1. Qualified to join are all those have purchased and paid ticket/s within the selling period.
2. Raffle duration is from August 15, 2022 to September 1, 2022.
3. All raffle stubs should be legibly filled -out with complete name, address, contact no. and signature.
4. Payment in cash will only be accepted.
5. Raffle stubs submitted after the deadline September 2, 2022 will be disqualified from the draw.
6. Grand draw will be held on September 2, 2022 at TAIS Social Hall, 3:00 PM.
7. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
8. If winning ticket is named after a minor, parents/guardian will be required to claim the prize.
9. Winners must present at least one (1) valid form of identification and present the winning raffle ticket in good condition upon claiming their
