Responsibilities:
As a part of HR SSC provide 2nd line support to the front-end HR Direct team to help and resolve
employee’s queries.
Responsible for various HRMS attributes updates which include designation, salary, leave quota creation
and attendance quota creation etc.
Resolving HR IT queries on the WIH tool by responding to the tickets assigned to our team.
Responsible for updating various types of movements within the company on account of transfers,
inter- company movement between two legal entities.
Responsible for terminating employee records from HRMS as part of separation.
Pulling out various HR reports from HRMS and doing analysis in terms of HRMS data quality.
To maintain legal and operational structure within the company.
To helps in annual salary review process.
Maintain/Create Work Schedules, Absences, Attendances and appropriate Quotas as per the
requirements also maintained Time Info types 0007, 2001, 2002, 2006, 2007.
