Hooray for all the pedagogues who have inherent capacities to excel and be
accountable!
This module will usher you to discover the wonderful 21 st century skills with the
formula – 7Cs, 3Rs, 3Ms. These are so important as you design a curriculum. In
John Wesley’s admonition, we are required to persist to become excellent and
accountable in doing everything, these skills are imperative to realizing and fulfilling
excellence and accountability.
BODY
The 21st century workplace requires a teacher who is equipped with the 21 st century
skills. The previous module ushered you on how to become globally competent, critical
and creative. To survive the call of the present trends, one must be in cognizance of
the global sphere which demands enormous skills.

Becoming globally competent, however, requires the 21 st century skills as you deal with
the industrial revolution.
