Patrol Key Points of Main Oil Pumps

Main Oil Pump Key Area Patrol List

1、
Check the parameters of the UCP are normal, the indicator light of the operation panel is normal, and conform

no alarm.

2、LOC fans and oil pumps switches in AUTO position and indicator light is normal. The lube oil level is above

the specified mark.

3、Check all valves are in normal condition.

4、Check feed oil pumps leakage from mechanical seals, leakage continues to increase, report to duty officer

immediately.

5、Check whether the on-site reading of each pressure gauge is normal and consistent with that of the station

control room.

6、Check that there is no open fire or smoke on the top of the running pump set.

7、Check the switch of the heating system of the standby external pump unit at the "REMOTE" position, and the

indicator lamp, pump and heater work normally.

8、The liquid level of the hydraulic oil tank shall be more than 1/2, and the oil color shall be transparent and

pollution-free.

9、Start gas pipeline without leakage, and the pressure is 140-160psi.

10、Check all pump system and auxiliary pipes for leakage, no loose flange connection.

11、The switch of the air cooler motor is at the "AUTO" position and the indicator light is normal.

12、Check the front of the air filter is closed, there is no debris blockage at the lower inlet, and the black hose

connected at the rear is intact without rupture.

13、Check whether the engine's high-level fuel tank level, level switch window level, air cooler compensation tank

EJW and TAW cooling liquid level are within the normal scale range.

14、No coolant leakage in EJW and TAW high point exhaust valves and connection lines, no fluid flow in high

position vent line.

15、Listen to the operating sound of motor and pump.

16、Check if the battery indicator is green when the pump stops.

17、Check all equipment, pipelines and ground in the main oil pump area for clean and free of rust and oil.

inlet is free of debris blockage, and the rear
connection of the black hose is intact.
EJW and TAW tanks have a level higher than 2/3

There is no trace of coolant leakage on the inlet and
outlet pipe joints and the ground around the air
cooler.
Two fan motor switches at Auto position, two yellow
lights on. Judge whether the operation is normal or
not; Listen fan motor 1# and 2# sound.
