破碎锤使用及保养特别提示

尊敬的用户：
您好！
欢迎使用我公司生产的液压破碎锤，为延长设备使用寿命，我公司特别提示：
一. 换油时间
⚫ 破碎锤安装前必须要更换挖掘机液压油和滤芯。
⚫ 破碎锤每工作 500 小时，应更换挖掘机液压油。
⚫ 破碎锤每工作 100 小时，应更换挖掘机回油滤芯。
二. 破碎锤加注润滑脂的正确方法
⚫ 一定要在钎杆被压入状态下加注润滑脂。（如图所示）

注：润滑脂只在破碎锤前端壳体内对钎杆和导向套进
行润滑，降低磨损。加注润滑脂时，如果钎杆未压紧，
润滑脂将顺着钎杆与衬套的间隙上行到打击腔，当大
量润滑脂粘在活塞和缸体油封上时，润滑脂会随着活
塞的运动进入液压系统，污染液压油，降低液压油润
滑性，重则损坏液压系统。

⚫ 破碎锤工作前或每工作 3 小时后，用黄油枪从黄油嘴加注 6-8 下润滑脂，推荐

使用锂基润滑脂。
⚫ 对于使用劣质液压油或未按时更换液压油所造成的设备故障，我公司不予负责。
三. 管路要求
⚫ 安装破碎锤用的管路，硬管部分须采用流体管，必须经过酸洗磷化，管路中的
杂质会损坏破碎锤的液压系统。
四. 破碎锤保养
⚫ 按说明书具体规定，更换破碎锤的圆形衬套和钎杆固定器衬套，避免破碎锤的
非正常故障。
⚫ 按说明书规定时间更换破碎锤油封，以保护破碎锤缸体和活塞。
⚫ 对于保修期内的破碎锤，因使用非原厂纯正部件而引起的故障，我公司将有偿
维修。
 Tips for use and maintenance of hydraulic hammer
Dear Customers:
Welcome to use the hydraulic hammer produced by our company. To prolong the
service life of the equipment，we specially remind below TIPS:
ⅠOil replacement
⚫ The hydraulic oil and filter element of the excavator must be replaced before the
installation of the hammer.
⚫ The hydraulic oil of the excavator must be replaced every 500 working hours of the
hammer.
⚫ The Oil return filter element of the excavator must be replaced every 500 working
hours of the hammer.
Ⅱ Correct method of greasing the hammer
⚫ Please inject the grease into the breaker after the chisel pushed into front head. ( See
as below picture）

Note: The grease is used to lubricate the chisel and guide

sleeve in the front head to prevent abrasion. When greasing,
if the chisel is not pushed tightly, the grease will enter the
piston impact chamber. If lots of grease stick to the piston
and cylinder block oil seal, the grease will enter hydraulic
system with the piston movement and pollute the hydraulic
oil, reduce the hydraulic lubrication and even break
the hydraulic system. (Refer to attached picture)
⚫ Before working or every 3 working hours, use a grease gun to inject grease from
the grease nipple for 6-8 times, lithium grease is recommended.
⚫ Our company will not be responsible for the equipment failure caused by use of
inferior hydraulic oil or the failure to replace the hydraulic oil on time.
Ⅲ Hammer pipeline requirement
⚫ For the hammer pipeline, the hard pipe must be fluid pipe, which must be pickled
and phosphate. Or the impurities in the pipeline will damage the hydraulic system
of the hammer.
Ⅳ Maintenance
⚫ According to the specific provisions of the manual, replace the circular and the drill
rod holder of the hammer to avoid abnormal faults of the hammer.
⚫ Replace the oil seal of the hammer according to the specified time in user manual
 to protect the cylinder body and piston of the crusher hammer.
⚫ Our company will charge for the repair of the failure caused by use of non-original
pure parts of the hammer within the warranty period.
