity of preform, making attached dust blow
out of preform by high-speed plasma gas.The dust then is sucked by a powerful
suction pipe into the dust bag.

1.3.4.2 底模升降导轨

Bottom mould guide rail


底模升降导轨的作用是当模腔打开后,将底模下降。瓶子取出后,在合模前将底模上升。
When the mold is opened, mold base will go down along with the rail. When the bottle
is out of the mold, mold base will go up along with the rail.
底模升降导轨由以下部分组成:

1.3.4.3 开合模导轨

开合模导轨控制模具的开合位置,与进胚,出瓶同步。
合模导轨Ⅱ(5)是可活动部件,在合模不到位时,摆臂轴承(A)将导轨Ⅱ推开(箭头
方向),传感器(7)检测到信号,传输给 PLC,PLC 控制机器急停(图 1.3.4.3)。
开合模导轨由以下部分组成:

Closing rail Ⅱ (5) is movable parts in the mold. When the mold is not in place, the
swing arm bearing (A) pushes the rail Ⅱ (arrow), the sensor (7) detects the signal
and transmittes to the PLC, PLC controls machine emergency stop (Picture 1.3.4.3).

Main motor

吹瓶机由一台主电机,通过同步带(A)传动,驱动主传动齿轮。
Blow molding machine is driven by synchronized belt (A)

主电机由减速电机(1)、扭矩限制器(2)、同步带轮(3)构成;主传动机构由 3 个
空压碟式制动器(4)、传动齿轮(5)、同步带轮(6)构成。
Main motor is composed of reducer (1), torque limiter (2), synchronized belt (3). Main
driven device is composed of three brakes (4), driven gear (5) and synchronized belt
(6).

当电机过载时,扭矩限制器动作,微动开关检测到信号时向可编程控制器反馈过载信息,
PLC 控制 3 个空压碟式制动器制动,使主机急停。

When the motor is overloaded, torque limter starts work. Overload signal will be fed
back to PLC. Then, equipment stops with tht help of three brakes.

3.传动特性 Transmission Characteristics

□整机传动只有一个动力源,同步性好;
□传动系统采用同步带传动,同步性好;
□传动齿轮选用加强尼龙做材料,减振性能、耐磨性能好。
注:(1)各轴承及齿轮加适量润滑脂;
(2)主传动齿轮与回转支承啮合面需大于 60%;
(3)齿间最小侧隙 0.2-0.3mm。

1.3.4.5 机械手组件

Transfer system

机械手采用凸轮-连杆机构,结构简单,同步、协调性好;各工艺过程由电、气及各种导
轨控制,经反复优化的导轨设计保证各工艺动作的同步性、协调性、与产品的适应性。
机械手部件安装两个装有机械手(4)的转盘(2、3),一个用于把瓶坯送入模具,一
个用于把瓶子从模具中取出并送入出瓶机构(5)。机械手的运动轨迹由特制的凸轮特
制。
Mechanical arm adopts cam-linkage mechanism with simple structure and
synchronous coordination; each process is controlled by the electric, gas and different
rails; optimized rail design can ensure operation of the synchronization, coordination,
and product adaptability.

Mechanical arm component is mounted with two turning wheel (2,3), one for the
preform to the mold, one for the bottle out of the mold and into bottle-out device (5).

Mold support unit

支架组件支撑动静模架和底模支架。(1A)安装于回转支架上;轴(4A)支撑动静模架;
开合模摆臂轴(3A);缓冲装置(2A);轴承(5A)沿开合模导轨运动,控制开合模
位置与进坯、出瓶同步。
Mold support unit is equipped on the bearing (4A) to support the bearing (3A) during
mold open and close. Buffer (2A) and bearing (5A) move along with the rail to ensure

1.3.4.6.2 底模组件
Bottom mould lift-down device
底模锁紧机构安装于支架上,模具底模安装于底模锁紧机构。
Mold base locking device is installed on the bracket and mold base is equipped
on the locking device.
瓶型变更时底模锁紧装置(1B)可实现模具底模快速更换(详见模具更换章节 2.9)
When we change bottle szie, we can make quick chage for changeovers with the help
of molding base locking device (1B). (Refer to mold change chart 2.9)
下降缓冲装置(2B)由缓冲座和聚氨酯缓冲垫构成,限制底模下降高度。
Buffering device (2B) is composed of seat and polyurethane cushion pad. It is
used
to limit the mold base descending distance.
底模上升下降时,导轨(3B)与滑块(4B)相对滑动
Sliding block (4B) is sliding in the guiding rail (3B) during mold going up and
going down.
弹簧(5B)在底模上升时起缓冲作用。
Spring (5B) can also make buffering during mold base going up.
螺柱(6B)限制底模上升高度(依据瓶型高度调整)

Screw bolt (6B) limits the rising distance of mold base (adjust the distance
according to bottle height).

Bearing (7B) will roll along with mold base rail to ensure the mold base going
up and going down is synchronized with mold opening and closing.

1.3.4.6.3 锁模机构
Mould lock device

开模:瓶吹制完成后,轴承 A 沿开模导轨(见开锁模导轨部分 1.3.4.5.3)曲线上升,限


位块 1 处于上升位置,弹簧 2 处于正常状态,锁模销 6 位于长槽孔最下端,沉孔定位,
锁模销 6 和轴 3 都处于上升状态。
After blowing, bearing (A) will go up along with the mold opening rail (refer to mold
opening and closing rail part1.3.4.5.3). Distance limiter 1 will also go up, spring 2 is as
usual, distance limting bearing 6 is in the bottom of slotted hole, mold locking pin 6and
mold locking bearing 3 is going up.

锁模:进坯完成后,限位块 1 处于下降位置,弹簧 2 处于压缩状态,锁模销 6 位于长槽


孔最上端,脱离沉孔定位,锁模销 6 和轴 3 都处于下降状态。
When the preform goes into the mold, distance limter 1 will go down, spring 2 is
compressed, distance limiting bearing 6 arrives at the top of slotted hole, mold locking
pin 6 and bearing 3 is going down.

Mould device

轴承(7)沿开合模导轨曲线运动,控制模架在出瓶前打开模腔,进坯后闭合模腔,连
接杆(4)与销轴(3)相连,两组连接杆(4)打开、闭合模架(1)和(2)。主连杆
(5)控制连接杆(4),模架(1)和(2)绕轴(6)旋转。
Bearing (7) will move along with the mold opening and closing rail. Bar (4) connect
with bearing (3) . Open the bar (4) and close the mold bracket (1) / (2). Mian bar (5)
controls the bar (4). Mold support (1) / (2) rotate through the bearing (6).

1.3.4.6.5 模具补偿装置

Compensation air

接头(4)连接高压气路(40bar)。吹瓶过程中,由于高压作用,动模、静模可以紧密
贴合,减小成品瓶合模线宽度。动模架(1)与中套(2)间装有密封圈(3),未提供
补偿气状态,合模线明显;提供补偿气后的状态,合模线很小。
Joint (4) is used to connect the high compresed air pipe (40bar). Pushed by high
compressed air, the left haft mold and right half mold can get closer and mold closing
line in the bottle will be thinner. There is a sealing ring (3) between (1) left half mold
support and casing (2).

1.3.4.7 拉伸机构
Streching device

1. 拉伸机构由以下几个单元组成:
Components:

安装在模架支架上的拉伸支架(2)、 连接块(3)、拉伸气
缸(1)、拉伸杆(4)、封口气缸(5)、高压阀(6)。
Bracket(2)、 Linker (3) conntects cylinder (1) and stretching
bar (4) 、Sealing cylinder (5) 、High pressure valve (6).

2. 原理:瓶坯进入模架的模具中并锁紧,预吹时,拉伸杆(4)
将加热后瓶坯轴向拉伸,封口气缸(5)完成封口和吹气,
高压阀(6)控制预吹 6-13(bar)及二次吹气(40bar)。

a. 限制拉伸杆下降高度(高度依据瓶形设定);

(5) 快换装置
Quick change over device

夹紧拉伸杆、快速更换拉伸杆。指针(01B)固定旋转块的角度位置,拔出指针(01B),
手动旋转手柄(02B)角度,即可松开拉伸杆,实现快速更换 。

(6)拉伸缸的作用是带动拉伸杆对已加热好的瓶坯进行拉伸。拉伸缸主要是由电磁阀
和气缸组成,安装在拉升支架的顶部。

1.3.4.8 拉伸导轨
Stretch guiding rail

拉伸气缸故障导致拉伸杆不能上升时,拉伸机构轴承(上图 01A)将沿上升导轨(1)上升,
拉伸杆回位。拉伸过渡导轨(2)连接上升导轨(1)和下降导轨(3),下降导轨(3)起导向和控
制拉伸杆下降速度作用。
In case stretching cylinder has problems and the stretching bar cannot rise, the
bearing (01A) will go up through rising rail (1) and the stretching bar rise up to the right
position. Stretch transitional guiding bar (2) connects the ascending rail (1) and
decending rail (3). The decending rail (3) controls the direction and decending speed
of stretching bar.

1.3.4.9 水分配器
water distributor

水分配器在吹瓶过程中为动、静、底模提供冷却水,冷却模具。Water distributor
provides cooling water for mold cooling.
水分配器主要由三部分组成,分别是:旋转体、分水块、连接端盖。(如图所示)
其中各部件连接处都有密封圈密封。
It is maily composed of: rotary body, water distributing pad, and connecting end cover,
which in connected by sealing ring.

1.3.4.10 气分配气
Air distributor module

气分配器为二次吹气成型提供高压气(28-40bar),高压气经减压后(6-13bar)储存在
容气罐。容气罐储存低压气,在吹瓶过程中,为预吹成型提供压力和流速稳定的低压气。
其位置在吹瓶机主机的正中心位置,由于气体相对于油、水等无污染,不会对其它元器
件造成损坏的特性,我们将其放在模架、水油分配器等的上方,油分配器与气分配器之
间由一块支撑板支撑。
Air distributor can provide high pressure air for the secondary blow molding (28-40bar),
high-pressure air then is stored in the air tank after being lower (6-13bar). Air tank
stores low-pressure air, which can provide pressure and stable low pressure air to
pre-blow molding in the blowing process. Its location is in the center of main blowing
machine, as the air is non-polluting compared to oil, water, it will not cause damage to
the characteristics of other components, we can place it above mold bracket, oil and
water distributor.

分配器主体由轴套、隔套、旋转套、盖板组成,轴套与隔套之间由 O 形圈密封,轴套与
旋转套之间为 S 型旋转格来圈密封,轴套跟着主机一起旋转,旋转套由支衬架连接着保
持固定不动,轴套与旋转套之间于轴承支撑。图 2 中 P1 为高压气入口,P2 为低压气入
口,P1、P2 经分配器主体中的气道分别通向分气块 1,分气块 2。
分气块 2:将低压气分配到拉伸气缸及先导阀等气动元件中;
气罐:储存吹瓶机吹瓶所用的低压气,稳压。气罐上安装有溢流阀,能使气罐不至
于压力太高而造成安全隐患;
支撑板:对气分配器、水分配器的支撑;
支撑架:连接分配器主体的外壳,不让分配器主体旋转;
编码器:对吹瓶机各个模号的模具进行追踪,提取各个模具的工位信息,再由控制
中心将信息整核,控制各个电器元件的动作顺序;
分气块 1:与各个高压阀、补偿阀连接,吹瓶时给各个模具供气。
Distributor body consists of bushings, spacers, rotating sleeve, cover plates,
O-ring seal is between bushings and spacers, and S-shaped roto glyd ring is placed
between bushings and rotating sleeve.Bushings rotate with the main machine; the
fixed rotating sleeve is conneceted with support bracket; bushings and rotating sleeve

is supported by bearings between.In picture 2,P1 is high pressure air inlet, P2 is low
pressure air inlet, the air of P1, P2 goes to air distributing block 1, distributing block 2
respectively via the distributor.
Distributing block 2: Distribute low pressure air to stretching cylinder and pilot
valve and other pneumatic components;
Air tank: Store low pressure air for blowing machine with stable pressure. Relief
valve installed on the air tank can ensure the pressure not too high to pose a security
risk;
Support plate: support air distributor and water distributor;
Support bracket: Connect cover of distributor body, keeping it from rotating;
Encoder: track every mold of blow molding machine, extract information from
each mold station, then control the operation of various electrical components in order;
Distributing block 1: connect each high-pressure valve, compensating valve
provide air to each mold.

1.3.4.11 气路
Pneumatic line

吹瓶机上的气动控制主要分为旋转用气和控制用气两部分,这两路气源都是由一个主气
源分出来的(图 1)。控制用气主要控制的是吹瓶机上的各个动作气(相对于回转支架
处于静止状态)。而旋转用气则是跟着回转支架一起旋转的气路。在主气源部分需要对
由空压机过来的气源进行处理。控制用气以及旋转用气也是一样。
Blowing machine is mainly divided into air for rotating and air for control, and the two
lines come from one main air source (Picture 1). Air for control is mainly used for
controlling each action air of blowing machine (at rest relative to the rotary frame);
while air for rotating is rotaing line with totary frame. Air from the air compresser should
be treated for the main air source and it is the same for air for rotating and air for
control.

过滤器的作用是将颗粒大的粉尘通过过滤元件进行过滤,通常我们使用的过滤器有三种,
如图所示:由左向右的过滤器是按照过滤流量的大小逐渐减小的。

1.3.4.11.2 高压阀

High pressure valve

高压阀组合是通过控制气分配器传递过来的高低压气,来实现瓶型的吹制。
High-pressure valve combination is achieved by controlling the high and low pressure
air from the air distributor to achieve bottle blowing.

1. 高压阀组合主要由六部分组成,分别是:封口缸、高压阀组、封口缸电磁阀模块、回
收阀、消音器以及过渡接头。其中各部件连接处都有密封圈密封。
High-pressure valve module consists of six parts, namely: sealing cylinder,
high-pressure valve, sealing cylinder solenoid valve module, recovery valve,
muffler and transition joints. Every connection is sealed by sealing ring.

2. 高压阀组是由高压阀、流量调节阀、和高压阀板组成。其中高压阀是控制高低压气,
流量调节阀的作用是调节一吹气的流量,而阀板则是将这些高低压气连接起来。
High pressure valve is composed of high pressure valve, flow control valve, and
pressure valve plate, in which the high pressure valve is to control high and low
pressure air; the flow control valve to regulate the flow of first blowing, while the
valve plate is to connect high pressure air and low pressure air.

1.3.4.11.2.1 封口缸

cylinder

封口缸的作用是在瓶型的吹制过程中,将瓶口密封。再接受高压阀传递过来的高低压气,
来完成瓶型的吹制。
The role of the cylinder is to seal bottle mouth in bottle blowing process and accept
high pressure air to complete the bottle blowing.
1. 当瓶坯进入模具后,封口缸 A 处进气,B 处出气,则封口缸往下运动。从而连接在
活塞杆头部的封头将瓶口密封。然后 C 处先后进入一吹气和二吹气来完成瓶型的吹
制。
When the preform goes into the mold, the cylinder A gets the air, exhausts at B, then
the cylinder goes down. Thereby sealing head connected to the piston rod head seals
the bottle mouth.

2. 当二吹气完成之后,瓶子里面的高压气再通过封口缸进行回收至 D 处,最后将剩下
的少部分高压气从 C 处排出。
When the secondary air blowing finished, high-pressure air inside the bottle is
recycled through the sealing cylinder to D, the last remaining small part of the
high-pressure air is discharged from the C.

3. 封口缸从 B 处进气,A 处出气。将活塞杆提升上来。


Sealing cylinder gets air from B and exhausts from A, hoisting piston rod.

1.3.4.11.2.2 封口缸电磁阀模块 Sealing cylinder solenoid valve module

封口缸电磁阀模块其实就是一个二位五通阀,但是这种阀的流量相对于其他普通阀的流
量要大很多,和封口缸相连,它的主要作用是控制封口缸的上下动作,当从 A 处进气,
B 处排气,则封口缸的活塞向下运动,反之向上。
Sealing cylinder solenoid valve module is actually a two five-way valve, but the valve
flow relatively is much larger, and it is connected to the sealing cylinder. Its main role is
to control up and down of the sealing cylinder. When air comes at A and exhausts at B,
the sealing cylinder piston moves downward, and vice versa.

1.3.4.12 集中润滑布置

Central lubrication layout

集中润滑布置根据程序设定,定时加油,避免轴承和导轨损坏,保证良好的润滑。
润滑点分布如下:

5.单点自动注油器:拉伸导轨、开锁导轨、加温机除尘、加温机顶导轨、翻转导轨、加温
机内导轨、加温机外导轨(使用 6 个月更换)。
Centralized lubrication arrangement is set according to the program and for regular
oiling to avoid damage to bearings and guide rails to ensure good lubrication.
Lubrication points are distributed as follows:
1 closing molds guide rail;
2 bottom mold rails;
3 right cam;
4 left cam;
5 single-point automatic lubricator: stretching rails, unlocking rails, heater deduster,
heater top rail, inside rail of heater, outside rail of heater (replacement after six months
use).

3 Single-point automatic lubricator equipment is set for six months after installation
and commissioning at the customer site (See:9.3.11).

1.3.4.13 控制系统

Controling system

控制系统由电气控制柜、操作系统、连接线、检测元件及传感元件组成,用于控制整台
机器运转及产品的制造。
Control system is consist of electrical control cabinet, operation system, connect lines,
inspect components and sensor. This part is used to control the whole machine.

电气控制柜是整台机器运行的基础,PLC 控制程序运行。
Electrical control cabinet controls whole equipment and PLC controls program.

操作系统由触摸屏操作和控制吹瓶机的运行,可显示机器运行状况及参数(产量、频率、
温度);可根据需要更改各参数;显示故障并报警,自动停机;记录、查询相关参数。
We will operate the equipment through touch screen. The running condition and
parameters (capacity, frequency, temperature and trouble alarming) can be displayed
on the touch screen. We can set the parameter according to our requirements and
record the necessary parameters.

1.3.4.14 水电气联接

水电气联接包括 40bar 及 8-10bar 压缩空气、冷却用水、吹制热灌装瓶时用的加热用水


或油等介质的供给分配回路。

Product program input control system.
Pipe before the high and low pressure filter must be drained under high pressure for
not less than 8 hours. Beat the pipe in the process to ensure that welding slag and
dust are blown out of pipes.
Start the chiller to cycle water for cleaning filter several times until the water tank is
free of impurities before connected to the device.
在开机前对设备高低压气过滤器进行清洁,每天试机前或试机后均要清洁过滤器,直到
连续生产时过滤期内不再出现灰尘位置。(高压过滤器是内进外出的,清洁时要将滤网
拆下,对滤网内部进行检查清洁)。回收气的过滤器,一定要保障一周最少清洁一次。
主机的模架、开闭锁、开合模、拉伸、左右凸轮、加温机的顶导轨、顶导轨、空载导轨
的所有轴承及导轨面进行清洁润滑,回转支承及齿轮清洗润滑,加温机小链轮及链条清
洁润滑;回转支承、水分配器在刚开始时保障 3 天加油一次,需看到旧油挤出,经过 3-5
次的加油之后才能按常规润滑。
Clean the air filter before running, and before or after testing the machine every

Main machine mold bracket, opening and closing lock, opening and closing mold,

slewing bearings and water distributor should be oiled for the first 3 days before
squeezing the oil in the machine, and after 3-5 times lubrication can be normal.
刚开始试机前灯管及反光板清洁尤为重要,所有的现场灰尘较多,灯管及反光板表面极
易吸附灰尘,如果清洁不彻底,经过高温加热后,部分可融性物质就会粘附在表面,无
法清洁,时间越长,粘附越厚,粘附物会对红外线折射,严重影响对瓶坯的加热。
设备目前虽然对紧固件已经紧固,也做了黄色的松动记号,但还需对紧固件进行检查,
有黄色标识的每天进行目测检查,未做标识的至少 3 天检查一次,确认多次检查结果均
为松动过后再按常规检查。检查重点为拉伸滑块部分,封口部分,机械手和模架部分。
吹瓶时观察拉伸气缸的上升速度及位置,根据实际情况调整供气压力,速度太快会加速
密封件的磨损,也会造成不同程度的紧固件松动。
In the beginning of the machine testing, it is particularly important to clean lamps and
reflector board, and the surface is easy to absorb dust.If not completely clean, the
thick dust will reflect the infrared and seriously affect the preform heating.
While the device currently has tightened parts, loose yellow mark is also made, but it is
still needed to check. Visual inspection should be made for the yellow mark daily, and
checking once for at least three days for unmarked parts.Checking points: stretching
parts,sealing parts,mechanical arm and mold bracket.
Observe the elevation speed and location of stretching cylinder in blowing,and adjust
the air pressure according to the actual situation, high speed will accelerate wearing of
seals, as well as cause loosing of fixed parts.
加温均衡风机风量减小,可增加热量的回收及节能。
注意取坯机械手的高度,对中,确保取放坯的准确性,决不能出项因方坯不准造成未锁
模的现象发生。因为只要出现就会造成锁模轴或限位轴弯曲,无法开机。
进入操作系统按说明书调试与操作章节要求完成调试与操作,然后开始生产。
The flow decreasing of heater balanced fan can increase heat recovery and energy
saving.
Note the height of mechanical arm of perform-feeding and make sure accuracy of its
location, otherwise it may cause bending of mold closing mold and limit shaft, then the
machine can’t be started.

二、 机器安装

Equipment installation

△安装主要介绍吹瓶机及附件的接收、拆箱、吊装、布置、调整、水电气油的供给。
△每个安装调试工程师必须清楚并遵循相关安全规范,采用适当防护措施。
Every installation and commissioning engineer must clear about the securify rules and
make relative protection.

2.1 机器接收
Equipment receipt

机器到达客户约定地点后,客户必须立即对货物进行检查,任何形式的损坏(如包装破
损、倒置、淋雨)都必须告知承运人,并保持到新美星工程师到达(注意按要求保管货
物)。
Client must check the goods immediately after machine arriving at the factory, any
damage of the machine must inform courier and keep the machine till arricing of
Newamstar engineer.

2.2 安装说明
Installation instruction

我们建议您遵循如下基本规范:
Please follow the basic rules as below.

收到机器后,立即将所有箱、包放在室内;
Please take all container into the warehouse.

机器所占地面及支撑点应足以承受机器重量。
The ground has the ability to load the equipment.

安装机器的地面必须符合下列要求:

能将机器可能产生的污水排尽。
Completely discharge the diry water.

生产车间温度恒定以 24℃±2℃(min10℃ max35℃)左右较为适合,湿度 65-70%左


右较为合适;建议在生产车间安装排风管道及排风机排出加温机的热风。
Workshop temperature should be kept at 24℃±2℃(min10℃ max35℃) and
moisture is 65-70%; suggest to discharge the heat air from the workshop with air
discharge pipes.

当环境条件特别(如高寒、高温、高海拔、潮湿、多风沙等)时,应咨询 NEWAMSTAR
技术人员,并采取相应措施。
In case environment is special as low temperature, high temperature, high sea level,
quite moisture, more dust etc., please consult Newamstar engineer to find a good
solution.

2.3 吊装规范及要求 Lifting instructions and requirements


2.3.1 主机吊装 Main blowing part Lifting
2.3.1.1 吹瓶机没有铁皮包装箱的吊装(图 1)

1.分别用四根钢丝绳(两端带扎头)穿过上机架的 4 个钢丝绳固定孔(φ80),到下机架.
用卸扣把钢丝绳和吊环连接起来,另一端和吊钩上的卸扣连接(如图) 。吊钩上卸扣起
重量 P≥4 倍机架连接卸扣的起重量。

3.四根钢丝绳的长度不能偏差过大,保证机器水平。

4.不能同时使用两台吊机起吊。
Can't lift the machine with two cranes at the same time.
5.钢丝绳、卸扣由起吊公司或客户提供(钢丝绳和卸扣的强度必须达国家标准),吹瓶机
有 4 个钢丝绳固定孔,孔径 φ80mm,4 个吊环孔,孔径 φ80mm。
The hoist steel wire rope, shackle should be supplied by lifting company or
client. And the strength of hoist steel wire rope and shackle must be up to
the national standard). There are four hoist steel wire fixed hole, each one
φ80mm, as well as four lift ring holes, each one φ80mm.

1.用两根长 A 米的钢丝绳(两端带扎头)穿过包装箱底架和吊钩上的卸扣连接。钢丝绳的
位置由包装箱底架的槽钢定位。保证高度不小于 B 米,以防止包装箱变形。包装箱上

2.3.2 加温机吊装(图 3)
Lifting instructions and requirements for preform heating oven
1. 加温机分别用 4 个卸扣穿过上机架的 4 个卸扣固定孔(φ30mm),用卸扣把钢丝绳连接
起来(如图) 。
Cross the four fixing holes by four shackles (φ30mm each one). Connect the
hoist steel wire rope by shackles, as shown in illustration.
2. 起吊平稳,确保钢丝绳的高度不小于 A。

Lifting should be steady, to ensure height of the hoist steel wire rope is
not less than the required length ≥ A .
3. 钢丝绳,卸扣由起吊公司或客户提供.加温机有 4 个吊环孔,孔径 φ30mm。

6. 叉车运输时(注意:RBM24M,RBM24MA,RBM24F,RBM30SA,RBM40S 严禁叉车运输),
叉车的起重量必须大于加温机的重量,同时拆除加温机下封板,在加温机的中部叉运。
货叉与机架接触部位要垫纸板,以防机架油漆脱落。
When transportation by the truck (Note: RBM24M, RBM24MA, RBM24F, RBM30SA,
RBM40S, prohibited by truck transportation). the load lifting capacity of the
forklift must be biger than the one of the preform heating oven. The bottom
seal plate of the preform heating oven should be removed. And the forklift
should work with the middle of the preform heating oven.
pad should be set during the contacting area between forklift and frame of
preform heating oven to prevent the paint off.

2.3.3 吊装规范 Lifting specification
1. 现场参加作业的人员必须持有特种作业上岗证,配戴安全帽。
The workers engaging in this special operations shall acquire the required
qualifications, wearing helmet.
2. 确认设备重量、钢丝绳长度,不小于给定的长度。
Ensure that the device weight, the length of hoist steel wire rope is not less
than given parameters.
3. 标明设备总重量,标明钢丝绳的固定位置。
The total weight of the device, as well as the position of the rope fixed is
marked.
4. 卸扣的规格符合要求。
Shackle specification should be up to the requirement.
5. 吊装时,由一人统一指挥,起吊平稳。
When lifting, it should be unified command by one person. The device should
be smooth lifted.
6. 严格执行吊装流程(按吊装说明作业)。
Strictly follow the lifting instructions & requirements.
7. 严格执行钢丝绳的检验和报废制度,不合格或损坏的钢丝绳报废。
Strictly follow the Inspection and scrap system of hoist steel wire rope. Can't
use the defective or damaged wire.

8. 吊装时,作业半径范围内不许有人:当设备吊起时,设备下面不能有人。
When lifting, there should be no person within the operating radius: When the
device is lifted, there must be no person under the device.
9. 吊钩上卸扣起重量 P≥4 倍机架连接卸扣的起重量(不是同一规格)。
The weight of the hook shackle P ≥ 4 times of the one of the Shack of lifting
hook(not the same model).

2.4 水电气供给
Water and electricity supply

使用者需提供符合要求的 4.0MPa 压缩空气、0.8MPa 压缩空气、水、电。若提供的介


质不符合要求,将会影响产品的质量、产量或机器的使用寿命。一些基本的供给要求如
下:
Client should supply 4.0MPa and 0.8MPa compressed air, water and electricity. In
case air, water and electricity cannot meet the requirements, the product quality and
machine life will be influenced. Here below are some requiremenets:

供电联接符合相关规定;
Electricity meet national or relative requirements;

压缩空气需要经处理(冷却、净化、除油水)后才可接入;
Compressed air must be treated (cooling, purifying and oil-removing);

水要保证无杂物;
No sundries in the water;

联接用的管件不能被污染;
Connection pipes cannot be contaminated;

联接前清洁管路,并防止异物进入回路中。
Clean the pipes before connection to prevent the objects in the channel.

2.4.1 水、气质量要求

Please accept following suggestion to ensure the well running condition of the
equipment.

水路、气路在交货时已排空并清洁。请不要使用酸性溶液冲洗管路,不然会导致某些零
件或密封件的损坏;
Water pipes and air pipes have been completely cleaned before delivery. Please do
not use acid liquid to wash the pipes. Otherwise, sealing rings and some parts will be
damaged.

排空水路中的气体并密封;
Discharge air in the water to ensure the sealing.

安装要符合专业要求(如设备、原料、焊接、焊接用材料、工具及其他);
Installation must meet professional requirements;

不使用直接取自河流、湖泊的水,而应使用地下水或当地供水系统的水;
Don’t use river water, underground water or other natural environement water;

在进水口安装一个 20μ的过滤器。如果水取自当地供水系统而含氯请安装一个活性碳过
滤器;防止其他固体颗粒进入水路、气路中;
Install a 20μ filter in the inlet of water pipe. Please add an active carbon filter if the
tap water you adopted contains chlorine; prevent other solids enter into the pipes.

→接触部件温度已降至人体承受范围内;

→PLC 不在设置模式中,操作人员必须检查安全装置并使之生效。

□检查机器各部件联接是否有松动,如果有应加以紧固;
Check whether the joint is loosening, if so, please fasten it.

□检查各电气元件接线是否有断线、松动现象,如果有应排除;
Check whether the electrical components are loosening and cables are broken, if so,
please solve the problem.

□检查摆放机器的地面是否平整,地基是否坚固;

◇检查、调整左右模等高。高度差小于 0.03mm。

尺检查),且上下间隔相等。

装配完成后,手动将限位块 19 抬到上升位置,观察锁模销 13 和锁模轴 16 动作是否自然无阻碍,


限位轴 15 能否定位于沉孔;再手动合模,观察合模是否自然。
After installation, please lift the distance limiting block (19) manually and check
whether the mold locking pin (13) and mold locking bearing (16) is OK and distance
limiting bearing is at the bottom of the hole, and then close the mold manually to check
whether there is anything unsual.
开模状态:限位块 19 处于上升位置,弹簧 18 处于正常状态,限位轴 15 位于长槽孔最下端,沉
孔定位,锁模销 13 和锁模轴 16 都处于上升状态。
Mold opening condition: Distance limiting block (19) goes up, spring 18 is as usual,
distance limiting bearing is at the bottom of slotted hole, mold locking pin 13 and
mold locking bearing 16 goes up.
锁模状态:限位块 19 处于下降位置,弹簧 18 处于压缩状态,限位轴 15 位于长槽孔最上端,脱
离沉孔定位,锁模销 13 和锁模轴 16 都处于下降状态。
Mold closing condition: distance limiting block 19 goes down, spring 18 is compressed,
distance limiting bearing 15 at the top of slotted hole, mold locking pin 13 and mold
locking bearing goes down.
安装模架时,缓冲器 A 旋至合适位置后将螺母 B 锁死;动模上的拉伸螺杆 C 收紧时,保证 X 尺
寸适中。

with nut (B), tighten stretching bolt (C) to ensure the size of (X).

机器因各种原因需较长时间停机时,请按如下提示处理:

机器完全排空(水、油、气);
Completely discharge the water, oil and air in the equipment;

对可能生锈的零部件作防锈处理;
Make anti-rust treatment for the parts may be rust;

放置在干燥的地方,妥善保管;

手动调试
Manual commissioning

通过人机界面进入手动页面,对上坯机构、理坯机构、打坯机构、打瓶机构、加温部分、
各模吹瓶手动控制部分等进行手动操作,检查各部分的手动操作功能是否正常。
Test the preform elevating device, preform unscrambler, preform and bottle rejecting
device through touch screen.

自动运转调试
Automatic run commissioning

进入相应的页面进行各工艺参数的设定(如生产速度、吹瓶角度、加温参数等)。
Enter into relevant page to set parameter such as production speed, heating
temperature.

进入自动页面进行启动,设备进入自动运行状态。检查主传动链,加温机传动部分,加
温机传动莲条,上、下坯机构,进、转坯传动机构,机械手,吹瓶模开合模、锁模机构,
转、送瓶机构运动的平稳性、动作的准确性。
Enter into automatic module, check the stability of main drive chain, heater
transmission part, preform load-unload device, transfer arm, mold opening and closing
device.

开启下料阀喂给几个瓶坯(注:在人机界面上选择不进行吹瓶动作),检查瓶坯在进坯
盘、加温机、转坯盘中运行是否正常,有无卡坯现象。检查瓶坯在接、转坯机械手与旋
转吹瓶模的同步性是否良好,转坯是否顺畅。
Open preform feed to load several preform to check the whole machine working
condition.
若有异常状况,立即按下急停按钮,清除异常状况后再进行启动。

进入自动页面进行启动,进入自动运行状态。

2. 检查各润滑点润滑状况,对不合格的润滑点进行润滑。
Check all lubrication points situation

3. 检查电源:三相电压 380V±10%,频率:50Hz。
Check power: three phase voltage 380±10%, frequency: 50Hz.

4. 检查调整高、低压气源电压:
Check high-low pressure air supply

□高压 4.0±0.2MPa
High pressure 4.0±0.2MPa

□低压 0.8±0.1MPa
Low pressue 0.8±0.1MPa

5. 接通高、低压气源,检查气路是否有泄露现象,如有应排除。
Check high - low pressure air supply connection parts .

6. 检查低压压缩空气过滤组合三联体是否正常工作。
Check low pressure compressed air filtration system

7.接通冷却水,检查冷却水压,流量是否能满足生产工艺要求,冷却水管是否有泄露
现象,如有应排除。
Check cooling water pressure flux figure and the pipe sealing situation .

8.接通三相电源,检查安全机构、报警装置功能是否正常。通过人机界面检查是否有
异常情况发生,如有应先行排除故障。
Check three phase power, check safety device and alarm situation.

9.通过人机界面进入手动页面,对上坯机构、理坯机构、打坯机构、打瓶机构、加温
部分、各模吹瓶手动控制部分等进行手动操作,检查各部分的手动操作功能是否正常。
进入单模自动页面,选择点击相应模,测试该模“封口”、“拉伸”、“吹气”、“排
气”等整套动作是否正常。

Enter manual operation system through touch screen, operate preform loader, preform
unscramble, heating device etc. enter into separate mould commissioning.

10.自动试运转
automatic run

■进入相应的页面进行各工艺参数的设定(如生产速度、吹瓶角度、加温参数等)。
Enter into relevant page and set parameter. Such as production speed, temperature, etc.

■进入自动页面进行启动,设备进入自动运行状态。检查主传动链,加温机传动部分,
加温机传动链条,上、下坯机构,进、转坯传动机构,机械手,吹瓶模开合模、锁模机
构,转、送瓶机构运动的平稳性、动作的准确性。
Enter into automatic run model, check main transmission chain, heater, preform
transmission, blow mould, bottle discharge etc.

■开启下料阀下几个瓶坯(注:在人机界面上选择不进行吹瓶动作),检查瓶坯在进坯
盘、加温机、转坯盘中运转是否正常,有无卡坯现象。检查瓶坯在接、转坯机械手与旋
转吹瓶模的同步性是否良好,转坯是否顺畅。
Open preform adding device to heater, check the whole flow process situation.

■若有异常状况,立即按下急停按钮,清除异常状况后再进行启动。
Press emergency button if any problems, reject problem before re- run.

11.吹瓶生产
blow bottle

■根据瓶坯长度、瓶坯材质等方面,进入相应的页面进行各工艺参数的设定(如生产速
度、吹瓶角度、加温参数等)。
Enter into relevant technical parameter set according preform length material.

■进入自动页面进行启动,进入自动运行状态。
Enter into automatic run model.

■当炉温达到要求后,开启下料阀,下部分瓶坯进行试吹。
When the heater get to required temperature, open preform supply to commissioning.

■根据吹瓶效果对各工艺参数进行调整,直到吹瓶效果达到要求。请参考“六、不良制
品改进”。
Reset parameter according the final bottle situation. Please refer to bottle problem shoot
parts.

■若吹瓶效果达到要求,则可开启下料阀进行连续吹瓶生产。

Please open preform supply to commissioning if you get the qualified bottle already.

■若在生产过程中出现某个或某些模具不能正常进行生产(如拉伸杆断掉、弯曲变形,
模具故障等),可通过人机界面关闭不能正常生产的模具,从而不影响整机生产,此情
况属于非正常生产状态,可在应急时使用。
Please close the unqualified mould if that mould can not get qualified product, this don’t
affect the whole production line, this is emergency situation.

12.记录全部参数存档。
File all papameter .

13.机器在运行过程中,操作人员要随时监测机器的运行状态,及时处理异常情况:
Operator should surveillance machinery all the time when machinery running, so you can
shoot the problem in time.

→您可通过人机界面、控制板、报警器、视觉观察、噪音监测机器的运行状况;
You can surveillance machinery through touch screen, alarm device, noise detector etc.

→随时检查瓶坯、压缩空气、电、水等供给;
Check preform and utility supply situation timely.

→检查瓶子的品质。
Check bottle quality.

14.生产过程结束时,请做好下列工作:

→使瓶坯输送带倒空,转换品种时清空瓶坯;
Empty preform transmission device.

→关机;
turn off machinery

→关闭输送带、压缩机、冷水系统、油温机;
Turn off conveyor belt, compressed air supply, cooling system

→对机器进行保养。

五、 产品转换
Chage product

□吹瓶机是按特定的瓶坯/瓶型设计制造的;

□对几种瓶坯/瓶型进行生产,可能需要转换零部件;
You need to change relevant parts if you want to manufacture different bottle.

□只更换瓶坯或瓶型时,也要转换部件;
Please do change relevant parts if you change bottle size.

□瓶坯只能使用规定的瓶坯(使用质量不合要求或尺寸误差较大的瓶坯将导致故障的发
生);
Please supply qualified preforms (unqualified preform will destroy machinery)

□请不要忘记转换生产线上其它机器(如灌装机等),同时转换相应供给。
Don’t forget to change change-over parts of other auxiliary equipment.

5.1 安全要求
Safety requirements

将瓶坯、瓶子排空,并关机;
Drain preforms and bottle, then turn off machinery;

锁住机器,以防被无意接通;
Lock machinery to avoid accident connection.

如果机器需要点动,请:

→结束后,锁住机器。

Clean

清洁模具、通气孔(不可使用会损坏橡胶或有害的清洁剂)。
Clean mould and air hole. Don’t use damage sanitizer as it may destroy rubber to break
sealing.

注意:请将更换下的零部件等按通常的要求清洁、包装、标识、保管。

5.1.2.1 理坯机落坯导轨调整

用内六角扳手松开螺钉 1,根据瓶坯大小前后移动小轴 2 调整间距 X;

5.1.2.2 更换进坯盘、出坯盘、活动板

用内六角扳手松开进坯盘、进坯导板、出坯盘、出坯导板上的螺钉(图 1.3.4.1),取下
零件。取下气缸,更换活动板。
Loosen the bolt on preform infeed starwheel, preform infeed rail, preform discharge
starwheel, and take off the parts, cylinder and change the plate.

换上合适的零件,调整位置,使进坯顺畅,拧紧螺钉。

5.1.2.4 调整加温箱冷却水道

5.1.2.5 更换机械手夹手

用内六角扳手拧下连接夹手的螺钉即可快速更换(见图 1.3.4.5.1)。

5.1.2.6 更换吹嘴

松开螺母(2),取下吹嘴(1);

减速器在最初 1-2 月要检查油的品质是否变化,若有请查明原因并排除,然后更换润滑


油。
Please check the quality of grease in the reducer during primary 2 months. If the
grease has quality problem, please find out the reason and change the grease.

表中给定油品是指在规定的环境和条件下,正常的油品和周期。
The grease indicated in the table should be standard grease in certain working
environment and period.

若使用环境和条件特殊请咨询相关专业公司或新美星技术人员。

将锁模销 1(L),锁模销 2(M),轴(N),导向轴(O)上残留油脂擦干净后,涂上新的润滑油。


Clean the old grease off the mold locking pin 1 (L), mold locking pin 2 (M) and guiding
bearing (O), then greasing them

将底模导轨上残留的油脂擦干净,注入新的润滑油,加入润滑油的同时,导轨动作 4-5
个来回。以上操作完成后,手动合上模具,用手动操作按钮将设备转动到下一工位,重
复以上操作至所有模架润滑完毕。
Clean the old grease off the mold base rail, and then greasing it. At the same time,
move the rail 4-5 times. Then, close the mold manually and rotate the machine for one
station. Repeat as above until all mold support units have been greased.

Working content: check whether it is dirty, damaged, working normally or not; clean,
repair or change if necessary;

检测标准:确保所有安全及检测设施安装完好、运行正常;光电管反射镜不得有划痕或裂
纹。
Inspecting standard: ensure the installation of all safety and inspection facility is right
and working normally; there is no scratch or crackle on the reflecting glass of
photoelectric cell.
过滤器
Filter
工作内容:检查是否泄露、冷凝水量;需要时紧固、更换部件、排放冷凝水。
Working content: check whether there is a leakage or not, the volume of chilling water;
fasten, change parts and discharging chilling water if necessary;
检测标准:过滤器清洁、冷凝水水位不超标
Inspecting standard: cleanness of filter, liquid level of chilling water could be over the
standard.
注:系统未减压前不得进行此项工作;每个过滤器都要进行此项工作(请不要忘了电柜的、
压缩空气的净化处理)。
Remark: the job could be done before reducing the pressure of the system; each filter
should be done like this (please do not forget to treat cabinet, compressed air).

Mold
工作内容:清洁模具、检查排气孔
Working content: clean mold and check air exit hole;
检测标准:模具洁净、排气通畅
Inspecting standard: the mold is clean and air exit is smooth.
红外线灯管
Infrared lamp
工作内容:目测检查灯管、更换损坏的或不可继续使用的灯管、有需要时调整间距
Working content: check the lamps by eyeballing, change the broken lamp or those could
not be used any more, adjust the distance if necessary;
检测标准:灯管无损坏、灯管亮度正常无发暗、灯管位置符合要求
Inspecting standard: the lamp is not broken, light of lamp is normal and the position of
lamp meets the demand.

注:检查时灯管的亮度不要太高,避免损伤眼睛;调整、更换灯管应待炉温降低、切断电
源后进行。
Remark: when check, the light of lamp could not be too high to avoid hurting the eye;
adjust and change lamp after reducing the temperature and shutting down the power.

工作内容:检查是否泄露。
Working content: check there is a leakage or not;
检测标准:不得有空气从连接处和密封处泄露。
Inspecting standard: there is no air leaking from the connection and sealing parts.

工作内容:检查是否泄露、螺栓连接管路连接是否可靠。
Working content: check whether there is a leakage and the bolt connection of pipe is
stable or not;
检测标准:不泄露。
Inspecting standard: there is no leakage.
传动件
Driving part
工作内容:检查同步带张紧是否合适、是否磨损,齿轮齿面是否磨损,轮的相互位置关系
是否符合要求;需要时张紧或更换零件。
Working content: check the tension of synchronous belt is suitable, worn out or not,
check the surface of gear is worn out or not, relative position of wheel meets the
demands or not, tension or change parts if necessary;
检测标准:带无老化、撕裂、损坏、磨损在允许范围内(同步带必须准确导向)、张紧适
当:齿轮齿面磨损是否在许可范围内;传动轮高差小于轴距的 0.5%、传动轮角度错位不
大于轴距的每米 0.25°、齿轮端面平齐误差小于 1 ㎜。
Inspecting standard: belt is not aging, mangling, broken, wearing in allowing range
(synchronous belt must has correct direction), suitable tension; the wearing on the
surface of gear is in the allowing range; the difference of height of driving wheel is less

than 0.5% of axis distance, the angle misposition of driving wheel is less than 0.25°

Working content: check sealing ring is right, connecting bolt is stable and the lubrication
is good or not, the wearing condition of gear;
检测标准:密封环完好、连接螺栓可靠、润滑良好、齿轮磨损均匀而且在许可范围内。
Inspecting standard: sealing ring is right, connecting bolt is stable, lubrication is good
and wear of gear is even and in the allowing range.
减速器
Reducer
工作内容:检查是否泄露、润滑油品质是否良好、润滑油位是否符合要求;有需要时重新
密封、添加润滑油。
Working content: check there is a leakage and the quality of lubrication grease is good
or not, whether lubrication oil meets the demand. Reseal and add oil if necessary;
检测标准:无泄露、油位正常、油品良好。
Inspecting standard: there is no leakage, oil level is normal and the quality of oil is good.
注:当油中出现较多异物时,请联系相关专业公司或新美星技术人员。
冷却水
Remark: when there is more foreign material in the oil, please contact with professional

9.3 保养维修
Basic method of maintenance and repair
保养维修工作应遵循本节提及的一般规则。同时在维修前确认您需要进行维修零部件的正
确位置,准备适当的工具、材料、零部件,熟悉相关部件的结构。下面介绍常用的保养维
修工作的方法。
Maintenance and repair must obey general rule of this chapter. Before repairing please
confirm the right position of parts which you need to repair, prepare suitable tool,
material and parts and be familiar with the structure of relative parts. The following is
general maintenance and repair method.

9.3.1 加温机调整

Preform load and unload on the heater

1.加温头易损件更换(图 1.3.4.1.1)
⑴序号 S3 使用 1 年/5000 小时后需要更换新的;
⑵序号 S5 使用 2 年/10000 小时后需要更换新的;
⑶序号 13 使用 1.5 年/7500 小时后需要更换新的;
⑷序号 9 使用 3 年/15000 小时后需要更换新的。
更换易损件步骤:用一字螺丝刀撬图示长腰槽,取下序号 4 退料环;用 6#内六角扳手拧
开螺钉 M6,取下序号 1、2、3、14;用轴用挡圈钳取下挡圈 S4、S6,然后取下簧座 6、
弹簧 13、上下链轮组件 10 和 11、序号 8,然后拆下序号 5 和 7;最后对需要更换的零件
依次进行更换。

⑸ No. 9 use of 3 years / 15000 hours needs to be replaced.
Replacement steps: use a flathead screwdriver to open long waist slot, remove the No. 4
withdraual ring; use 6# allen wrench to open bolt M6 to remove number 1,2,3,14; use
shaft with pliers to remove block ring S4, S6, and then remove the spring seat 6, the
spring 13, the upper and lower sprocket assembly 10 and 11, number 8, and then
remove the number 5 and 7; finally t replace the parts in order.
注:⑴图中序号 1、2、3、4、14、S3 为变更件,按客户瓶坯定制。
⑵每个月定期用塞尺测量连接块(序号 7)的间隙,尺寸为 0.2~0.3mm。如测量尺寸大
于 0.5mm 应立即更换连接块,防止设备运转时出现断裂,影响设备正常生产。
2.加温头卸坯、插坯
松开进坯盘 1 中的胀套,使加温头插入瓶坯顺滑(瓶坯中心与进坯盘齿的中心重合);同
时调整进坯盘的高度;和护板 4 和 5 的高度。
调整卸坯插坯装置 3,使卸坯插坯动作正确顺滑。
3. 调整加温传动链
Note: ⑴ Number 1,2,3,4,14, S3 are changeover parts, customized according to
customer preforms.
⑵ use feeler to measure the gap of connecting block (No. 7)monthly with feeler,size is
0.2 ~ 0.3mm. If the measurement is greater than 0.5mm, connecting block should be
replaced immediately to prevent breakage, which can’t affect normal production of
equipment.
2 heating head preform-unloading
Release expansion sleeve of preform-in table, making heater insert in the preform in
slippering(preform center coincides with the center of preform-in table teeth); while
adjusting the height of preform-in table; and the height of protective plate 4 and 5.

Adjust bolt (1) 、(6) to make the mold base rail straight;
使最高模腔的轴承与底模导轨 4 间隙为 0.15-0.2,与底模导轨 9 间隙为(-0.02)-(-0.05);

调整其余各模腔底模与底模导轨 4、9 间隙符合要求,同时各模腔误差≤±0.025

9.3.5 拉伸导轨的更换与调整

Change and adjust the stretching rail

取出定位销;
Get out the pin;
松开支架螺栓,取下导轨;
Loosen the screw and get out the rail;
更换新的导轨,并使各拐点位置正确;
Change with new rail and ensure the right position of each point;
调整导轨水平段的水平,与轴承 B 的间隙为 0.1-0.15(mm);
Adjust the level of rail and ensure the space between bearing B is 0.1-0.15(mm);
紧固螺栓;配定位销。

⑴序号 12 使用 1 年/5000 小时后需要更换新的;
⑵序号 S1、S2 使用 2 年/10000 小时后需要更换新的;
⑶序号 S5 使用 2 年/10000 小时后需要更换新的;
⑷序号 S6、S7 使用 2 年/10000 小时后需要更换新的。
更换易损件时用内六角扳手拧下与机械手连接的螺钉螺母即可快速更换。
注:⑴序号 10 为变更件,根据客户瓶坯定制;
⑵装配时轴承要加足润滑脂;
⑶机械手加油润滑点要求加美孚 0#润滑脂(如图 1.3.4.5.1)。
2.在调整好左右模等高、整机所有模腔同高后,调整取送坯机械手与主旋转的同步;
松开取送坯机械手支承 2、取送瓶机械手支承 1 上面的胀套,使送坯、取瓶正确(同时使
夹手位置、高度正确);拧紧胀套;

Loosen the preform-in mechanical arm bearing 2, top expansion sleeve of bottle transfer
bearing 1, making preform transfer and bottle gripping correct(while making grippers and
height correct); tighten the expansion sleeve;

9.3.7 模架易损件更换 Replacement of mold bracket wearing parts

1.底模组件易损件更换(图 1.3.4.6.2)
图中序号弹簧(5B)和导轨滑块(3B、4B)滑块为易损件,序号弹簧运行 1.5 年/7500 小时
后要立即更换;序号导轨滑块运行 3 年/15000 小时后要立即更换。
更换步骤:旋开两头和弹簧连接的杆和螺钉即可更换。
2. 锁模机构更换易损件(图 1.3.4.6.3):
⑴序号 2 弹簧使用 1.5 年/7500 小时后需要更换新的;
⑵序号 9 弹簧使用 1.5 年/7500 小时后需要更换新的;
⑶序号 6 锁模销使用 2 年/10000 小时后需要更换新的。
更换步骤:用内六角扳手拧下螺钉 B 即可更换序号 2;拧松螺母 10,拧出调节套 8 即可
更换序号 6 和序号 9。
Replacement of mold bracket wearing parts
1 .Replacement of bottom mold wearing parts (picture 1.3.4.6.2)
In the picture spring 5B and guide rail slider 3B、4B are wearing parts, Spring 5B
should be replaced immediately after running for 1.5 years / 7500 hours; guide rail slider
should be replaced immediately after running for 3 years / 15,000 hours.
Replacing procedure: Unscrew the screw on the springs at both ends change.
2.Replacement of closing mold mechanism wearing parts (picture 1.3.4.6.3):
(1) Spring 2 should be replaced after 1.5 years / 7500 hours;
(2) Spring 9 should be replaced after 1.5 years / 7500 hours;
(3) Mold locking pin 6 should be replaced after 2 years / 10000 hours;.
Replacing Procedure: Use Allen wrench to unscrew bolt B to replace 2; loosen the nut
10, unscrew adjusting sleeve 8 to replace 6 and 9.

9.3.8 水分配器维修包更换 water distributor seal replacement

1.旋转体维修包中共有 9 个零件需要更换,步骤如下:

(1 件)共 3 个叠簧,然后取出剩下的 O 型圈。最后以上诉相反的顺序将刚刚换下的维修
包安装上去。

Air distributor seal replacement


The air distributor disassembly steps:
Make sure the machine is powered off, with no electricity, no water and in the
braking state;
Remove the the wire terminals (about 10, one end is on the junction box, the other
end is in the electrical cabinet of stretching tank), wrap the wire around the conductive
slip ring;

用 5#的内六角扳手拆掉止动片(3)侧面的两个 M6 内六角圆柱头螺钉(S6),将止
动片取下;
用 6#的内六角扳手拆掉压盖(2)中心的 M8 内六角圆柱头螺钉(S3),将压盖与导
电滑环(S2)取下;
用 5#的内六角扳手拆掉连接座(1)中的 4 个 M6 内六角圆柱头螺钉(S1);将连接
座取下;
Use the Allen wrench 5 # to remove two M6 bolts (S6) of the side stopper (3),
remove the stopper;
Use the Allen wrench 6 # to remove two M8 bolts (S3) of the press cover center

用 24#的呆扳手松掉 M16 的螺母(S4),再用 14#的内六角扳手拆掉支衬架(5)下
端 M16 的内六角圆柱头螺钉,将其取出,最后用 10#的内六角扳手拆掉支衬架(5)上端的
两个 M10 的内六角圆柱头螺钉(S6),将支衬架(5)取下;
用 10#内六角扳手将旋转块 2(1)上的两个 M12 的内六角圆柱头螺钉(S3)拆掉,
将编码器(2)取下;
用 16#的呆扳手将轴套法兰上的 8 个 M10 的螺母松掉,将其取下。这时可适当晃动
分配器,将整个气分配器主体取下;其内部的隔套(4)与 0 型圈(S2)也一起取下将其
放好。
Use 24 # wrench to loose M16 nuts (S4), and then use 14 # allen wrench to remove
M16 bolts of the backing frame (5), and finally use 10 # allen wrench to remove M10
bolts of the backing frame (5), remove the backing frame (5);
Use 10# Allen wrench to remove 2 M12 bolts (S3)of the rotary block 2 (1),remove
the encoder;
Use 16 # wrench to loosen 8 M10 nuts in the flange sleeve, remove it. Shaking
distributor properly, remove the entire air distributor body as well as its internal spacer (4)
and 0-ring (S2).

9.用 5#的内六角扳手拆掉盖板(3)上的 M6 的内六角螺钉,用 150 的轴用挡圈钳拆掉
轴用弹性挡圈(S3),这时可以将旋转套(2)整个拔出,然后拆掉上面的两个轴承(S1)、
4 个 S 型旋转格来圈(S2)。
注:拆下来的所有东西都必须将其清理干净,分门别类、整齐放好在指定位置,保持
通风干燥。
9. With 5 # allen wrench to remove M6 bolts of the cover(3),then remove spring circlip
(S3), then you can remove the whole rotating sleeve (2),then remove the two bearings
(S1) and 4 S-type roto glyd ring(S2).
Note: Everything removed must be cleaned, categorized and neatly put away to kept
dry and ventilated.
三、S 型旋转格来圈的安装 S-type roto glyd ring installation
1.安装要点:

1 检查轴上是否有引入倒角;


2 去毛刺和倒角或倒圆锐边;


3 清除加工残渣,如碎渣、污垢以及其他杂质然后清洁所有相关部件;


4 如果涂油脂或者涂油,密封件安装起来就更容易。必须注意的是密封材料与这些润

滑剂之间的相容性。只能用不含固体添加剂(二硫化钼或硫化锌)的润滑脂。

5 不要使用有锐边的安装工具。

1) Check whether there’s introduction of the shaft chamfer;


2) Deburring and chamfering or rounding sharp edges;
3) Clear processing residues such as slag, dirt and other impurities and then clean
all related components;
4) If grease or coat oil, seals can be installed easily. It should be noted that the
sealing material and the lubricants should be compatible.Only grease containing no solid
additives (molybdenum disulfide, or zinc sulfide) can be used.
5) Do not use installation tool with sharp edges.
2.S 型旋转格来圈的安装 S-type roto glyd ring installation

1 把O形圈放入沟槽内(不要让O形圈扭转);


2 将S型旋转格来圈弯成“凹”字形。密封件一定不能有锐弯;
1) Put O-ring into the groove (do not twist the O-ring);
2) Bend S-type roto glyd ring to be "concave" shape. Seals must not have sharp bends;

3 将压缩为“凹”字形的密封件置入沟槽,将密封件压向O形圈


4 在装配的最后阶段,必须插入轴来复原S型旋转格来圈。若自带的轴有足够长的引入

倒角,则其可作为复原轴。

1. Installation of the main air distributor body:
1) Ensure that all parts are clean, which run smoothly without blocking (rotating sleeve,
sleeve, cover, bearing, S-type roto glyd ring, etc.);
2) Ensure intrduction angleon protective sleeve, remove stab, dross and the quid of all
parts;
3) Moderately install bearing.
2.气分配器主体的安装 Installation of air distributor body

1 将气分配器装在下位的轴套装在轴套上,装配时注意不要碰伤轴套上喷陶瓷的部位;


2 将旋转套套在轴套上,确保安装到位;


3 装配气分配器上位的轴承,确保安装到位;


4 装轴套上的卡簧(S3),压盖(3),将压盖上的螺钉拧紧;


5 将分配器主体固定在工作平台上(固定轴套(1)上的法兰盘),缓慢旋转旋转套(2),

看其所受的旋转力矩是否平稳。若不平稳则重新装配;

气分配器的安装可按拆卸的反向顺序进行,装配时注意将各零件清洁干净,O 形圈等
无损坏。装配完成后将现场打扫干净。

9.3.10.1 过滤器的滤芯的更换 Replacement of the filter element

过滤器滤芯的更换步骤:
(1)用活动扳手将过滤器下方的壳体卸下来,并将内部擦拭干净。
(2)用手将滤芯拧下,并换上新的滤芯。
(3)将壳体拧回到过滤器上。
注:过滤器使用一年后需要更换滤芯。

9.3.10.3 封口缸维修包更换 Replacement of sealing cylinder repair kits

上图是封口缸维修包在封口缸中的位置,维修包的安装过程如下:
1.安装前后应注意的事项:
仔细检查所有的尺寸和表面光洁度情况。
安装工具要采用软的材料(例如聚甲醛树脂、尼龙等),锐角要倒圆。
活塞杆和活塞的倒角处必须去除毛刺、尖边和锐角。
使用食品级润滑油或油脂并且清洁所有的沟槽硬件和密封件。
将剩余的密封件放在盒子里,保护不受伤害。
在安装后,检查密封件没有刮伤、裂痕。被损坏的密封件 必须去除并且丢弃。

process is as follows:
1. Pay attention before and after installation:
Carefully check all dimensions and surface clean condition.
Soft materials should be used in installation tool (such as polyformaldehyde resin, nylon,
etc.), acute angle and rounding.
Piston rod and piston chamfer must remove burrs,be sharp edges and acute sharp.
Use food class lubricating oil or grease and clean all the grooves hardware and seals.
Put the remaining seals in the box from harm.
After installation, check whether the seals has scratches or cracks. Damaged seals must
be removed and discarded.

2. 活塞密封的安装

Wear ring
Before installing make wear ring roll up.
When the piston rod is in the groove,loosen.
Note:
Seal surface should ensure no damage (such as nicks, scratches, etc.).
Seals should not damaged in the process of installing hardware. Do not use sharp metal
tools.

9.3.10.4 拉伸缸维修包更换

拉伸缸维修包中更换注意事项如下:
拆下拉伸气缸
1). 切换阀以卸掉管路及气缸对气体.

2). 泄完气后拆卸阀上的进气接头及电器接头.

3). 分解气缸与机加的连接,注意支撑,把气缸从机架上拆下来.

4). 确保安全的情况下分解气缸的安装件.

5). 如果气缸要大修,请在一个固定、干净、安全的地方,避免零部件的遗失及污染.

9.3.10.4 Stretching cylinder repair kits replacement

Note the following:

Remove stretching cylinder

1) Switch valve to get rid of the pipeline.

2) Discharge the air to remove air-in connectors and electrical connectors.

3) Disconnect cylinder, pay attention to the support, remove cylinder from the rack.

4) Disconnect installation parts of the cylinder.

5) If you want to overhaul the cylinder, fix it in a clean, safe place to avoid losing parts
and pollution.

拉伸气缸的安装
1).安装前请检查气缸有没有损伤,附件的安装请按Norgren标准.

2).确保气源、接头及管子的清洁.
3).确保安装时没有对活塞杆产生侧向负载.

4).手动拉动气缸检查气缸安装的效果后再加压检查.
Stretching cylinder mounting

3) Make sure that the installation does not produce side loads to the piston rod.
4) Manually pull the cylinder and then check the effect of cylinder installation for
pressure check.
加压检查操作流程
1). 供气加压过程要渐进.

2). 检查管路是否泄漏及调整.

3). 检查气缸运行是否正常.

4). 连接正常后把锁紧螺母锁死.

5). 按正常运行速度调整好缓冲.

Pressure check process

1) Supply air pressure gradually.

2) Check the lines for leaks and adjust.

3) Check the cylinder to run correctly.

4) Then lock the locknut.

5) Adjust buffering according to the normal operating speed.

4. 常见问题解决方法
1)气缸不动作
 检查气源是否打开及气压是否够大
 检查电磁阀是否得电
 检查电磁阀是否工作正常
 检查外连接机构是否卡死
2)电磁阀不工作
 检查电源是否正常
 打开分解电磁阀,看阀芯是否有异物卡住
3)气缸无缓冲
 检查两头的缓冲螺钉是否被完全打开,顺时针拧到底后再逆时针回旋1-2圈

4)气缸走不到头
 检查两头的缓冲螺钉是否被完全关死,顺时针拧到底后再逆时针回旋1-2圈
4 FAQ solutions
1) no action of cylinder
Check the air supply to see whether pressure large enough
Check solenoid valve is supplied with electricity
Check the solenoid valve is working properly
Check the connection mechanism is stuck outside
2) Solenoid valve does not work
Check the power supply is normal
Open decomposition solenoid valve, to see whether a foreign body stuck spool
3) Cylinder unbuffering
Check the two ends of the buffer bolts are open enough, then screw clockwise and
counterclockwise for 1-2 rounds
4) Cylinder is unable to get to the end
Check the two ends of the buffer bolts are completely shut, then screw clockwise and
counterclockwise for 1-2 rounds

9.3.11 自润滑油杯更换

1.工具 :5 号电池、十字螺丝刀。
2.工作顺序:手动拆下油杯→打开新油杯端盖(逆时针)→螺丝刀拆下电池安装座→安
装新电池→安装上电池座→拔下红色开关钮,安装到数字 6 上(数字 6 代表可以工作 6
个月)→安装上端盖→把新的油杯安装到机器相应位置。
注:1、电池安装前最好测量一下电压是否充足。
2、长时间停机时可以把红色开关钮安装到 OFF 上。

9.3.12 输送带更换及调试 Conveying belt replacement and commissioning

一、理坯机皮带更换及调试:
为了确保搬运,拆卸,更换过程中安全顺利,特要求安装人员按照以下几点操作来
更换皮带。
1. 首先要准备好内六角扳手,活动扳手,检观察周围的工作环境是否支持现场的操作,
确保工作人员的能够顺利完成这项工作。
9.3.11 Conveying belt replacement and commissioning
The belt replacement of perform sorter and commissioning:
To ensure the smooth handling, removal and replacement, it is required the
installation personnel replace the belt in accordance with the following.
1.Prepare Allen wrench, adjustable wrench, observe whether the surrounding
environment is useful for on-site operations to ensure completion of this work.
2. 关闭理坯机电源。先用内六角扳手拆掉理坯机上的封窗(图示封窗 1,封窗 2,封窗
3),然后检查并清理掉理坯机里面的滞留瓶坯。用活动扳手松开回收装置被动端的
锁紧螺母,使皮带呈松弛状态。然后用剪刀剪断已经损坏的皮带并取出。注意:在取
出皮带的过程中不要不要碰到一些电子元件,比如检测光眼等。皮带取完后如果时间
空余,可以检查理坯机理的螺钉,螺栓是否松动,滚筒两端的轴承可以加注润滑油。
2 Turn off the power of perform sorter. First remove sealed windows (sealed windows
1, 2 and 3) with allen wrench, and then check and clear the remainging preforms.
Loosen the passive locking nut of recovery device with adjustable wrench, making the
belt in relaxed state. Then cut with scissors the damaged belts and remove it. Note: Do

not touch the electronic components in removing the belt, such as the detecting light
eyes and so on.
3.在开始安装皮带之前,先确认好回收皮带是否正确(卡扣式),然后检查皮带时候有
破损,并把皮带擦拭干净。安装皮带时,由于皮带是卡扣式的,所以只要用皮带把回收
装置的量个滚筒包住,然后把皮带连接扣扣上。注意皮带的正反面。然后用扳手拧螺杆,
使皮带呈张紧状态。
4.安装好新皮带后,我们应先调试,看皮带是否能正常运行。打开电源,点动回收电机,
观察皮带在运行过程中是否左右串动,是否有噪音,如有,重新调整皮带及皮带的张紧
度。当确认皮带安装完成后就可把理坯机封窗重新安装在理坯机上。打扫现场,保证车
间整洁卫生
3 Before belt installation, make sure the recovery belt(clip-on) is correct, then clean the
belt. In installing the belt, just wrap roller of recovery device, and then connect the belt
clasp. Note both sides of the belt. Then use the wrench to tighten the screw, so that
the belt was in tensioned state.
4 After installing a new belt, we should first do the commissioning to see whether the
belt can run correctly. Turn on the power, start the recycling motor, observe whether
the belt during operation is shaking sharply, if there is noise, and if so, re-adjust the
belt and belt tension. When the installation is complete, put seals windows on the
perform sorter again. Clean on-site workshop to be clean and tidy.

二、提升机皮带更换及调试:
1. 打开提升机电源,点动提升机,使提升机里的瓶坯进入理坯机,确保提升机皮带上无
瓶坯。
2. 准备好拆卸工具(内六角扳手及活动扳手)及新皮带。用内六角扳手松开盖板上的螺
钉,取下盖板,点动提升机,使皮带的接口位置在盖板处。用扳手松开张紧装置上的螺
母使皮带呈松弛状态。用内六角扳手松开盖板上的螺钉,取下盖板。松开已损坏皮带的
卡扣,把坏皮带与新皮带用卡扣连接起来(注意皮带的正反面)。点动提坯机,使新的
皮带沿着坏皮带运行轨迹运动。因为此时的皮带已经无张紧力,皮带不会动,所以在盖
板位置处要安排人员拉坏皮带。运行一周后,新皮带的卡扣位置就会停留在盖板位置处。
拆掉新皮带与坏皮带的连接,把新皮带扣起来。
Elevation machine belt replacement and commissioning:
1 Turn on the power, start the elevaton machine, putting the preforms into the perform
sorter to ensure that no performs there.
2 Prepare removal tool (Allen wrench and spanner wrench) and the new belt. Use a
allen wrench to loosen the screws on the cover, remove the cover, start the elevaton

machine, making the position of the belt on the cover. Use a wrench to loosen the nuts
on the tensioning device to make it slack. Use allen wrench to loosen the screws on
the cover, remove the cover. Loosen the damaged belt buckle, make them connected
(note front and back of the belt). Start the elevation machine.After running for one
week,the clip position of new bet will stay at cover board and then the connectiong
between new belt and old belt can be disassembled.

3.通过调节螺杆使皮带处于紧绷状态,接下来通过点动运行提升机,看看新皮带是否会
左右串动,若有,重新调节皮带位置。若无,则安装好提升机盖板。
4.安装好皮带后,清理好换皮带途中产生的杂质,是车间保持清洁卫生。
3 By adjusting the screw so that the belt is in tight state, then jog to run elevation
machine to see whether the new belt is shaking sharply, if any, re-adjust the belt
position. If not, then install the elevation machine cover.
4After installing the belt, clean impurities in replacing the belt, keeping workshop
clean.
