1. Relative to Division Memorandum 250, s.2022 titled "lnterim Guidelines of the

Youth Commission on Elections and Appointments (YOUTH COMEA) for
School Year 2022-2023", districts shall conduct an election of District SPG/SSG
officers among the elec.ted presidents of the schools from the given suggested
dates from the above-aforementioned Division Memorandum.

2. The Elected District Presidents together with their respective SSGISPG

Advisers shall attend the Division Federated SSG/SPG elections on September
23,2022,8:00 A.M at Bulwagan ng mga Guro, DepEd Division ffice of
Northern Samar.

3. Traveling and other incidental expenses of the participants are chargeable

against School MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations

4. For guidance, information, and wide dissemination of this Memorandum
