Step 2: Check Gmail inbox
● After registration with the counter receptionist, your request will be submitted to the
TTC Online Team and will take around one day to process the submission.
● Please do check the Gmail inbox frequently (Gmail that you submitted to the counter)
as TTC Online Team will send you an invitation to Google Classroom as soon as
possible.
Example:
If student requests for F4 Biology, Physics and Chemistry, students should receive a total 3
invitation emails as shown below and click to join all the classes.

Step 3: Sign Up/Sign in into ZOOM meeting
● Please do this step as soon as possible so you can request for help once you face any
technical issue.

3. Insert the SAME gmail that you used to join Google Classroom
and click on Sign Up.
4. This screen will appear. Keep this page open while you check your gmail inbox.
5. Go to your g-mail inbox. Click in the email from Zoom.

9. Now, you are done creating your Zoom account!

11. Click on Sign in.
12. Insert the email and password you just registered and click on Sign In.
● After the entering the correct Meeting ID and Passcode, student will be directed to a
waiting room and will be admit by tutors when student enter class with full name with
capital letters
Congratulations!!
Now students just need to enter a Meeting ID and Passcode accordingly to join every class
that you registered!
