This framework details your training schedule once you commence work with us.
Training Phase:
13 days
You are supposed to follow the ZTP policy throughout the first 12 days of the training phase and
complete the objectives listed below.
Attendance 100%
I. PRODUCT TRAINING:
Trainees must complete at least 8 hours of training daily, attend huddles, accomplish
assessments, and meet the outlined training goals during the five days of the training phase.
II. ATTENDANCE:
1. EXCUSED ABSENCE (that may require written documentation and prior authorization):
a.) Life threatening incidents (eg. Trainee was rushed to the hospital due to an
illness or accident; trainee was a victim of major natural disasters like
earthquakes, typhoons, landslides, etc.)
b.) Death in the immediate family (“immediate” pertains to father, mother, brother,
sister, spouse, son or daughter)
2. TARDINESS:
Every training day is regarded as a crucial workday. You must therefore stick to the set
workdays, work hours, and break times. You must arrive at work on time and on schedule each
day. TFO may result from absence, tardiness, working less than required, and taking excessive
breaks.
TFO may result from one No Call, No Show (NCNS) or unapproved absence. A non-compliant
call-in procedure or any absence without a valid reason would be considered an unapproved
absence.
All schedule compliance violations will result in punishment in accordance with the VSS Code
of Conduct.
