First step - Join the “Parking Space”
The below whatsapp group will help you get assistance for:

1. Creating of your Zummit email id - <yourname>@zummitlabs.com


2. And joining our Slack workspace

Note: This is a temporary group! You should leave this group once you join our
slack workspace
Second step - Request for your Zummit Mail id
In the whatsapp parking space, ask for:

1. The next induction date and timings (happens every Monday)


2. Your Zummit email id creation

Note: If your email id is already created, see next slide

Check your gmail for cpanel invite
Set your password
1. Click the link in the mail
2. Set your new password
3. Login to your mail
Use Roundcube or Horde to check your mails

you cannot find the login

Access your Zummit emails
1. Goto http://webmail.zummitlabs.com
2. Login with your zummit email id and
password

Note: If you do not remember your


password (the one you have reset using the
link) please ask for a password reset in the
“Parking Space” whatsapp group
“Joining and Using Slack”
Join Slack

Check your Zummit Mail for an


invite to join our Slack workspace
and click to Join

Note: If you do not see the slack


invite mail, please request for an
invite in the parking space
Download Slack or Open in browser
Sign in to Slack

Enter your Full Name

Set your new password for slack

Note: You can use the same


password as your zummit mail
Update your slack profile

Make sure you update your

- Full Name
- Department or Role
- Phone Number
- Timezone
- Upload your Photograph

Join relevant channels in slack
Notes
1. Join the relevant Department channels and WhatsApp Group.
2. Connecting with the Department Head and Team/Tech Lead.
3. Connecting with the HR Assigned for the department.
4. Attending the Department Stand-up is mandatory.
5. If you’re on leave, you need to drop a text in this group to inform the team
that you’ll be on leave for the day or multiple days if you aren’t well.
6. If you’re not able to attend the daily standup for any reason at all, need a text
on the group again, stating that you’ll be missing the standup for that day.
Incase you aren’t well, that’ll be understood since you’ll be on leave.
7. Attending Weekly one-on-one with the HR is mandatory.
