Department/Section/Area Duties and Responsibilities/ Scope of Work

PRESIDENT/CEO/AC MANAGER  Overseeing budgets, staff, and executives and


evaluating the success of the company.
Mr. Joel D. Pilapil  Meeting with board members and other executives
to assess the direction of the company, develop
short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies,
and ensure the company's compliance with the
stated mission.
 Oversees the general functions and duties of the
CACS – Focal Person;
 Implements all policies promulgated by the
Technical Education & Skills Development
Authority;
 Approves and signs the Registry of Workers
Assessed and Certified (RWAC) Report;
 Approves capital expenditures and signs all major
disbursement within the budgetary limit;
 Signs all contracts and legal papers of the
assessment center;
 Performs all other duties and functions incidental to
the office and those assigned to him/her by the
Board of Trustees.

LIAISON OFFICER

Mrs. Edna A. Pilapil  Company representatives that streamline


operations and handle public communications,
coordination efforts, incident response and conflict
resolution. They act as technical or subject matter
experts for the person, agency or organization they
represent.

CASHIER

Mrs. Edna A. Pilapil  Manage transactions with customers using


cash registers
 Collect payments whether in cash or credit
 Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
 Resolve customer complaints, guide them
and provide relevant information
 Greet customers when entering or leaving
the store
 Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
 Track transactions on balance sheets and
report any discrepancies
 Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
 Handle merchandise returns and
exchanges

PROCESSING OFFICER  Assists the Assessment Center Manager in all


matters affecting general policies of the assessment

 Takes charge for the admission of applicants and
provides information on assessment;
 Supervises the over-all process of the assessment.
 Supervises the duties and functions of the
competency assessors;
 Contacts and assigns assessors and make
schedules for the assessment;
 Submits Registry of Workers Assessed and
Certified (RWAC) Report to TESDA Provincial
Office (PO);
 Attends in meetings, seminars, conferences and
other gatherings related to his/her functions
especially called by TESDA;
 Performs all other duties and functions incidental to
the office assigned to him/her by the manager of the
Assessment Center.
 In charge of making the CBC, CBLM,
INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT TOOLS, AND
SESSION PLAN in line with TESDA TRAINING
REGULATIONS.
 Register the program with TESDA prior to
acceptance of enrollees.
 Registration is compulsory with or without Training
Regulations.
 In charge of Registration – (compulsory)
compliance with minimum standards prescribed in
Training Regulations and anchored on competency-
based system;
 Accreditation – a form of quality assurance which is
over and above the requirements for Program
Registration in UTPRAS which shall be voluntary in
nature and a form of recognition given by an
accrediting body that the program or the institution
has met the criteria set by the accrediting body.

TRAINING & ASSESSMENT FOCAL

 Prepares registration form for clients who wish to
reserve for a particular course
 Call and confirms trainees who can avail when the
scholarship is available
 Keeps and maintains registration forms with
attachments including photocopy of
NSO/PSA/Marriage Certificate (for married women),
Photocopy of Diploma/TOR, Certificate of
Indigence, TESDA Covid Awareness Certificate
 Conducts power Test
 Prepares Registry of Workers Assessed and
Certified (RWAC) Report;
 Keeps and maintains all documents including
admission slip, rating sheets and test package,
RWAC report, Competency Assessment Result
Summary (CARS),
 Maintains up-to-date and systematic recording of
assessment records.

COMPUTER DATA ENCODER


 She is responsible in entering data, maintaining
databases and client files, managing hard copies,

 Entering accurate data while following all
regulations and maintaining confidentiality is all part
of the job.

 Check the personal record of each trainee and

REGISTRAR

Miss. Lordgina P. Garbo  shall issue the user accounts to all homeroom
advisers and shall give them appropriate access
rights to their specific homeroom sections;
 Supervise the adviser in enrolling their learners in
their sections.
 submit the trainees’ supporting documents to the
TESDA, through the Scholarship Unit;
 shall update all required school data for every
calendar year;
 After ensuring that all required data have been
accurately updated, they shall submit the updated
profile in the system; and
 The T2MIS shall be secured, as far as practicable,
with the use of the most appropriate standard
required by the ROMO.
