REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• DATES:
Registration deadline is Friday 15th November 2019

• REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fees for 2020 are as follows. Please remember there has been a change
to include hotel this year, making teachers’ jobs easier (we hope!).

4500 RMB PER STUDENT INCLUDING HOTEL ACCOMMODATION (Twin share)
6000 RMB PER TEACHER INCLUDING HOTEL ACCOMMODATION (King room)

Registration fee also includes all transfers, transport, meals and a Gala Dinner at
the Hard Rock Hotel during the Big Band Performance on Friday night.

Teacher leaders will ONLY need to book flights/trains on top of this fee.

• Student Registration:
1. Get your students to go to this link below:

2. Select your ensemble (Choir, Orchestra or Big Band)
3. Please fill in ALL fields and include your passport copy (this is for the
purposes of Chinese Law and performance rules).
4. For Orchestra/Big Band, a link must be included to your audition video.
5. Once a student has registered, a copy of that form will go to the nominated
teacher’s email, so teachers can keep tabs on who has registered from their
school.

2. The link will take you to the form to complete.
3. Please select the role you would like to take at the Festival.
4. Please fill in ALL fields and include your passport copy (this is for the
purposes of Chinese Law and performance rules).

 • PAYMENT
Once registration closes, your school’s lead teacher will receive an invoice for
participation fees for ALL students and teachers from that school.
Teachers usually will then add transport costs and fees and bill the parents.


• AUDITIONS
Audition links must be included for all applying for Orchestra and Big Band.
