Step 1: Download Google Classroom and ZOOM meeting

 Step 2: Check Gmail inbox
● After registration with the counter receptionist, your request will be submitted to the
TTC Online Team and will take around one day to process the submission.

● Please do check the Gmail inbox frequently (Gmail that you submitted to the counter)
as TTC Online Team will send you an invitation to Google Classroom as soon as
possible.

Example:
If student requests for F4 Biology, Physics and Chemistry, students should receive a total 3
invitation emails as shown below and click to join all the classes.

Click the join button in the You should see this in your

after joining all the classes.
 Step 3: Sign Up/Sign in into ZOOM meeting
● Please do this step as soon as possible so you can request for help once you face any
technical issue.

1. Go to the website, zoom.us

Click on Sign Up Free

2. Select Birth Year (Verification for ZOOM)

MUST INSERT YEAR 2000!
(ZOOM is blocking users aged 15 and below)

Crucial Step!
 3. Insert the SAME gmail that you used to join Google Classroom
and click on Sign Up.

4. This screen will appear. Keep this page open while you check your gmail inbox.
5. Go to your g-mail inbox. Click in the email from Zoom.

Click in

6. You will then see the 6-digit code in the email.

7. Go back to the Zoom website and insert the 6-digit code from your email inbox.
Click on “Verify”

8. Key in your first name and last name IN CAPITAL LETTERS

As for password, key in whichever password that is convenient for you to remember
as you will need it to log in to zoom later.
Once done, click on “Continue”.

 9. Now, you are done creating your Zoom account!

10.Launch your zoom app.

Phone/Tablet/iPad Laptop/PC
 11. Click on Sign in.

NOTE: DO NOT CLICK JOIN A

MEETING STRAIGHT, OTHERWISE
ZOOM WOULD DENY YOUR ENTRY
AS AN UNAUTHORISED USER.

12. Insert the email and password you just registered and click on Sign In.

Tick “Keep me signed in”

for your convenience.
Click on “Sign In”
13. Click the join meeting button whenever students need to go for online class.
 14. Enter ZOOM Meeting ID and Passcode
● Enter Google Classroom to find the Meeting ID and Passcode posted by tutors then
enter it to ZOOM

MANDARIN/MAND means the

class is conducted in Mandarin.

ENGLISH/ENG means the class is

conducted in English.
 Note: Please Use FULL NAME with capital letters
(otherwise, tutor will not admit you into the class)

● After the entering the correct Meeting ID and Passcode, student will be directed to a
waiting room and will be admit by tutors when student enter class with full name with
capital letters
 Congratulations!!
Now students just need to enter a Meeting ID and Passcode accordingly to join every class
that you registered!
