2020 秋季学期留学生日常请假要求

一、出勤统计方式

1.钉钉直播 Live classes in dingtalk

直播课时，学生上课前和下课后都需要打卡，每节课出勤以 2 次签到记录为准，如

果只有 1 次签到视为缺勤。

During the live class, students need to sign in before and after class. The

attendance of each class is based on the two sign in records. If there is only

one sign in, it will be regarded as absence.

2.钉钉录播 Recording classes in dingtalk

录播课时，老师看到学生已经观看这节课的视频文件并已经交了作业视为出勤，如

未提交作业视为旷课。

During the recording classes, if the teacher sees that the students have

watched the video files of this class and have handed in their homework, hey

will be regarded as attendance.If you do not submit your homework, you will

be considered as absent from class.

二、请假

学生如果因为生病或因为有事不能上课时，需要在上课之前跟白老师请假。得到白

老师同意后才可以在请假的时间不上课。

If students are unable to attend class because of illness or other issue, they

need to ask Bai Laoshi for leave before your classes. After getting the

permission of Bai Laoshi, students can leave the class during the leave time.

请假方法：How to ask for leave

1.在钉钉工作台找到学生日常请假或用钉钉扫描二维码
Find ‘学生日常请假’ in ‘工作台’or scan the QR code below with dingtalk
 2.选择请假类型为病假或事假，填写请假时间和原因，并提交

Select the leave type as sick leave or personal leave, fill in the leave time

and reason, and submit

三、请假规则

每月最多只能请假 4 次，超过 4 次将直接视为旷课。如没有请假或请假没被同意，

并且没有上课，则按照旷课处理。

如果你要连续请假超过两天（包括两天），你必须先在微信或者钉钉联系白老师，

说明你请假的原因，得到同意以后再在钉钉上按照流程请假。

期末统计出勤分数时，3 次病假=1 次缺勤；2 次事假=1 次缺勤。一门课程的缺勤

数量超过这门课程所有课时数的 25%，将不能参加期末考试。
 一个月的缺勤率如果超过 20%，学生将被开除。

You can only ask for leave four times a month, and more than four

times will be regarded as absenteeism. If you ask for more leaves than that,

your application for leave will not be approved. If you did not ask for leave

before classes or leave without permission, it will be treated as absenteeism.

If you want to ask for leave for more than two days (including two days),

you must first contact Bai Laoshi on wechat or dingtalk to explain the reason for

your leave, and then ask for leave according to the process on the dingtalk .

When the attendance score is counted at the end of the semester, three sick

leave or two personal leave are counted as one absence. If the number of

absenteeism for a course exceeds 25% of the total number of classes in this

course, you will not be able to take the final exam.

If the monthly absence rate exceeds 20%, students will be expelled.

六、特殊注意事项：

1.钉钉直播课程打卡迟到 5 分钟（含 5 分钟）算迟到，超过 5 分钟直接记为旷课。

During the live classes, if you are late for 5 minutes (including 5 minutes),

you will be counted as late. If you are late for more than 5 minutes, you will be

recorded as absenteeism.

2.本科生有以下情况之一者，不得参加该门课程的学期考核，没有补考资格，必须

重修。

Undergraduates who have one of the following conditions are not allowed

to participate in the final exams of this course, and they must take it again and

no make-up examination.
 （1）缺课累计达到该门课程学期总学时数的 1/4 以上（含 1/4）；

The total number of absent classes is more than 1/4 (including 1 /4) of the

total class hours of the course;

（2）缺交该课作业达 1/3 以上（含 1/3）。

More than 1/3 (including 1/3)of the homework was not handed in.

3.本科生本学年 1/2 以上课程不及格者，不能参加补考，须降至下一个年级。

Undergraduates who fail more than half of the courses in this academic

year are not allowed to take the make-up examination and have to be

lowered to the lower grade.
