WHATS IN

1. I feel anxious or worried about groupings and presentations that you need to work with a team.You
thought if my fellow groupmates would treat me well o if they want me to their group. But I cope
withthis through being positive and do the task is assigned.

2. When a student is stressed and preoccupied, it takes over their ability to focus during lectures or
studying. Stress may even cause students to drop out of school or drop classes.

3.Most of the teenager dealing with stress is for the fact that most of them are not able to be handled
well, some of them aren't given enough attention from their own parents that could be hard for them to
deal things on their self alone. Most of them having a silent battle that they do not know how to face it
and also for the fact that they might not be treated well in their surroundings

4. Try to get plenty of sleep, eat right, exercise, and keep a normal routine. Take information breaks.
Pictures and stories about a disaster can increase worry and other stressful feelings. Taking breaks from
the news, Internet, and conversations about the disaster can help calm you down

WHATS NEW

1.she finds it difficult to understand her lessons and did not make it in the test because she was sad and
hopeless

2.Listen to her, make her open up and cry it all out. Be her shoulder to cry on and once she's done
crying, I'll help her out of her misery bye helping her stand up again

1. Taking care of yourself - getting enough sleep,eating well, being physically active, making time for
activities that you enjoy, and avoiding the overuse of alcohol and or “recreational” drugs - will improve
your ability to tolerate stress better and recover from stress.
2.The statement is very educational, because you can learn that most things can't hurt you if you can
properly handle them
