Résumée
Le présent mémoire consiste en l’étude d’un bâtiment en R+14+2sous-sol fonde sur pieux
Le pré dimensionnement des éléments porteurs à été fait conformément au RPA99 ver2003
et au CBA93.
L’analyse dynamique de la structure a été réalisée à l’aide du logiciel d’analyse «structural
analysis program » SAP2000 V16.1.1
Les poteaux et les poutres ont été ferraillés avec le logiciel SOCOTEC, les vérifications ont
été menées par le même logiciel.
Les voiles ont été étudiés par la méthode des contraintes.
Pour la fondation on a opté pour des pieux qui ont été calculé par la méthode pénétromètre
statique.

SUMMARY
This thesis is studding in 14 levels+2 underground building founded on piles
The load-bearing elements are pre-sized in accordance with the regulations, RPA99
modified on 2003 and the CBA93.
Dynamic analysis of the structure was performed using the analysis software "structural
analysis program" SAP2000 V16.0.0.
The pillars and beams reinforcement has been done with SOCOTEC program, the same
program carried out checks.
The shear walls were studied by constraint method.
For the foundation, we decided to use pile foundation, which was calculated by the static
penetrometer.
