Chapter. III
PREPARATION
1. Distilled Water :
Pure drinking water has been proven to cure many patients with
diabetes (high blood sugar levels) with a therapy system that is by
drinking it every day.

It is strictly forbidden to use mineral water (Example: Brand
"AQUA", TDS = 70 ppm) because it only takes a few hours there will

the reservoir tube until exhausted, then do the drainage by opening

INSTALLATION ON THE VEHICLE

32. Continue with the installation of the cord: Attach relay BOSCH
not far from the battery by means of the screw on the engine
room wall or hung on the battery.
33. For all the wiring is connected to the battery and the body of
the car, use Terminals size of 6 mm and are connected to the
terminal HHO reactor, use Terminals size of 8 mm.
34. Connect the pin86 on the Relay to the negative battery pole.
35. Connect the pin30 on the relay to the positive pole of the
battery.
36. Connect the pin87 on the relay to the positive pole of HHO
reactor (do not replace the relay with the other brands
because of different connections, so it should Bosch relay 5
pin, not the 4 pin).
37. If you had to use a 4 pin relay (any brand) then follow the
instructions contained in the image of the body side relay
based on the same pin number.
38. Use the cable rather small size and cable lines to connect
pin85 ignition (ON) at the fuse or the wiper motors (+) which
has been discovered and is marked with a permanent marker
in a way quite tucked or pinned just on fuse or socket.
39. Position pin86 pin85 to be exchanged with pin30 and pin87
position may also be exchanged for the same function.
40. Continue with connecting cables from the PWM (input / left)
directly to ground / car body.

42. Connect the cable from the PWM (output / right) directly to
the pole (-) black terminal on HHO reactor.
43. Connect the cable from the pole to the middle PWM (+)
terminal of red color on HHO reactor.
44. If everything is installed, examine again whether the
installation is correct or not.

45. Attach back the positive pole of the battery terminals.
46. Start the engine and observe whether the HHO Generator has
begun work that is characterized by the release of the HHO
gas in the reactor.
47. Observe also the ampere meter needle.
48. Please note that the level of amperes depending on the
voltage and the amount of KOH catalyst used.
49. For Models: JE5000s, the needle on the Ampere meter will
slowly move towards at around 8 Amperes, and if it is run for
hours then it will go up to 10 Amperes.
50. If less than 8 Amperes means that the voltage on the vehicle
is less than 12 volts when measured at its HHO reactor
(usually on old cars that capacity alternator / armature only
about 60A-70A). And if more than 10 Ampere means the
voltage on the vehicle more than 12 volts which is about
13,8V- 14,2V.
51. If more than 10A then to lower it by: Rotating the knob
potentiometer located on the left towards the PWM slowly.
It should be done because Model: JE5000s should not run
more than 10A because it could happen to leak in the reactor
or reservoir because of the heat.

2. Install the accumulator by way tied around the engine room not
far from the HHO generator units with a height of almost the
same or higher in the vertical upright position so that the
accumulator functions as a catcher and water-supply reservoir to

3. Connect the HHO generator output to the accumulator tube at

behind the car: starting on the 8th stage onwards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
a) For installation PWM should be in the car at the position

b. Using the black cable, look for bolt on the car body and
connect it to the input (-) negative in PWM. Do not forget to
clean the surface of the body of the car by using coarse
sandpaper so that the connection is perfect because if there
is rust or paint coating it, there will be hot on the cord.
c. Continue by connecting the negative terminal to the reactor
HHO PWM output negative (-).
d. PWM cable terminal central part (+) connected with using
small wires to the ignition ACC or ON, but the best in the ON
position so that if the current turn on the audio equipment
(radio / tape / CD / DVD player, etc.). HHO device does not
participate light up.
e. Use Testpen DC 12V to search Stroom ON the ignition fuse
box (Fuse).
f. If you have found then unplug the fuse and insert a way bent

in place.

ACCESSORIES
CAR FUEL INJECTION
1. EFI Enhancer:

EFI system uses various sensors to detect the condition of the
engine and car driving conditions. Furthermore, the ECU (Engine
Control Unit) engine calculates optimum fuel spray volume, which
then ordered the injector to inject fuel.
Sensors include: MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure), MAF (Mass Air
Flow), Oxygen Sensor etc. which helps determine in real time the
ratio of air and fuel.
HHO gas is injected through the intake manifold or the through
the air filter box, flue gas produces most oxygen detected by the
oxygen sensor, so that the ECU considers that the engine fuel
shortages that immediately ordered the fuel injector to spray more.
Excess fuel is what causes the fuel consumption even more
wasteful because it is not offset by the amount of spark at the spark
plug, this can be evidenced from the exhaust gases that sting in the
eyes and the smell of gasoline.
To overcome this problem, so all gasoline cars that already uses EFI
technology shall be installed tool called EFI Enhancer (EFIE) equipped
with a MAP / MAF and O2 Enhancer.
Almost all Asian cars starting in 2007 up mainly Japanese car fits
perfectly with EFI Enhancer we made, such as the Toyota Rush,
Toyota Avanza, Toyota Fortuner gasoline, Toyota Innova, Toyota
Vios, Daihatsu Terios, Daihatsu Xenia, GranMax Daihatsu, Daihatsu
Luxio , Suzuki APV, Suzuki Ertiga, Nissan Grand Livina etc. And is not
suitable mounted on cardboard European cars because it uses a
different system, but if it does not fit well still be using HHO with
small Ampere which serves to raise the octane level of the fuel only.
Keep in mind that the reading of the data system ECUs are
connected to sensors such as the sensors: MAP, MAF, O2 etc. on
each vehicle is different, but in principle there are only 2 kinds of
data are used for communication between the ECU with the sensors,
namely:
In the Asian cars usually use the data signal and the voltage

changes based on European cars usually use a frequency change to
report the data to the ECU.
EFI Enhancer tool that we made based on the voltage change, so
usually only suitable mounted on Asian-made cars.
O2 sensor consists of 4
wires are:
2 wires for heating = + 12v
and the ground.
2 wires again each = signal
(+) and ground signals.
At the signal (+) will

between 0 volts to 0.9 volts
after the engine starts to
overheat (approximately
1.5 minutes after the start time of the morning).

of 0.45 volts, which means the ratio of air and fuel at the voltage of
0.45 volts when it was 1: 14.7 (ideal chemical reaction in the fuel
combustion engine fuel injection system).

C2. MAF Sensor:
Sensor MAF (Mass Air Flow) is a sensor that measures the amount
of air entering into the engine combustion chamber via AIR DUCT
(airways that connect between the Air Filter Box with Intake
Manifold that looks like an elephant's trunk).

Amount MAF sensor wiring on a new type of car usually there are
5 wires: 2 mass cable / ground, one for the heater cable + 12V, + 5V 1
cable for sensor inputs and 1 output cable sensors (0-5V), there are
also only uses 3 cable: 1 12V cable, one cable and one output cable
mass (0-5V).
In principle, a platinum wire deliberately made to emit heat which
is then mounted adjacent the temperature sensor (thermistor). If no
air is flowing through the hot platinum wire wire will certainly
decrease the temperature detected by the thermistor, and
subsequent electronic control circuit MAF sensor will produce a

Chapter. VII
SETTINGS ON VEHICLE ENGINE
1. Carburetor
Setting carburetor and spark ignition in the vehicle is very
important to produce high performance and efficiency, due basically
to the additional fuel hydrogen gas go in the engine combustion
chamber, the vehicle will be excess energy, for it should be a
diminution in the nozzle carburetor for reduce fuel consumption.
In normal conditions it diminution carburetor nozzle can cause
long-term damage to the engine because the engine power shortage
which is characterized by a knocking sound when the machine is in
the gas pedal, but with the fuel-water (HHO gas) that this will not
happen if the setting time spark ignition on the right.
Spark ignition system on the vehicle also determine the speed of
vehicles, as we have seen that the power speed fuel burn at different
specified by its octane level, the higher the octane level the faster its
power fuel that the vehicle's engine more powerful which causes the
pull on the gas pedal getting lighter.
Keep in mind that the high-octane also not be able to produce a
high performance vehicle if not adjustable ignition time, and vice
versa. For example in old vehicles still use Carburetors and regular
use of premium gasoline containing Lead changed when using
gasoline PERTAMAX which has a higher octane levels not feel the
difference when Delco not setup again (played several mm / degrees
to zero) and also in the car her ECU has been setup at the factory
using fuel gasoline octane levels higher then it would be wasteful and
pull weight if using fuel containing lead (Premium gasoline) the low

3. DIESEL
This is the kind of machine that does not require spark ignition
timing, so the presence of HHO gas as a supplement to the diesel
engine fuel is happening diruang is very helpful at all, especially if held

The development of diesel engine technology today is more
advanced, with technology Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDI), the
image of the diesel engine is noisy and smoky voiced deep black that

a more environmentally friendly combustion such as a reduction of
exhaust gas and noise than conventional diesel engines. CO2
emissions reduced 20%, NOx and CO expenses (carbon monoxide)
reduced by 40%.

On the other side, need CRDI Diesel fuel high quality. Diesel
recommended, among others, is the Diesel DEX production
Pertamina lowest sulfur content of 300 ppm. This is lower than the
Biodiesel is 500 ppm and regular Diesel reaches 3500 ppm. In
addition to the products of Pertamina cetane value (octane value) of
DEX Diesel highest of 53, Biodiesel at number 51 and only 48
regular diesel.
Unfortunately, the availability of fuel at the pump types DEX
Diesel Pertamina lot less. Of course this makes diesel car owners are
already equipped with CRDI technology very hassles.
