maybe needed as part of an internal management or quality system. Training records are also
useful when evaluating the effectivity of training program. These are the training documents we

achieved or failed, its objectives by analyzing the training event using the appropriate.
In a addition to that, is the Terminal Report, it contains the actual cost of training or activity,
actual attendance, total appropriations and expected number of participants.

Integrity and Accountability in the Workplace to understand its significance and to know how the
cycle of accountability flow, integrity and honesty build to be accountable. Person that has integrity
do not have to fear retaliation for their honest opinions and ideas and accountability encourages
person to exercise autonomy in the hopes of feeling more invested in the firm and, as a result,
performing better, more efficiently and more creatively for even behind closed doors, a person with
integrity acts ethically and does the responsibly. Another training is about Seminar on Time

to allows the teachers to achieve greater outcomes in less time, which offers more time freedom,
improves attention, allows to be more productive, reduces stress, and allows them to spend more
time with the people who mean most to them and also for a better result through effective planning
and time management, it as a tool to be more effective and manage the resources more efficiently
since it’s an essential component in our daily lives because productivity is never an accident it is
always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort.
Indeed, “Time is free, but it’s priceless”. You can’t own it but you can use it. You can’t keep
it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back”. (Harvey Mackay)
