Observant and Tolerant Mindset

Why did you choose these qualities?

Being observant is important to me because it shows me that I am a positive person and willing to learn proactively

Tolerant Mindset is important because I need to treat everyone with respect so that others can also respect me too!

What benefit do you see having these qualities?

I can work with different people in the workplace and I can also do my best to get along with everyone even though I may dislike the person
Being observant also helps me discover my strengths and weaknesses better and it also helps me to improve on my weaknesses
