TERMS & CONDITIONS
This ticket must be produced by the holder of the ticket ("Holder”) at the time of entry into the Stadium. The
entry gates will open 3 hours before the start of the Match. 1. Entry will be refused if the barcode has been
tampered or defaced or damaged with in any way. Association will not be held responsible for the same. 2. This
entry ticket is valid for one person only and no re-entry will be allowed. 3. Children above 2 years of age without
valid ticket will not be permitted. 4. Government guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 protocols must be
followed. 5. Ticket holders above 18 years of age will be required to show either "Universal Pass for Double
Vaccinated Citizens" or their fully vaccinated certificate to gain entry to the stadium. 6. Ticket holders below 18
years of age will be required to show their student / government photo ID proof to gain entry to the stadium. 7.
The ticket only entitles the holder to access the area of the Stadium in which the relevant seat is located and no
other area of the Stadium. 8. The ticket should be produced whenever demanded by the organiser (”Organiser")
Association of the match (“Match") and the Organisers/Association’s representatives. 9. The
Organiser/Association reserves the right to search/frisk the Holder at any time for security reasons. 10.
Prohibited items: Bags, outside food / alcohol, bottles, lighters/matchbox, chewing tobacco/Gutka, firearms,
cigarettes/bidi/e-cigarettes, tins, cans, musical instruments, flammable, toxic, illegal or hazardous substances,
metal containers, umbrellas, sharp objects (such as knives, syringes etc.), cameras or any other audio-visual
recording equipment for recording and / or communication of match details / statistics / images,
headphones/earphones, helmets, power bank, selfie stick, wooden sticks, backpack, eatables (except baby
food), dangerous goods, laptop, glass containers, sprays (except medical inhaler), laser light/pointer/flashlight,
perfume, roller blades/skates, pens and pencil, balloons, animals, syringe, flags (pole), radio, sporting balls,
whistle/horn/laud hailers, promotional products, coins, firecrackers or weapons are not allowed and strictly
prohibited inside the stadium due to security reasons. The Organizer shall be entitled to seize any prohibited
item without liability and without any obligation to return such items or to compensate the holder. 11. No item
including without limitation banners or flags etc., displaying commercial logos, which, in the
Organisers/Associations view, may conflict with the rights of any official sponsor of the Match, will be allowed
Into the Stadium. 12. Bottles, lighters, tins or cans, musical instruments, flammable toxic, Legal or hazardous
substances, metal containers, firecrackers, coins or weapons are not allowed inside the stadium. 13. No food
may be brought into the Stadium. No alcohol may be brought into or taken out of the Stadium. 14. The
Organiser/Association shall be entitled to seize any prohibited items (as outlined in para 11 above) without
liability and without any obligation to return such items or to compensate the Holder in respect thereof. 15. This
ticket is strictly not transferable and is for the sole use of the purchaser. 16. This ticket shall not be exchanged,
ceded, sold or transferred. whether in a commercial or promotional context (such as without limitation, as a
prize in lottery competition or as part of an advertising or promotional campaign), with or without consideration,
unless written permission has been previously obtained from the Organiser/Association. 17. The use of mobile
phones, transistors, computers, cameras or any other audio-visual recording equipment, for recording and/or
communication of Match details, statistics, images etc. is strictly prohibited. 18. The Holder will not sell or offer
for sale any product or service from any part of the Stadium. 19. Neither Association nor the Organiser will be
liable to the Holder whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential
loss or damage or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use. loss of business or contracts or loss of
opportunity. 20. The Holder shall not engage in any form of “Ambush Marketing” and shall not conduct in any
activity that conflicts with or infringes the rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner. Also, the
spectators are advised not to communicate minute to minute developments of the match over mobile phones to
anyone indulging in betting. 21. Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory language (whether on the grounds
of race, religion or otherwise), unruly language or an unruly or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. 22.
Entry on the field of play at any time and the throwing of any article is strictly prohibited. 23. Refunds will only
be made if the Match is cancelled without a single ball being bowled. No other refunds will be made. There is no
obligation on the Organiser/Association to reschedule the Match. Please note refund in case of Ticket purchased
online will be refunded by Paytm and in case of Ticket holders having physical tickets the same will be refunded
by KSCA on submission of the physical copy of the tickets. 24. Spectators are reminded that any of the language
or behaviour referred to in paragraph 22 above or any action in breach of paras 18 and 23 will result in ejection
from the ground and possible further action such as criminal prosecution. Identification by way of photographing
and or capturing by video camera of the images of such persons and life-ban be imposed on such persons. 25.
Neither Association nor Organiser will subject to any limitation imposed by law be in any way liable to the Holder
any event, occurrences, or other timing the cause of which is beyond the reasonable control of Association and
the Organiser. 26. In addition to these conditions, entry shall be subject to any ground regulations specific to the
Stadium. 27. Entry into the Stadium constitutes the agreement by the holder of the ticket to be bound by these
terms and conditions and by any Stadium Regulations which may be displayed at the Stadium together all
present and future laws. rules and regulations whilst within the Stadium. 28. Ticket holder/s cannot display any
product‘s Name in any way/manner in the Stadium. The Association/Organiser reserves the right, without refund
or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions
including, if necessary. ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the Stadium after they have entered the ground.
29. Ticket holder/s should carry a valid/government approved photo ID proof to the stadium. 30. The rate of GST
applicable is 18% and the breakup of the same is provided in the face of the Ticket. The appropriate HSN Code is
99965 under “Sports and Recreational Sports Service”. Please note the GST paid on this ticket is not eligible for
input credit. 31. Spectators shall obey directions issued by the Police authorities. 32. By booking tickets, you
consent to your data being used for promotional and marketing activities by Paytm and Paytm Insider.
