Introduction
The need for electricity is so massive that
at any given time natural resource in
Indonesia will be depleted. The alternative
would be to save electricity.
The purpose of the study is to see how
accurately the infrared sensor can detect
both human movenments and automatic
electrical saving devices.
Results and Discussion
From experimentation in a prototype, this
sensor can detect the infrared in this case
transmitted by the human body, and this
sensor have an effective reading range of up
to 5 meters.
It is also collaborated with other
electronics such as right. And the result is as
follows :
Conclusion
As a result of the study, the use of these PIR sensors can be
used automatic electrical saving

Method
This method of research is done by
conduction research test involving the
building of a prototype.
Research stages :
• Searching for all kinds of references
• Determining the tools and materials used
• Flowchart patterns of work
• Start organizing research tests and do
analysis.

The light ignition process of the PIR sensor
control is based on the temperature of the
room where the device is installed
Initial temperature is where the sensors
only detect room temperature and relays are
in OFF condition, and if anything goes in the
room then the sensors will detect due to the
presence of infrared rays generated from the
human body, that’s when relays become ON
