In lieu to the preventive measures of the widespread effect of Covid 19 pandemic, I

earnestly requesting the staffs of the barangay especially the frontline service, BHW, to
lease follow the listed below:
1. Maintain the cleanliness of your workstation at all times,
2. Disinfect your work place before and after work,
3. Maintain physical distancing both visitors and co-workers,
4. ALWAYS wear your facemask,
5. Encourage not to practice of borrowing of office supplies like pen, rulers and other
things related to, and;
6. Stay in your workplace and do not loiter in other workstations.
We will impose this for the safety of our family.

As your Punong Barangay, I shall, at all times, protect and defend my people from any
threats including the Covid-19 Pandemic. As measure, I impose the listed below to follow
during duty hours:
1. Sanitize yourself upon entering the Barangay,
2. Upon apprehending to our constituents, maintain physical distancing and avoid
personal contact,
3. Constant reminder to constituents to ALWAYS wear their facemask and maintain
physical distancing,
4. Wear your facemask at all times,
5. Always bring with you your hand sanitizer or alcohol,
6. Take Vitamin C or any vitamins to boost your immune system, and;
7. Maintain healthy lifestyle.
Together, we can end this battle.

In line to the directives from the national agencies, I ask the staffs and other personnel to
follow the listed below:
1. Upon arrival, ask our clients to disinfect upon entering the edifice,
2. Check their body temperature,
3. Ask our clients to supply necessary details and fill-in the health declaration form,
4. No facemask, no entry policy,
5. Temperature above 37, no entry and advised them to have an online transaction,
and;
6. Disinfect every after use of the chairs used by our clients.
We will win this battle if we will do the fight rightly.
