Highlights of the report:

 The list for 2022 featured 11 start-up companies from India along with 19 companies
from Singapore, followed by 16 start-ups from Hong Kong, 15 from South Korea, and
13 from China.

India’s GDP in first quarter of current fiscal grows at 13.5 percent

 According to the provisional estimates by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation, the GDP of the country for the April-June quarter of the current
financial year (FY 22-23) grew at 13.5%.
 सां क्ट्िकी और कायस िम कायास न्वयन मं त्रािय के अनंशतम अनुमानों के अनुसार, चािू शित्त िषस (शित्त
िषस 22-23) की अप्रैि-जून शतमाही में दे ि की जीडीपी 13.5% की दर से बढ़ी।
 The Real GDP in Q1 of 2022-23 is estimated to attain a level of 36 lakh and 85
thousand crore rupees, as against 32 lakh and 46 thousand crore rupees in Q1 of last
fiscal at 2021-22 Prices.
 2022-23 की पहिी शतमाही में िास्तशिक सकि घरे िू उत्पाद 36 िाख 85 हजार करोड़ रुपये के स्तर
को प्राप्त करने का अनुमान है , जबशक 2011-12 की कीमतों पर शपछिे शित्त िषस की पहिी शतमाही में
32 िाख 46 हजार करोड़ रुपये था।
  The GDP of the country witnessed a growth of 20.1 per cent in the first quarter of
2021-22 fiscal.

Rajasthan govt sanctions ₹40 crore for electric vehicle policy

 The Rajasthan government has come up with its electric vehicle policy to encourage
the purchase of EVs in the state.
 राजस्थान सरकार राज्य में इिे क्ट्ररक िाहनों की खरीद को प्रोत्साशहत करने के शिए अपनी इिे क्ट्ररक
िाहन नीशत िेकर आई है ।
 Under the Rajasthan Electric Vehicle Policy (REVP), the government has sanctioned
a fund of ₹40 crore for contribution to the purchase of electric vehicles.
 राजस्थान इिे क्ट्ररक िाहन नीशत (आरईिीपी) के तहत, सरकार ने इिे क्ट्ररक िाहनों की खरीद में
