Activity for Module 5

(Application and Assessment)

A. Creative Work. Propose a program in School or Community that will raise the
awareness of students and to help eliminate sexually transmitted disease
especially among the youth.

This is a proposed action plan for the program with regards to the
information on the awareness towards sexually transmitted diseases.

ACTION PLAN

I. Title of the Activity:

 PHILANTROPHY AMONG THE YOUTH AMIDST PANDEMIC

II. General Objectives:

 To provide basic and necessary knowledge among the youth

through the implementation of a systematic online advocacy to
spread the correct information, awareness, and assessment about
sexually transmitted diseases, in order to lessen these cases and
furthermore to completely eradicate it.

III. Date, Time, and Venue:

 October 15, 2021

 1:00pm – 3:00pm
 The host will conduct the activity from the school, and the audience
will attend the activity from home.

IV. Rationale:

 The basic and necessary information about sexually transmitted

diseases play a crucial role on each individual’s existence. It is often
 referred to as the driving force of a society’s growth and
development, since it fuels several empirical and individualized
advantages. Over the approximate time scale of a certain youth’s life
during the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a great deal of
youth that were dreadfully affected by the current situation that
everyone’s coming up against, especially the fact that we’re all stuck
inside our homes wherein we could possibly be susceptible among
sexually transmitted diseases if we don’t acquire enough and tight
knowledge about it. Various complications came with it which
involves financial constraints, health problems for both men and
women, and even worse is deprivation which caused turmoil among
the society. The general public is widely affected; however, the youth
are more susceptible among the worst-case consequences.
Consequently, accommodation of these people through allocating
assistance for fundamental awareness information and assessment
would practically be significant. Furthermore, the league of learnings
regarding the Corona virus outbreak shall also be shared through
online advocacies in order to avoid and suppress false beliefs
concerning the current situation.

V. Specific Objectives:

 Dispense an equitable awareness assistance from different and

knowledgeable speakers through efficient ways.
 Devote philanthropy through basic and necessary information with
regards to the topic.
 Provide factual information about the COVID-19 pandemic in order
to attain precise awareness with it as well.

VI. Methodology:

 Students that’s assigned (group) are all morally obliged to participate

in the said online advocacy program. Everyone’s utilized for the
establishment of the activity itself.
 Everyone will attend a scheduled google meet for the presentation of
the activity (what to do’s), to give proper instructions, and to inform
everyone what to anticipate.
 The host group will be divided into 2 distinct groups. One assigned
on the discussion of the awareness towards sexually transmitted
disease program and the other one’s designated on the online
advocacy about the current situation of the pandemic.
 Group one will proceed to the specific and main objective of the
 program and the second group will carry on their shared knowledge
about COVID-19.
 Everyone’s required to indulge in fun activities during the program in
order to have a gratifying ambience. However, strictly following
safety health protocols throughout the whole process.

VIII. Target Number and Classification of Participants:

 At least 10 sample students from every section’s population of De La

Salle John Bosco College.
 Specifically, students that are taking degree programs.

IX. Budgetary Requirement:

 Since it will be conducted online, there will be no need for a specific

amount of monetary budget.

X. Expected Output:

 The online advocacy program shall include activities that will mold
the students to a better version of themselves through the
experiences and diverse stories they’d encounter upon conducting
the activity. These should guide them upon acquiring a better
perception of the high society — life’s not always on your favor so be
prepared and avoid the bad.
 Participants from the host group especially the leader would be able
to decipher how essential this shared information are, therefore they
shan’t risk their health for insignificant things, instead they should
delay gratifications.
 Everyone’s supposed to realize the fact that just because they aren’t
personally going through the uttermost obstructive consequences
during this pandemic, doesn’t mean it’s not happening and doesn’t
exist.

B. Agree or Disagree. Are you in favor of legalizing marriage among homosexuals

and transgenders? Why?
